Hello guys.
This is a complaint against the fraudulent Chinese shop www.pandawill.com
I am posting this because I am fed up with these guys.
This is the video I uploaded regarding the matter.

It is somewhat long and am not expecting you to watch it, but some hits wouldn't hurt.
To give everyone a more condensed idea of what's going on...
- August 12th I ordered the Pipo S1 Pro tablet for my niece, with specs, RK3188 (Quad Core @1.8Ghz), 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, 7inch IPS screen
- We received it about a month later
- It worked fine for a very short period of time
- I sent it back on October 4th
- This is the video I made after their request

- It arrived to them on October 23rd as you can see in the first video and they said it needs 3-5 weeks for repair
- November 16th I send them an email asking for an update of the situation
- December 5th they offered to send me a USED ****ty DUAL CORE @1.3Ghz tablet as a replacement
- December 12th they told me that MY repaired tablet arrived but it's still broken and that it is going AGAIN for repair (another 3-5 weeks)
- December 19th they told me that they are willing to send me a repaired Pipo M9 Pro with BETTER specs that they one I bought. Thought they just were coming clean finally.
- December 22nd they say they will send it in 2-3 days
- December 29th they say that there was some job "mistake" and they will send it in another 2-3 days
- December 30th they say that the tablet is broken and ask if I wanted another one
- December 31st they offer to send me a DUAL CORE tablet AGAIN after I specifically told them what I wanted
- January 5th they offer to send me a RK3188 with 16GBs storage, that is a little better than the one I bought
- January 9th (the day I made this video), they told me that this tablet is ALSO BROKEN.
Hence I held my promise to God, that I will expose them.
And that is the CONDENSED version.
So what do you guys think? Seriously. Are these guys for real?
As I say in the video, the worst part is that this tablet was not mine. I got if for my niece and my cousin (her father) paid for it. As you can understand I am deeply ashamed with all this situation.

Honestly I don't blame you but seriously who buys directly from Chinese merchants? I would put some barrier like buying from Amazon. At least there you get some assurance you will get your money back. And I am wondering how much you spent? For $99 you can get a quality Kindle Fire 6

i buy waterproof phone doogee dg700 titns2 . dont pull in water . after 30 days phone dead (memory\motherboard). dont load after logo . but screen is good i send it to china pandawil (shipping 30$!!) after 40 days panda say - you use phone on rain - no warranty . you must pay 80$ for new SCREEN and motherboard!!! amazing! hate this shop !

I'm having the same experience with Pandawill, your story is similiar to mine!
I've ordered Nubia Z7 mini at November 2014.
on February 2015, the phone was broken and sent to repair.
on April 2015 they had told me they giving it to the factory for repair.
on May they told that it's back but it's still broken so they're sending it back to factory.
an June they told me they will send me Lenovo Vibe x2 instead. I agreed.
on July they told me the Lenovo is broken and offered to send me some very old phone (Star S1) !!
I really don't know what to do...there's no one to speak or complain... I swear one day I'll travel to Shenzhen and knock the heads of all those companies - Pandawill, Ali Express, coolicool and more...
one day!!

Never buy from CHINAPADMALL.COM!!!

