I was in the market for a large capacity power bank and really liked the look of this one on Amazon. Shipping was very fast as it was fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. In this review i will go over the Features, First impressions and Final thoughts after using the power bank for some time.
Features:
Ultra-slim design with a hard plastic & aluminum alloy construction
High capacity 20,000mAh
Two USB charging ports (5v-1.0A/ 5v-2.1A)
Micro USB input for charging the power bank (5v-2A)
Blue LED digital charge indicator
Built in over-charge, and short circuit protection
Dimensions: 6.8 x 4.8 x 0.5 inches
Compatible with any USB charged products such as iPod, iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and phones, ETC.
First impressions:
After receiving the power bank the first thing i noticed and was pleased with was the packaging. When you buy a product you expect there to be in professional and quality packaging and they definitely did that with this power bank. After unpacking the power bank and holding it i was very pleased with the aluminum alloy construction. When researching power banks the materials used was one of the main factors for me choosing this one over some of the others on the market and im glad i did, In the hand the build quality and construction feels premium just like my HTC one and iPhone. While it is a slim unit i would not say its the lightest power bank it is after all 20,000mAh capacity which is a larger power bank . If you are interested in smaller lighter package you will also be shrinking the battery capacity so that was something i wasn't willing to compromise on. First thing i noticed during use was the digital LED capacity readout. This is a premium feature that also was a top factor for me choosing this power bank. With a quick slide of your finger across the read out screen you can see exactly the charge you have left, No more relying on the few led lights the other banks have to judge how much juice you have left. Overall my first impressions of the power bank was very positive. Between the premium build quality and features included i was very happy with my choice. Amazon LINK
Final Thoughts:
After using the Power Bank for some time my initial opinion did not change, In fact im not sure how i lasted before without one. The quality of the unit is outstanding, Being constructed from aluminum gives it some serious durability, and looks brand new after heavy use wile camping, traveling, beach trips, and school/ work. The battery capacity is outstanding, as a power user Ive always found myself killing my phone battery far to early in the day and now i always have a charger even wile away from on outlet. Ive also found it very useful for camping trips and power outages due to the large capacity you can charge many items on one single power bank charge which is very handy in those situations. Overall am very pleased with my purchase. Between the stylish build, quality of materials used and the overall charging performance i would recommend this to anyone in the market for a power bank. Looks like an advertise. No connections to G2. Are you the seller?

As I thought.. I learned something extra so I figured I would share. if you want to know how much charge is on the Power bank before plugging it in, just pass your finger over the spot where the display is at, and it will turn on the digital display and show you the amount of charge that is still available to you.

I got a surprise package to review...when I opened it, it was a Seidio Multi-Function battery charger!!!! First I will say that is a must-have product for ALL HTC Incredible owners. HTC Incredible has proven to have a less powerful battery life than we would all like to see, and so the multi-function charger makes keeping an extra battery a breeze. Now, that is not all... You can also use this multi-function charger if you have a couple of different devices by switching the charging plates....and the USB connection can be used with any USB cord for charging.
The package included:
Base
Battery charging plate
Device charging cable
The features multi-function charger offers are:
Ability to charge an extra battery and your device at the same time
Prongs fold away for easy travel
Additional charging plates can be purchased separately for use with other Smartphones
Travel ready as it uses 100-220v charge
Ease of Use...
Getting everything set up, took me a few minutes and the charger is really easy to use. The USB cord is longer than the stock charger and is softer, which makes it more convenient to use it anywhere. The phone can be charged direct from PC, or the charger, just by plugging in to appropriate sources and switching the AC/USB Power switch. As mentioned above, the multi-function charger can be used with different devices by switching the charging plates, or if you have more than one device. This makes it the most needed item.
Charging Process...
Charging the phone was nice and especially having the extra battery ready is very handy. The charging time for multi-function charger versus the stock charger is a little shorter but not by much...although considering that it charges two batteries at once, yes definitely shorter charging time. The wall charger, at least the one I had, did make a static high pitched noise, but it was not enough to bother me. I have heard other chargers to do that, so I am unsure of the cause.
Few Days Evaluation...
Over a few days of use, I can even further confirm that this is a must have product for smartphone owners which like to use a lot of battery juice. The charger is also very compact making it easy to take along while traveling, as it is small and the prongs completely fold in...which is something Seidio worked on and improved over the past multi-function chargers. Also keep in mind that the interchangeable charging plates is a guarantee for upgrades for newer devices as they come out. I can guarantee that this will be a high demand item.
To purchase the Seidio Multi-Function battery charger, please visit Seidio Online - Multi Function Battery charger.
I have purchased products similar to this, and the prongs that plug into the wall always break. At 30$, its quite expensive... how's the build quality?
I almost bought one before the Dinc came out. They were $19 then. Don't switch out batteries now though, so I'm not sure I would use it. I have a number of retractable MircoUSB cables (one on every computer now) and I carry one so I can charge almost anywhere if needed.
Nope
I continue to maintain that the best way to break those teeny tiny clips holding your Incredible together, is to keep opening and closing it. While my AT&T Tilt had an easy to remove back, the Incredible does not.

