Try formatting the µSD with your computer (e.g. with SD Formatter)
Backup first!

You could just download and flash it in recovery mode... you said you have CM so you have a CWM recovery.
Hi, I've got a big issue, I unlocked my bootloader and did not save my One's content, now I've lost all my files and most importantly, all my photos and zoe, I'm looking for a software to restore it (Also, I can't mount the internal memory as SD-Card, is that normal, is there a workaround ?)
Thanks in advance, I REALLY need help...

Yep, I'm not speaking about "magically" restoring, restoring software exist, I already had this kind of issue with a Sensation but I can't find the software I used to restore the deleted files...

Nope, in "mount" I've something called "Storage: Internal Storage" But when I touch it, it takes me to some two choices window and it doesn't seem to mount the memory as SD card, I also have USB-OTG but it says "Unable to mount /usb-otg" when I touch it, what recovery are you using yourself ?

Hey XDA,
So I wanted to get a fresh start on my Note and figured I'd reformat the internal SD card in CWM (I used "default" format option).
Turns out that wasn't a very good idea...
Fortunately, my Note still boots into Android (CM 11), I still have root, recovery and everything. But my internal SD card simply doesn't work. I actually first noticed something was wrong when I tried to download something in Chrome and it said I don't have an SD card...
Does anyone have any suggestions how I might get my phone's memory back in working order?
Thanks

Thanks, that worked! I also flashed CM11 again afterwards and everything looks good.
Out of curiosity, what makes these two older kernels special that they can fix the formatting?

TBH.. I don't know. I myself have been facing issues with cm11 not reading the external SD or internal SD. And that's the way I did it.
As we are on cm11 topic, do you have issues saving username and password on default browser?

Sorry, I only use Chrome so I wouldn't know.
In fact, I just noticed I don't have the AOSP browser at all. I vaguely remember the PA gapps install script mentioning it removed it, so that's probably why...
OK..you might have flashed the full modular gapps that removes the browser and messaging app.
Yeah, that sounds about right. I don't mind, it means less clutter on my phone. I don't use those apps anyway.
I followed the instructions to install MiniCM7 but CWM cannot mount the memory card

Try again flash the Android 2.1.1.A.0.6 or 2.1.1.C.0.0 for roms and bootloader xxx015. You have the right bootloader?

The operating system sees the memory card
I even tried low level formatting with HDD Low Level Format Tool
Memory cards parameters are: Transend 8 GB Class 10 File system FAT32 cluster size 4096 bytes (with it memory cards as fast as possible)