Hi guys,
On May 2013, I've ordered UMI X2 from chinapadmall for €237.8 (=
323.39 USD). Actually first I ordered it from Pandawill (great website, great service) but I canceled the order because one day later I saw on CHINAPADMALL.COM "UMI X2 Turbo version" (With MTK6589T instead of MTK6589) and ordered from there. Of course CHINAPADMALL.COM lied to let people like me buy from them. There was actually no Turbo version available at that time.
Two months later I received standard version of UMI X2 (not the Turbo version of course) with defects: screen had bright annoying dot on it and I couldn’t transfer data from phone to pc, and contacted CHINAPADMALL to inform them about defects and asked what to do next. They told me to send the device back for replacement. They wouldn’t return my money back. So I had no other choice and did what they said. (paid:
25+ EURO = (34 USD) to send it back)
Two months later, package was arrived to their local post office. I sent a lot of e-mails to CHINAPADMALL to inform them about arrived package and to ask them to go and pick it up, but they never did. Post office could also not deliver the package. After two unsuccessful deliveries, China Post decided to ship the package back to me. In november 2013, I recieved the package. Then I contacted CHINAPADMALL again to let them know that I was disapointed (like they gave a **** about my disappointment) about their customer service and that I have to send it to them for the second time if they are going to be more responsible. They said that I can send it for the second time if I would like to. So I paid again 25+ EURO's (34 USD) to send it.
Package arrived this month (2014) at their local post office.
When I saw that on tracking website, I sent e-mail to CHINAPADMALL to inform them and to tell them to be more responsible this time. They told me that they will pick it up as soon as they can.
Luckily, few days later they had the package.
In total I lost +- 390 USD (+- 290 EUR) and more than 7 months time, and didn't use the device once. Now for that money I could buy octa-core phone or one of the best branded powerfull smartphones from trusted Chinese stores.
I’m still asking CHINAPADMALL to refund my money or send me a new phone, but they are not responding to it. Only yesterday they said short:
“If we replace new device for you, then how to do with this old device. We can not re-sell it after repaired it.”
Normaly, if you buy a product from somewere, and product is broken or whatever, you bring it back to the shop where you bought it within one week or 14 days and get your money back or get replaced gadget. That is exactly what I did, I sent it within few days back to them. Which seller is going to say something like: ‘What the hell I’m supposed to with broken device’? NOT A SINGLE SHOP WILL SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT. But CHINAPADMALL did.
You can read on their website below on the page ‘Guarantee policy’:
5) How about the refund policy?
Second, For the problems caused by Chinapadmall, We will issue a complete or partial refund for the items if the clients do not agree on replacement or repairing. The problems include quality problem, mal function or miss delivery.......Please be noticed that all Chinapadmall products have 7 days return period (from client receiving the package to the client returning us) before being non-eligible for complete or partial refund. Please contact our customer service or live Support as soon as you find any problem after you receiving the products to avoid any postpone of better solution.
That’s exactly what I did. But they don’t give a **** about customers. Refunding?? They will not even talk about refunding. They don't even want to replace the device even they claimed to do it before, in their e-mails.
So what they have written there is just bull****. They don't want to respond to my e-mails with good arguments. Because they know that they can’t answer.
I want my money back because I never used this phone, or I want to chose for the price I paid other smartphone from their website.
Today I got e-mail that, they sent broken UMI X2 to factory to fix it. Again, I don't want fixed old phone. I had never chance to use it because It was traveling the world for 6-7 months. Even if I had, device is defect from the box.
So dear friends, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LIARS AND CHEATERS, FROM CHINAPADMALL(.)COM !!!
If you receive defect product from them, you will never be able to replace it and you will never be able to get your money back. Be informed.

I also ordered my UMI X2 through chinapadmall. My "gorilla glass" is now broken, and my GPS and 3G are faulty, but I think that these issues are UMI X2-related issues...

This is the third time a buy a Note from Clove, they require the payment a month in advance which is very weird they are very good in handeling customers but the note 3 was delivered a couple of days later last year vs other suppliers.

Presume this is so you are locked in, and don't get a chance to see what deals are about on release day, But at least you wont have all the problems of getting the phone on release day.

It's not weird at all, they are simply using YOUR money to buy the phone from their supplier which means they can do the entire transaction without any of their money involved. Cashflow is a real killer for phone sellers because they may have to find the money to buy over 2000 Note4's in just a few days which is a million pounds

Yes in the Android app you quote someone or reply & it applies it to the next post along, it's been like it for ages but I forget. I had to go to desktop site & edit it as no edit option in the app...

Samsung Experience Store in Stratford are taking pre-orders from today, with stock not due until the 12th of October.
And their price is £629....with a £30 deposit required for pre-orders. Looks like Clove is a much better price.

Samsung Electronics today announced that the Galaxy Note 4 will be available to pre-order from Samsung Experience Stores across the country, including the Samsung Store at Westfield Stratford City, from Friday 19th September, followed by other selected online and high street retailers including Three and CPW from Friday 26th September, before it goes on general sale on Friday 10th October.
Well, looks like I'll have to wait a little longer for my O2 upgrade.

