Just how bricked is the phone. can you boot the Bootloader atleast?
Code:
fastboot getvar all
Will show the IMEI number. Failing that Do you still have the box and accompanying documentation, should have the IMEI printed some where.

imei is also printed on the back of the box if you still have it
First, thank you for your promptly answers.
I don't have the box,
The phone has lost the sticker which use to have the imei printed in the back side.
I was planning to send the phone to htc warranty, due to the famous "qhsusb_dload" message.
But I now they require the imei number to proceed with the repairing process.
Thank you

Where did you get the phone? If it was a contract or carrier branded device you can contact them and say you need proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
They will send you a purchase order via e-mail
I'm pretty sure mine included the imei. I will check shortly to confirm.
Edit:- Yes the imei of the device was included on the proof of purchase.

IMEI is printed on the bottom of the sim tray, if it's the original tray that came in the phone.

He is right, never realized that and confirmed on mine. Look carefully you'll see the IMEI printed on one side of the sim tray

Post your IMEI on the end of the link after =
http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=
You will be able to find out to which country your phone belongs to.
IMEI "Page Not Found"
You should have tried without "-"
The result:
OK xxxxxxxxxxxxxx LGP880 ASEAWH 302KPRW598326 20130213 V20A_00
which means you have a South-East Asia phone version.

Just because an IMEI is good doesn't mean the phone isn't locked to one network( doesn't apply to you but someone else maybe). Also, all these IMEI checking sites are very misleading. If a phone is under contract the IMEI always shows good. They sell the phone but later stop paying, guess what happens?
Hey guys, I purchased a HTC One (M7) stating it was locked to Telus (Canada) and it can be unlocked. Went through two unlocking sites stating the carrier is Telus along with my IMEI and both sites returned stating that my phone could'nt be unlocked. After a while I noticed the model number on the back which is PN07120 and it came back as a AT&T model on Google search. Will I be able to unlock it choosing the right carrier this time or is it going to fail again since the IMEI number is whats important? Any advice?

Pretty sure any changing or messing with your imei is illegal, and chances are, most people here aren't gonna wanna even touch this with a 10 ft pole… and to be a little more specific, what exactly do u mean by "repair imei"????

oky wht shull we do
I dont know exactly what you mean by "repair imei" as it shuldn't be "broken" however if it is changed by a previous owner you can use the information on the sticker original packing with imei, meid, etc on it and use a windows tool like cdma workshop to put it back to stock manually.
Changing imei is illegal. Its the only way to identify the phone. So why is it "broken"? Can you post a screenshot or anything. What have you done, that it broke? I had a problem with displaying the imei in beta Roms. But now in IC4.0.3 there is no problem.
Thread Closed - Interfering with IMEI is something we do not want to discuss.
If you have a legitimate reason to do so however, this may help: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2728428
After I got my phone back from repairs, it had been factory resetted, bootloader was locked and i had a new IMEI and SN.
I tried using the Huawei/EMUI site both (English and Chinese) to unlock my bootloader but i kept getting 'SN and IMEI are mismatched.'
I mailed Huawei but the response i got was that my IMEI was wrong. I mailed them back saying that the IMEI was the one of my current phone and proved it by adding a screenshot of my phone's info and the paper i got when i got it back from repairs (which showed both my old and new IMEI) but I never got a reply.
Is there a way to unlock my bootloader without using the site?

Yes, it depends on which software version you are using. On some versions you can install an unlocked bootloader, while on others you must root your device to unlock the bootloader.
