My galaxy cannot connect usb

Hi All...my phone upgrade to 2.3.6 then cannot connect to PC via usb it show "hardware not recognize..even my phone go in download mode odin also cannot detect my phone..here is the step i was taken
- factory reset
- wipe
- use *#7284# change to usb in PDA mode
- change 6 usb cable.
- try 2 difference laoptop
- install latest samsung kies
- install latest samsung driver
- uninstall driver ,use ccleaner clean registry and install driver again.
- check debugging mode and mass storage
any more idea to solve the problem cause previously before i upgrade my phone can connect to PC..is it update to 2.3.6 must use difference driver?
So i decide to flash rom use external sdcard.
But my recovery mode is 3e so i cannot install CWM..
I found one method to replace the recovery file at XDA..
i try but wonder why when i boot in to recovery mode the recovery file will auto go back to the original file so i cannot install update.zip to install CWM..
Any one can help..i just want to flash back the old rom..

are you using an USB hub?
I noticed that my phone sometimes has trouble connecting fully functional when I don't plug in the USB cable directly in an USB port of my laptop. (only charging, no data transfer possible otherwise)

No...i am not using any usb hub...i direct connect to my usb...

So your phone is working well but u can't connect to PC or phone is dead !!!
If phone is ok then use 'SGS kernel flasher' or 'mobile odin' to flash new kernel (like semaphore kernel) to have CWM.

Build number : Gingerbread.DXKL1
i followed every steps correct and and "runme.bat" via doomlord root and this is what i get.

I think your device not connected, make sure
- Unknown source, USB debugging is enable on device.
- Firewall/antivirus close on PC side
- make sure you have instaled kies, n you are able to connect your device with kies, BUT kies or any PC sync SW should be completely closed during rooting
- Download http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=874682&d=1327648836 make sure antvirus not running
- Extract above file
- Execute i m not rooted
- connect device
- press any ket to start
Hope should be OK, if still errors, try using another PC

You are using a ROM which is not rootable without any problems... I had problems with this as well and decided to flash an older ROM in the end, which is rootable by the instructions in threads (1) and (2).
So i suggest to download and flash an older ROM first, then proceed with rooting and upgrade the ROM after that to the desired stock/custom ROM.

i tried and it still the same error again
and one more thing is this weird problem
i've no idea what went wrong .
the weird thing is i "uncheck" USB debugging , samsung kies and my laptop able to detect it.
whereas i "check" it , both kies and my laptop cant detect it

If you are on win7 machine find ADb driver for win7 and try
OR use another PC working on XP, image showing clearly, your device is not connecting.

GT-N7000 Usb Bricked !

I have been trying to find a solution for my usb bricked GT-N7000
I have rooted my stock GB rom and flashed a custom ICS rom which i cant remember since its been a long time.
I have wiped the rom too but after all the process phone was working flawlessly,
After a few months, i couldnt connect it to my laptop.
What i have done so far to fix,
1) Cleaned ports, no luck
2) flashed stock gb and ics roms, many other custom roms via mobile odin and cwm, no luck.
3) Checked eMMC bug threads and tried to look for a bad sector on my phone but all sectors were fine.
4) Tried to connect vie ADB but cant seem to get it working except wifi connection...
5) CWM can mount usb storage no matter which version i try.
6) Download mode doesnt trigger odin, despite the fact that i tried several usb cables on different pc's.
7) Factory reset, no luck.
8) Replaced the usb port, tried jig but no matter what i do, this cant seem to connect pc.
When I connect my Phone to the Computer via USB cable, my phone start charging and nothing else happens. My computer does not even show that I connected a USB device ( USB Debugging On / Off )
I would really appreciate if anyone can assist me about this brick-saga.
I know that this is a quite long post but i tried to be in details as much as possible.

Have tried to manually download and install drivers for the phone on your PC if you do not have the proper drivers installed it will never connect search for n7000 drivers for PC and give it a try

Tried every possible solutions about the drivers.
Phone says charging but there is no notification on the pc.

are you trying mtp or mass storage

Device does not connect to PC after ROM installed

I just installed a custom lolipop 5.02 using cyanogenmod CM 12 using ODIN to my galaxy s3 mini. and everything went will
after that i tried to connect my s3 to my PC it installs the drivers and it appears in the Device Manager but it does not appear in my computer and it wont connect to kies.
I tried to enable Debugging mode and the same, i tried to change the connection type,
i went to *settings* then *storage* the from the menu i chose *USB computer connection*, once i chose PTP or MTP it gives me this error "unfortunately, settings has stopped".
It is MTP checked by default although.
this happens even without debugging enabled.
How can i get my device connects to my PC? i need to transfer data.

its a known bug for cm12. novafusion workin on it. you can use twrp's mtp to transfer files.

So how could i transfer data until the fix comes ?

Only if you have TWRP 2.8.0.0 or higher :
1. Boot to TWRP recovery
2. Navigate to "Mount" and enable "enable MTP"
3. Connect your device to your PC
Now you can transfer files between your phone and PC

I had a similar thing happen to me after an update and was forced to do a factory restore. That's why it's always good to save stuff to your removable storage; makes it much easier to transfer/salvage data when something goes wrong.

Note 5 won`t connect to PC

My Note 5 won`t connect to any PC.
Now I have tried almost everything I could find online but won`t work.
1. Cable is OK, it is charging normally. Tried several actually.
2. Tried wipe cache clean
4. Developer options (enabled debugging)
3. Factory reset
And the problem still persists. Any further ideas how to resolve this one?

Try some other way;
1- Install Samsung USB drive into your PC.
2- After connect your device into PC, let the PC install the drive again by itself.
3- On the device: Accept the request about trust device while connecting with this PC ( happening in 5.0 Android OS version and up).

Try to install latest Samsung usb drivers for your specific model..Also enable usb debugging option from developers option( you can enable developers option settings>about device>software version>press build number about 7-8 times) now developers options visible under about device from there enable usb debugging..After that connect your phone using original usb provided by samsung thorugh main usb port..As sometimes sub-port fails to recognize device..See if it works
