Anyone having this issue? If i change the newtwork to 2G only the noise is much worse.
Yes. I have the same problem.
I also have this problem.
But how we can know that if it's software or hardware related?
It sounds like interference from the 3g modem, but if i use skype to make a call trough 3g there's no noise...

Hello,
my kaiser continuously makes zz zzz on stereo speaker.
It disappear if I make a soft reset (sometimes).
There is no active connection (also disabled with NoData), and no active phone call.
It happens with Hsdpa enabled/disabled.
I tried also to phone off and then phone on again... but problem remains.
What can be???
And what can I do??
I think also during zz zz it make radiation as during internet surf or during a phone call...
It just sounds like static/electrical interference. Are your speakers of higher end quality or are they your normal department store speakers?
The only thing you can do is to move the phone away from the speakers to minimize any interference or to shield your speakers.

Sure,
but I usually use this phone with 2 sim cards of different network providers. This happens only with one SIM! It seems as if there is an hidden connection... but using the same SIM with other phones doesn't happens anything!!
It's really strange...
I suppose also that this continuous connection drain my battery down and cover me all day of unuseful radiations!
I too have seen this with my phone, it comes and goes, soft reset doesn't seem to have anything to do with it, just seems like a bad connection. But if your sim is causing it then it might be related to an interference, please update if you figure it out.
It's my understanding that cell phone technology works in different frequency bands. And within those bands, certain frequencies are designated for specific carriers.
Assuming all of that is true, that could explain why you get interference with one sim card and not the other, because the frequency that the quiet sim card is using is either above or below the range to cause noise.
But keep in mind that my understanding of everything could be wrong so it's probably best to do some research to see if you can come up with a more definitive answer.
Btw, what two carriers are you using?
I checked better and sometimes it happens also with what I thought to be a quiet sim card. So I can believe it happens with all operators.
What is strange is that with this two sim cards no other phones (gsm, umts, hsdpa, ...) makes noises on stereo speakers... at least not during standby mode.
I can see that my battery drains down only when phone is enabled (and not in use). If during all the time phone is on it makes noises... it would mean that phone is used to exchange continuously some data with provider but without any connection.
It seems like that TYTN II wants to know if there is a better signal for example to cross from GSM to HSDPA mode.. or something like that so that it tries all the time to exchange data with provider! But this drains battery down and develops radiations!!!
Hello, I have an issue with the voice quality during the phone call. When I have prefered network 4G, the voice is very distorted, barely understandable. When I switch the preferred network to 3G, the voice is OK, but than I am on a slow data connection, so this is not a solution. Do you have some idea how to solve this issue?
thanks in advance
Hello everyone,
Recently, I experience the issue with some of the my calls. The model is SM-N950U1, and I'm using it with T mobile. When I received the call from any numbers, The quality is really bad. I can barely hear them saying anything. I have to drop the call and redial again and it is good as normal.
Are you at home or away from from home. Is Wi-Fi calling on or off I have the same phone have not had issues but rarely talk on phone much. Usually it's a network issue not a phone issue
Same setting here (N950U1 unlocked used on TMO network). I have no call issues, not on 3G, LTE+, nor via WiFi calling.

Any new case you just started using? Is it happen everywhere? Or just home or work? New apps you just started using?
Sorry if I wasn't clear, I meant same configuration (phone - operator) and NO issues...
All calling works perfect, no poor sound.
I already turned off the Wi-fi Calling, and I think the issue is still there. It happens more often when I'm talking with the Bluetooth headset
I wish extra volume would stick and not have to turn it on every call smh.
Can you barely hear the caller?
Do what the Samsung repair people do:
Use a soft bristle brush and gently wipe the ear piece with rubbing alcohol. It will remove dirt & grime from the mesh.
I have had several people say they try to call me and the call never rings or it goes straight to voicemail. Has enyone had this problem? I've searched with no luck.
I am having the same problem. I thought it was T-Mobile.
have the same problem with my xz1 after pie update
This is a common problem for GSM.
Better networks and better signal handsets tend to do it less often.
The quality of the carrier's network itself plays a major role in this.
I got a strange issue, sometimes when I answer a call I can't hear other person, not sure why? It happens usually when they phone me.
I use VoIP calling and wifi calling due to weak signal at home, may update exynos. Any thoughts?