Hi,
This charger works with the "BF5X" battery? (MOTOROLA DROID 3)
Hey guys!
I think I found the perfect combination of car mount+car charger for the HD2!
NOTE: Links are listed at the bottom of this post. Also, I am in no way affiliated with the sellers.
I was searching all the available mounts on Amazon (I didn't want to spend money on shipping I have prime) and each one of them was either too flimsy or expensive.
Then it dawned on me that I could may be use the EVO's car mount, I checked this site and sure enough, they have really close dimensions.
I took the plunge and bought a mount and guess what? It fits the HD2 perfectly! The mount pivots about the center ball joint which itself is attached to a goose neck allowing for almost infinite adjust-ability. The orientation can be locked in place with a thumb screw near the ball joint. The best thing is, the whole thing stays quiet solid and doesn't jump around when on uneven roads (at least in my rental car)
I also wanted a charger and I found a genuine Motorola 1A charger (most of the others were 500mA) and while using GPS navigation, the HD2 consumes ~400mA or more depending on the screen brightness, Bluetooth etc. That only leaves ~100mA or less for charging the battery which is five times less than what USB provides. You can imagine how slowly the battery would charge.

looks great
I thought I would start a new thread but it's probably not necessary.
I have strongly considered OP's combination for days a few weeks ago and I found some similar items @ Monoprice with the monoprice kind of price, if you know what I mean. I give you a quick review if you're shopping for these.
The (universal) car mount $3.57
The mount is definitely bulkier than the one OP recommends but overall it's certainly not a bad product. Once you figured how you want to position it, the mount is pretty sturdy. My only regret is that it won't stick to my dashboard as I would thought but it's because of the texture of the dashboard, not because of the suction cup of the mount, so it's stuck to the windshield. For less than $4, it's just awesome.
the 5 volt 1000 mAh car charger $1.78
The build can be labeled as 'a bit flimsy' and I have yet to drive with the phone plugged in with GPS to check the battery drain (or lack thereof).
I can tell the phone charges with Winamp playing. It is no real surprise I know but it is the main use when in the car. Cord could be a tiny bit longer but it's a good deal.
EDIT: 2 months later
the build is definitely sh***y. if you let it too long in the power outlet, a piece a plastic breaks and the thing doesn't work anymore. Could be easily fixed but I won't bother. Monoprice nicely replaced the first one without asking but now my second one broke and I'll get the motorola one from amazon.
I got to grab a $3 BT headset and I'm good
look great, thanks
Hi chvvkumar, after reading your post I have decided to buy the same car charger from Motorola as you have. I would like to ask you if you could let me know how much mAh does your phone show as receiving when it is charging.
When I tried mine, it was receiving about +/-450mAh, which is what I normally see when I use the normal charger.
Thanks for the information.
The mount looks just like mine - over 12 months old, lives attached to the screen, gets used most days of the week, don't remember where it came from apart from it was Ebay
a good couple of £ investment
I'm looking to buy an external battery charger. I would prefer something with at least 6000mah with a built in usb cable. The best deal I can find is this
http://www.amazon.com/6000mAh-Ultra...16639656&sr=8-2&keywords=anker+built+in+cable
This is the one I use. http://www.amazon.com/HooToo%C2%AE-TripMate-6000mAh-Wireless-Portable/dp/B00DTPYRTI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1416641411&sr=8-3&keywords=hootoo
It's great because it's very small, but in addition to an external battery charger, it's also a wireless router, which enables you to securely connect to public networks (both ethernet and wireless). It also allows you to plug in a thumb drive, and use that as wireless storage. Best of all, it has charge passthrough, so it can charge your phone while it is charging, which is unusual for external batteries. The Hootoo app lets you control everything from your phone. I never travel without it.
I use a mikrotek swiss 10000 mah
I have last year's version of this, http://www.amazon.com/EasyAcc-10000mAh-Portable-Smartphones-Bluetooth/dp/B00CJ87ZNQ
I play ingress so I have a few, 2 anker 2nd gen astro3 12,000 mAh (shake to activate), 1 anker 13,000 mAh astro E4, and one anker 2nd gen astro 6,000 mAh. I've used Limeade before and was not impressed, as well as a number of others that I've forgotten the name of. hands down, anker makes the best out there.