I rang them at 11.45 am and they said £629 & £50 deposit. I am going to clove.
It's possible that I misheard them, or they've changed their minds about the deposit amount, I called before 11am.
Either way, their price is not competitive at all and no pre-order 'freebies' either. Last year for the Note 3 launch they were a bit more competitive if you traded in a cheap phone for the £50 discount offer on launch day.
Looks like the 19th pre order for us in the UK is a bit of a farce, if we can only order from a small number of Samsung Experience Stores, or a company who wants your money well before the release date. ( prefer not to deal with that kind of company )
Is there no online preorder from samsung ? seem like in the US you are able to preorder from Amazon.

[Q] Whats wrong with Clove and Handtec?

I would like to buy the phone on one of these websites but they are out of stock for almost 1 month. They also keep pushing the "IN STOCK" date and let people to buy the phones even when they are still out of stock...
Are they waiting for delivery from China and the phones are grey import, or why is this happening? Thanks.
It could be that Sony recalled a batch. In the end we can only speculate. It's weird that both companies don't have any stock left.

Sony is selling in US market now and may be having difficulty keeping up with demand. Ship dates they post are based on stock estimates coming from Sony and when Sony pushes their stock dates to the resellers then Clove / Handtec update those same dates on their websites.

Well they were the first to cover the demand for a flagship spec phone in a "compact 4.6" factor.. Hate those watered down mini alternatives.

I was hoping this is the case too.
Sony has seen the problem with fragile glass and has quietly gone and fixed the issue behind the scenes and is now producing better units... fingers crossed this is the reason anyway.
I've asked yesterday in Handtec chat when the phone will be in stock, the answer was "end of this week". Will wait

Contacted Handtec today regarding my order - initially told at the start of the week to expect delivery end of week. Told yesterday expected stock on friday/monday. Told today Sony have pushed back delivery of stock for 2 weeks!
Ok, I think it's time to buy the phone somewhere else..

Is this true? Source?
I got mine a few weeks ago and I'm panicking because Case-Mate is still out of stock and I'm scared of cracking the glass. Should have I waited for the fix?
Last week there was a note on clove.co.uk, that Sony z3c will be in stock on November 14th, and i saw it in stock during the day, but around 4pm the black model becomes out of stock till 24th...
Got mine from handtec on Monday , they said they had some "emergency " stock in , they have been over whelmed by the demand , so its first come first serve basis.
But there still a note on Handtec that will be in stock on Nov 27th. How did u know that they have anything?

Despite another user on this forum having a negative experience with them, I received my handset within 2 days, and despite my gripes with the somewhat inconsistent camera quality, I even rang them up to initiate a refund and the woman I spoke to was very helpful.
Just need to decide whether I actually want to send it, and then fork out so much more money for an iPhone 6...
I don't think they provide international shipment. Will wait for stock at clove or handtec

Gear VR UK - Delivery

Did anyone get an order in for a Gear VR which had an estimated dispatch date of the 6th March 2015 - I still have no update but ordered over a month ago.

Hi I ordered mine 18th Feb with a ship date of 6 march but received it on the 27 Feb
I ordered mine on 17 Feb Feb with 6 March dispatch date and it is being prepared for dispatch today.
Obviously they are not dispatching according to order date as I would have received mine before the last poster.
I have ordered mine at 14 of Feb and received the device at 26th.
are your orders with the bluetooth controller ,mine has the bundled controller as has been prepared for dispatch ,
spoke to samsung earlier in the week and the customer service lady stated that we probably not receive it till monday as they do not deliver saturday.

That's a good point for I've ordered the Bluetooth controller bundle and that might explain the delay.
Thanks for the Monday delivery information, saves me staying in Saturday.
Please don't take the monday delivery as gospal ,but it seems that might be the case as it has not gone out for delivery yet and is still at the distribution warehouse at my end at 5.pm on friday
My order has been dispatched and there is a tracking number but when I click on it nothing happens. Any idea why the tracking number link is not working?

Solved it. You don't click on the tracking number, you click on the text "Tracking your shipment" which precedes it.
Thanks all - spoke to samsung today and there is a delay due to game pad. Was told that some might be shipping without game pad for the time being and the game pad arriving two weeks later. I ordered on the 2nd February and just received a text now that delivery is arranged for Monday.

