1st you're at 1.44 hboot so before update software update hboot to 1.54 then move further
2 search stock Rom reset Or nandroid backup for your software version you can apply that in TWRP but OTA never be applied in TWRP

[Q] Downgrading Stock and Recovery touch unresponsive.. Please help!

So friends, Need help on this.
Got a new HTC ONE. updated ota to 2.24 / 4.2.2
hboot 1.54 - son
unlocked the bootloader
now the issue is, cwm touch and twrp touch don't work at all. the touch is absolutely unresponsive in recovery mode.
tried through normal cwm which works fine, but installing a custom rom with aroma gives the same issue.
Have been trying to downgrade to stock 1.29 so that i can go back to hboot 1.44 after relocking the device but it says bootloader signature failed.
any help or advice on either how to downgrade to hboot 1.44 or make the recovery responsive again.
please help, thank you!

You can't downgrade your Hboot when you're S-On ... I'm not even sure if you can when you're S-Off. The problem is not what OS or Hboot you are on, it's the version of TWRP or CWM. What version have you installed? You need the latest version in order for it work as touch drivers were updated in the latest firmware. You have the same OS and Hboot as me and touch works fine in the latest version ... Make sure you have this version installed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173870
Everything works fine on that as I have the same OS and Hboot as you.

[Q] How to go back to stock O2

Hello.
I have HTC One which had O2 customisations and I really wanted to get rid of them.
I unlocked bootloader on HTCdev site, installed custom recovery and flashed Android Revolution HD v30.
I couldn't get S-Off since I am on HBOOT 1.54
Now, since there is rumrunner for HBOOT 1.54, I want to install stock rom, change CID to Developer so I can have latest updates, but I didn't backup my stock firmware.
Is there any way to go stock, run rumrunner, change CID and update OTA?
HTC ONE
Android Revolution HD v30 (4.3)
Kernel 3.4.10-gd6f147e
Baseband 4A.17.3250.14_10.39.1150.04L
Build number 3.57.401.500
HBOOT 1.54.000
CID : O2___001
Thank you all in advance!

can you do fastboot getvar mainver for me please????
---------- Post added at 03:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:02 PM ----------
firstly you don't need a stock o2 rom (the unbranded one will do) it is dependant on your firmware. so:
firstly do fastboot getvar mainvar
if you get 2.24.206.7 as a result (i did)
flash the stock rom in the link below
downlaod the FIXED 2.24.401.8 tool from the rumrunner website
disable antiviris and firewall on pc and make sure u meet all the prerequisites on the rumrunner website
Run the tool
hit thanks if s off

Everything worked as you said. Now I have superCID, installed developer ROM, S-Off (thanks to rumrunner).
Thank you!

I think you will need to restore to a CID thats getting the updates and you will also need to install stock recovery. Beautiful thing about s off is that u can set your CID to the one that first receives the update

Does Sense 4.4.2 KitKat work on hboot 1.55?

Hello everyone,
Bought ONE a few days ago and unlocked bootloader, installed recovery and rooted the stock rom yesterday. However, for some reason cant S-OFF :/ I am on hboot 1.55. Can I install the latest sense ROMs based on 4.4.2? I have a stock nandroid of 3.62 base to return to it in order to to receive the OTA updates. Once I upgrade the base, is there any way to return to stock for S ON devices to receive the OTA update to update the firmware? Thanks.

yes you can flash(install) 4.4.2 ROMs with unlocked bootloader with S-ON
you can try S-OFF with your 3.62 base backup or you can try ARHD 31 to achieve S-OFF, rumrunner's or firewater's

[Q] Need to Downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 to Return to Stock

I hoping I can get some clarification on this subject. I may have to take my phone into Sprint for either repair or new phone since it will not connect to the newly added 4G network in my area. So going back to stock my be needed for me to do so.
Since the RUU for the 4.4.2 update isn't available yet, is there a way to downgrade back to 4.3 so I can return back to stock? I did the OTA update in stock, then gained root access.
Does the process require me to turn S-Off? I'm currently S-On running Running Bad Boyz Sprint ONE KitKat v1.0.
If I go S-Off, is there a way to turn it back S-On? Not sure if Sprint will look at this setting.
Also, I have the update radio and hboot
HBOOT- 1.56.0000
RADIO- 1.00.20.1108
OS- 4.06.651.4
Will I have to downgrade my hboot as well?
Any help will be much appreciated

You're S-On. Your only option is to perform a factory reset, flash the stock recovery and re-lock your bootloader.

hboot 1.44 with stock lollipop

My phone is unlocked and S-OFF but I've recently flashed the latest Lollipop OTA.
Can anyone tell me if I can just flash an old HBoot (v1.44) and use it successfully with this stock rom?
The reason I want 1.44 is for it's ability to 'fastboot boot recovery' which as far as I know can't be done with later versions.
Thanks in advance