50 000 mah for less than 20 bux. cali shipping warehouse.
ive 4 of these. one for my gopro kit, one for the phone, one for a dashcam, one for my nex 9.
have experience with these for several months now. nothing fancy about them (no brand name or marketing that increases the cost), just pure power.
This is what i have http://www.amazon.com/12800mAh-Portable-External-Battery-Technology/dp/B00CEZBKTO. I really like its form factor and true capacity. Many external batteries out there exaggerate their true capacity. Anker is a trusted brand. I use many of their products.
One thing I dont like about my charger is the shake to turn on feature. I find it annoying. It's too sensitive. Little touch can activate the charger. I learn to ignore it after awhile.

I use the ZeroLemon Slim Juice 18600 mAh external battery
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GJAWJEA
I bought it back in February and it had worked wonders for me. It still works like a champ! I've dropped it a could of times onto hard surface and its pretty rugged. I'd highly recommend it!

In my Jeans?
yes
I wear loose jeans.
It's actually smaller than the N6, and about 1.5times thicker than my N6 with the Spigen case.
i use this one from Ibattz http://www.amazon.com/ibattz-Battst...ie=UTF8&qid=1416755216&sr=8-3&keywords=ibattz
I mostly like it bc it has the protective case..
I also use Anker, with the Astro E3 10,000 and the Astro E5 15,000.
Note however that I had these back when I used my Nexus 4, and that they were mostly used for heavy Ingress activity. Since owning the N6 I have yet needed to use a battery pack.

using this, cheap and good.
I have this one (5200mah version that I no longer see for sale) though I like that first one you posted OP because of that charger cable built in.

For an external battery, I use a Techmatte charger. Lasts for about three and a half charges, three charges if charging from empty. Pretty simple design, not too expensive.
Kamashi 10000Mah battery. It's cheap and works great.
This is the one I ended up buying

Im using the xiaomi 10400 power bank! Theres a new higher capacity one releasing soon, poke around and you'll see!
TL;DR version: you're probably just better off spending that money on a couple of cheaper batteries.
https://mugen.co/mugen-power-3100mah-extended-battery-for-lg-g4-815t-g4-dual-818n.html
I’ve been alternating between the use of the Mugen 3100 mAh battery and my OEM stock 3000 mAh battery for about a week and half now so, as agreed to, it’s about time to share my thoughts on it. I have been noting my usage. Nothing scientific, just hands on experience.
I do want to point out, though, before sharing these initial impressions that, while my day to day usage is mostly the same, my phone’s performance seemed to have taken a hit during this past week. I have been experiencing lag when I wasn’t before and it seems like my phone was just burning through battery a lot more than usual so I can’t rightfully point my finger at this particular battery. I did a factory reset a couple nights ago and will do further testing this coming week and will update this thread with my final thoughts.
To sum things up, as of right now I would find it very hard to recommend the $44.50 Mugen battery over cheaper alternatives or even just buying an OEM battery from LG (not sure how much it costs, but it’s probably similar). 100 mAh just isn’t a meaningful boost and it’s just not a noticeable improvement, if you could even call it that.
To put in perspective, you could buy two TrendOn batteries for less than the price of one Mugen battery. The TrendOn battery (as well as other brands such as Hyperion) also has the added benefit of throwing in a battery charger with your purchase – the Mugen battery does not include a charger. I mention the TrendOn brand because that’s what I used with my G3 so I’d be comfortable buying that brand again and, if I were to spend my own money, I’d definitely choose two for less than the cost of one.
This battery compared to the stock battery looks to be about the same size in my eyes. I honestly can’t tell the difference other than the color and branding, however, it is a tighter fit. Not by much, but you do notice it when snapping your back plate on. If you manually installed a qi sticker, you might want to double check to make sure the qi/NFC contacts still connect with this battery installed and make adjustments to your sticker as necessary (adding a small piece of paper under the contact to raise it does the trick).
As for battery life and usage, maybe my phone was just having a bad week, but I was not getting impressive results. The week prior the arrival of this battery, I was recording usage from my stock battery from the time I woke up and unplugged my phone to 5% battery drain when I swapped it out for a fresh battery. I’ve kept conditions roughly the same with the Mugen battery.
Overall, my stock OEM battery actually had better results (but also keep in mind that those results were recorded before I felt like my phone could have benefited from a factory result). From my very heavy use, my stock battery averaged 9.55 hours total time on with 3.45 hours of SOT whereas the Mugen battery averaged 8.42 hours total time on with 3.0 hours of SOT.
Maybe the results will be different after this most recent factory reset, but, even then, is that extra 100 mAh even worth it when there are cheaper alternatives? I’m leaning towards no. Use the money for two 3000 mAh from another brand that includes a battery charger or just pay a bit more and get their extended 6500 mAh battery instead (the downside of their extended battery, though, is the quality of the back cover – it’s slippery and feels cheap).
2/5
Or, if you don’t mind losing NFC and qi, consider this extended battery from Hyperion:http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00ZA...yperion+g4&dpPl=1&dpID=41JzRQ1s7fL&ref=plSrch
I recently got this 6000 mAh battery from Hyperion for my G4 (great customer service, by the way – they replaced my G3 battery with one for the G4). Like the Mugen extended battery back cover, it’s also cheap, slippery plastic, but this one should at least have a case coming for it down the line. First day of recorded use gave me 24h 26m total time on with a SOT of 8h 35m. Not bad at all.

