With the at&t One it is easy to go back to stock and/or start over with a new rom. Just follow my guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43458497
Let me know if you have any troubles and I will help you out.
I fixed it. I cleared the cache, did a wipe, and reset to factory in the TWRP recovery and am now able to enjoy stock android! I have no idea how that made it work or why but I was panicing and just did whatever I could and it worked! I'm so happy. Thanks !!

Glad your back up.
So I have screwed up pretty bad and now tried fixing the problem myself before asking for help.
Earlier I flashed Android Revolution HD 12.3 to finally realize that I didnt work with sprint, however I forgot to make a back-up for my phone. I have tried using adb sideload to install viper's rom v1.1.0 via TWRP. After the flash is complete and I click reboot, I get an error saying "No OS installed! Are you sure you want to reboot?"
If I swipe to reboot, I end up with a black screen with a toolbar at the top. I am totally lost and have been searching to forums for hours on end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: I have been able to get viperROM to boot to the startup screen, however with a minute or so I get an error which states "Precess system is not responding, would you like to close it?" Then my phone restarts to the black screen.
You messed up your partitions by flashing that rom. From bootloader select factory reset to get your partitions back and then sideload your sprint rom and you should be set.
Or this method will work too.

I tried the first method and didnt have any luck. I did notice that when looking through the install folder, the .zips are no longer listed. However, when the phone turns on for a few seconds and I am able to open files through my PC, they are listed there.
Second method got me to the startup screen. As I attempted to connect to wifi, I had no phone service and also there was an error connecting to wifi due to "temporarily avoiding poor connection". Then the phone instantly restarted back to a black screen.
[SOLVED]
I followed instructions on:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2390821
followed by
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2250904
Which fixed all of my problems. Now im back to square 1
You're lucky the partitions aren't aligned in a way that your hboot was overwritten. Otherwise you'd have a brick instead of a phone.

I know, I really lucked out. Took a solid 14+ hours of research and trial and error to figure out how to fix it. I had rooted my old evo 4G a few times thinking I still knew what I was doing, but that was a while ago. I should have definitely took some extra time to do some more research before I flashed.
This is why i don't flash roms from another section even though some have sprint version i just don't trust them

I flashed viper's sprint version of his ROM and havent been receiving text messages or phone calls. I think its time to just give up on keeping my phone rooted. I havent had any favorable results yet.
So I ran a RUU to get everything back to stock as described above, however I am no longer receiving text messages or phone calls. I can send them though. Would anyone know why?

did you try to update the profile and PRL? otherwise you might have to call sprint and manually program using your MSL through the ##DATA# menu

Did you happen to delete anything (bloat) when using RR. if so, most likely you deleted something you shouldnt have. Probably going to have to go back to the beginning and start over.

Dirty flashing can cause this too.

Heres a stock backup. Just Unrar and put in your backup folder on your SD in TWRP/Backups/FAxxxxxxxx/
Also theres a RUU somewhere on this forum, just don't know where.

Exact same thing I thought. That's why I wipe everything and I never have problems. Leave nothing to chance.
I am having this problem as well...
I placed the stock recovery in the TWRP folder and recovered 100% fine, but when I boot up my phone is still on RaptorRom GPE v2, still displaying, "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped". Is there a problem here or am I not doing something right..?
**Also, I don't know if it's a hardware problem but my front camera is no longer working, looked everywhere on threads but nobody has addressed anybody else with this problem
(This is also happening with every other ROM I am trying to flash)
,thanks in advance.

Are you doing a complete wipe of the caches, system and internal storage? You should be wiping them all except the SD card and the usb-otg ones otherwise you're dirty flashing. Regarding the camera, flash a different kernel.
Same problem here...... Any solution?
Hello. Ive been searching around for a solution to my problem and found this thread.

Sorry to hear I've tried various combinations of dirty flashing the original ROM, cleaning cache/dalvik, re-flashing an earlier SuperSU zip....nothing working.
Hopefully someone can help us out....
normally if you get com.android.phone messed up it might has something to do with the baseband. I'm just taking a wild guess here cuz I tried to downgrade baseband version by flashing an old radio.img (for some stupid reason that I don't remember). Then I got my com.android.phone pretty fuked up. Well at that time I wiped everything and reflashed the whole thing... I still don't know what to do with this. I suppose clearing com.android.phone's data would work but when that sht happens you really cannot do anything because the crash message keeps popping up. yknow watam sayin
the same here before but now on Stock MM ROM (Note5) and SuperSU 2.70 never happened
