Does anyone know if Skvalex's call recorder works on the 2nd gen Moto X? I know it worked really well on the first gen if you had root. I'm planning on having root with the second gen.
Thanks

Does anybody know working program for calll record? At ISC I have "Auto Call Recorder" working fine, but after JB update no one program can record my calls. As maximum only my voice. Possibility to record calls was one of the reason I bought this wonderful phone and now I`m very sad(
call recorder
There is a russian dev nicknamed quarx, who did really magic things for the motorola defy, his cm 10 has a very fine built in call recorder.
Maybe you can ask him what call recorder he uses and there to get it.

Yes, I know about Quarx`s magic because my previous phone was Defy But he doesn`t develop for RAZR i and this two phones are much different. RAZR i recordings problems aren`t "related" to Defy.

i know that razr i and defy are quite different, because razr i is "x86", i only meant maybe the file(s) he used for call recording can be adapted
for running on a razr i. maybe it was a silly idea.
I found a working one!!!

try it! Works good, just the voices are a bit quiet.
I upgraded a Verizon 2013 Moto X to the Verizon 2014 Moto X.
With the original Moto X, I activated OK Google Now - worked great. Installed the Google Experience Launcher. Still worked great.
With the 2014 Moto X, I activated the Ok Moto X - works great. Installed the Google Experience Launcher - still works great.
My problem is, when comparing the 2013 and 2014 Moto X's, when I turn on my bluetooth earbuds or start my car, when the bluetooth connects, the Blue Moto Voice app launches, waiting for my voice input. After a few seconds, my Play Music starts, as expected.
Is there any setting, etc (I've tried every combo I can think of) to prevent this from launching with a bluetooth connection.

Is there any option for voice activated camera shutter or would a bluetooth shutter remote work with moto G ?
I saw an article where saw someone wrote that the mPow iSnap available for about 10 bucks on Amazon works with the Moto G.
I installed Paranoid Android 5.1 for my Moto G 2014 two days back. Can't hear anything during a call since then. Loudspeaker mode works fine, as does the headphones mode. Just cannot hear anything during regular call through the speakers. Any ideas how to fix this?
Hi everyone,
I bought a car that has a infotainment system that supports "MirrorLink interoperability" but I realised that Moto X or any Motorola phone does not has this feature.
Somebody knows if there is a way to enable it by root the phone or any another way to make it work?
I already root my Moto X.
Best Regards,
