ppsspp - T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Anyone know of the best settings to use for this psp emulator without using frameskip. I found some video's on youtube but it's only for the exynos version of the note 4.

[Q] FPSE Emulator help

Hi, I purchased Fpse in google play and I'm trying to play FF VII. And it seems the sound is very bad and it lags during battle transition.
Do anyone know the best settings to make the Fpse works best in Galaxy Note?
Or is there any other Psx emulator that bested Fpse.
Thanks in advane
Try set "SPUsync" at Audio setting, this should help For lags, try also in video setting, turn off framelimiter and try to turn on frameskipper.

nook color fpse optimisation

I have a nook color running CM7 with FPSE. I am trying to see what roms and setting give the best result with FPSE. I can run games like FFVII and tenchu with sound pretty well, but other games such as command &conquer and Tekken 3 run with lag.
•. Does open GL work well?
•. Are there better roms to use with fpse?
•. What are the best combination of settings like framelimiter, supsync sound, ...
thanks
I'm not too experienced with Fpse but know that I was able to run Spyro 3 full speed with no lag running cm7. You shouldn't have to change any settings, but make sure you check the compatible list of PlayStation ROMs here :

Chromecast Gameboy

You may have seen some blogposts yesterday about someone "hacking" the chromecast to run a gameboy emulator. Well, it is true that I got a gameboy emulator running on the chromecast, but it wasn't really a hack. This application uses no workaround or hack to get this up and running. It only uses the official SDK provided by Google.
I've posted the code on github here: https://github.com/acordar/chromecast-gb.
Performance is decent, not exactly the best since it doesn't run at 60fps (might depend on the rom, I've only tested 2). There isn't really any input lag though which is awesome.
If you've whitelisted your chromecast, you can set up the emulator yourself and try it out.
Here's OPs Reddit post
I really need to try this.

RetroArch runs like ass

i'm looking here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2116468
one of the demo videos shows a hp touchpad running snes fine
when i try some snes games (non-fx), it lags
i remember when i was running the an old version of retroarch (on of the version before it got removed from the play store) it was running snes no problems
now it even lags when overclocked kernel (cm9 - 1.5ghz)
i'm thinking it might be the settings (i've tried every snes core, same results)
if anything has encountered or know how to fix, post in this thread

How to get Dolphin emulator working on Samsung a6.

I want to play some of my old wii games on my samsung a6. However the current version of dolphin does not run on my phone and the 32 bit version can't run wii games. Is there any ways (root or non-rooted) I could get dolphin to work on my sasmung a6. Thanks
P.s I am new to xda so if I posted this in the wrong place, please tell me.
Have you tried that rom? It's arm64, so you can run 64-bit version of that app.