I have been looking for a wireless stand for my phone and I am glad I found this one. The stand itself is of a very light aluminum with 2 large rubber feet on each side of the stand to limit slipping and sliding. The angle is more vertical than horizontal, perhaps 15 degrees back from vertical. The product shipped with the stand, a 2A usb AC adapter and a microUSB cable. The charging rate is substantial considering that it is not a "fast charger" and I could detect no increased heat on the stand, case or battery. The charging surface is large and it functioned with several phones and cases, with some caveats.
I have tested with these phones: Note 2, Note 3, Note5 and Galaxy S6
The Note 2 and 3 used aftermarket addon to enable Qi wireless charging, the Note 5 and S6 came with wireless charging capability built in.
The results were all similar in the following regards:
Bare phone in portrait mode, works perfectly.
Bare phone in horizontally, works perfectly.
Thin case in portrait mode, works perfectly.
Thin case in horizontally, usually worked, but in some occasions some sliding around was needed to engage the charger.
Note 5 Otterbox Defender in portrait did work
Note 5 Otterbox Defender in horizontal, usually worked, but in some occasions some sliding around was needed to engage the charger.
My testing concludes that the thickness of the case didn't affect the ability to charge, it was more of its ability to line up correctly with the coils. with the various sizes of phones, various cases, locations of charging receivers in the phones, it is hard for a 1 size fits all solution, but this one did fairly well and I am quite happy with it.
If I could design a better version of this:
* The front side could be extendable, to allow a bit more flexibility of lining up to the coils. Having a little bit of manual adjustment would make it more adaptable.
* The lights on the charging pad are multiple and fairly bright. a way of turning off those lights after the initial detection would be useful. For the mean time, a bit of black tape will mask the problem.
* The MicroUSB port is exposed and the cord sticks way out to the right side. Placing the port to the interior or providing a right-angled connector would make it more clean looking
I did receive promotional pricing for this product for the purposes of the review, which was convenient because I have really been looking for a product like this.
Great review i have to say i love my iron stand. Sadly my case is to thick for the charger to charge it with the hard plastic back on. there customer service is really good. they emailed me after purchasing the charger to make sure i was satisfied and i got talking to yoona and she helped me out greatly. she provided me a photo of the internals of the device to show the depth the coils below the black plastic which explained why my case doesnt work.
Nice, but I prefer the Spigen Tilt charger to the choetech.
I did "modify" it a little bit to contain the cable a bit, by clipping on that banana clip from my desk drawer.
Thank you guys for sharing! I do love Qi charging stands versus lay flats. I love CHOETECH but I hate that side charging USB location. Why is it there?? Qi charging is great because it helps hide cords, and this thing jut shoves it in your face.
Wow. Didn't know what to expect but this is a fantastic device. With a lot of wireless chargers you will get a delay before it starts charging, sometimes having to reposition the device on the charger until it is in the right place. Not this one. Not only does the stand feature help you to instantly put it in the right position, but the power difference is obvious immediately. It charges from even a few inches away from the pad. I swapped the white Micro USB out for a black one.
Charging great on my Nexus 6 even with my rather utilitarian Roocase "Glacier Tough" Nexus 6 case. Highly recommend!
I wonder if they will come out with a Quick Charge version of this? That would rock.
I have not messed with NFC Tags, but I wonder if they would work on this sort of thing. Use NFC Tag to trigger a tasker profile to connect to BT speakers, keyboard, start screencast, etc