Lucky you, mine still says "06th March 2015 time 18:33 Booked /Awaiting Collection"
With an expected delivery date of Monday 9th March 2015.
I've just rung UKMail and they said the item was collected from Samsung at 12:30 yesterday but not delivered today because Samsung had not requested next day or express delivery.
mine now updated states 12.30 today (saturday) that "delayed" and is still on awaiting collection .
spoke to samsung they blamed late friday bookings for collection for uk mail and said mine SHOUID be here monday or tuesday WTF
WHERE IS THE EXPRESS SHIPPING it stated that i was going to get when i ordered ? also it states uk mail don't deliver saturday on the uk mail website that i looked at .
totally shambolic way to treat customers again waited a month for a complete balls up
Yes I am complained on Friday for getting vague answers from Samsung when they have had my money for a month already. Mine has been delivered now - I was sent an hour time frame today but the tracker showed the delivery date as 9/2 but it came right within the hour today.
Just got mine today just backing up the memory card and then coping the entire memory card to my current 64gb card then will try.
You guys are lucky that you can even order one ..I live in Guernsey and I spoke to samsung who tell me they will not deliver here. They did say I could try a different samsung site like samsung France or Germany but didn't know if they would ship either.
so great help really so much for a multi billion pound company that can't even send a parcel to Guernsey.
I really don't want to have to buy a 2nd hand one from eBay ..but what other choice is there?

Guernsey is not the only place being shunned by Samsung. There are 9 experience shops in England and none in Scotland, you would think they could manage one in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Poor service for Scotland.

We had a preorder bonus of a Keyboard in the UK. Normally they ship in 2 weeks rather than 45 days, but its been a little longer than I thought it would be...
Feel for you. I had the X906B delivered on Launch Day as preorder from Three...
They only did the X906 / 8GB / 128 GB version.
Current Backorders with Carriers in the UK Vary between 2 and 4 weeks.
Vodafone - 3 Weeks.
EE - 2 weeks
O2 - 2 weeks
Three - 4 weeks.

Samsung Canada basically left me high and dry. Sent 2 emails. Sat on hold for live chat for an entire day. Got through on one call. They were not helpful. Said the same thing as the buggy order tracker webpage. "PROCESSING". The samsung canada webpage hardly loads my order when im logged in, and when i just input my order number it rarely finds it. I will not preorder anything again. A month to deliver it? They couldn't figure out how to send an automated "delayed" email? Really samsung? And not having the kb cover is very frustrating. If anyone wants to buy a pair of buds 2 hmu! Lol. I hope you all get your devices soon. This thing is insane. It's just not very handheld friendly! Constantly worried about dropping it. But it's so thin it's hard to hold.

For not knowing that the only way to get any answers was to call them. Guess all the other options are just placators?

Wow. That's a shame some appointed social media mod or admin felt they had to resort to that. Shocking and sad. I hope you get your keyboard soon. At least their live chat went all professional and nice for me, even though they came back and said they couldn't do anything to help me get my Ultra 512 GB any sooner than ~2 months after my pre-order, and that they were working as fast as they can. I have no reason to particularly doubt them, it's just disappointing.
purchase the tab in hk 2/19 and got glass protector on the spot, the keyboard folder got it on 3/17. I had to register online, samsung did not send any email, until its time to collect the folder/keyboard

I just got my email, too: "Your shipment has been delayed for 30 days", but the contents of the email are just "We apologize that your Samsung order #__________ is delayed more than 30 days." so at least, I don't think they're saying it's delayed even further than it already was, at least not yet according to my expected delivery date, since I ordered on February 19th, and the initial delivery date was said to be April 15th, and it changed to April 19th in the last couple of weeks or so.

An update: four days after the email citing a 30 day delay, I got another saying it's shipped. FEDEX showing it will be here next Tuesday.
We in Hong Kong collect the gift from the service center, hk s not like the rest of the world which rely on mail.

Hi all!
Ordered mine (ultra 5g 512 with keyboard) on March 6th and got it on the 8th !!
Nice surprise : it arrived with the cover keyboard even if it was supposed to be shipped a week later.
I got my keyboard and couldn't get on with it.
I ended up getting the book cover instead - Very nice indeedy!
I ordered my S8+ on Feb 18th, it just got pushed back to April 26th. Bummer.
Oh!!!!! Samsung just changed the date of my delivery of the Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi for the second time, now April 26th. It was April 19th up through yesterday, and April 15th originally (pre-ordered February 23rd).
Finally! Samsung has said they've shipped my Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi and should arrive two days from now. No word on the keyboard, yet - still shows as not shipped.
