How to watch a movie on my Xperia? --> Divx with AC3-sound

Hi everybody,
Who knows how to play avi or divx movie with AC3-sound on your xperia?
Is there a codec or a player wich supports both codecs?
I tried to play it with coreplayer but that didnt work.
Btw: My xperia is runnig windows 6.5

No, coreplayer does not have hardware acceleration.
You should probably just transcode the file.

There's a version of Coreplayer ripped from an Acer phone going around that supposedly has 3D acceleration. Don't know if it works on the X1 though, as we've been screwed generally on the "acceleration only works on certain Microsoft and SE apps" issue

I have that version .. it does not have hardware acceleration for owr almighty xperia

i tried Btunes , looks a lot like Ipod music player but it lacks the Graphic equalizer ...

I think you are the first person from who i heard that the music player of android is better than the iphone

[Q] Single media controller?

I recently jumped ship and have gone from iPhone 4S to Xperia Z1. One thing I cannot get used to is that all apps that can play media seems to require separate controls. On the iPhone everything making sound used the same play, pause, next controls etc.
This image illustrates what I mean. The audiobook player, the built in walkman, wimp (streamed music) and google play player all have separate widgets and controls. Is it possible to get only one that works on what ever app is currently playing media?

I usually get rid of all but one audio player and then just use the controls for that. I usually use google play music, but the way they store on device music is kind of frustrating so I'm open to other options as well. I guess just play with them and see which one you like best and then stick with that one. If you have multiple streaming services, this might not be an option and you'll just have to always exit whichever one(s) you're not using so that only one comes up in the notification drawer. That's my advice.

X-Reality for MX Player Pro

I've played videos on the Sony Movies app and also on the MX Player Pro app.
After comparisons, I've realised that X-Reality doesn't work on MX player pro. (Please see screenshots below)
At first I thought Sony made it in a way where it only worked with their apps but no, it works on YouTube, pocket casts and other video playing apps.
Is there a way I can make it work with MX player pro?

gosh I tought it was supposed to work system wide... does it mean that for pics it is not applied if I use quickpic instead of sony album? I have deleted all dony apps, actually (walkman, movie, album, calendar, sociallife)

High Quality Video Playback Issue

Just to be clear
My device can perfectly support and play all the HDR10 Content from any streaming sites like;
Netflix, YouTube and others.
My Device
Stock Mate 10 ALP-L29 / Android 9 (EMUI 9)
My Video
MPEG-4 / High Efficiency Video Coding (HEVC)
Bit depth: 10 bits / Maximum bit rate: 94.2 Mb/s - Overall bit rate 73 Mb/s
FPS: 59.940 / Resolution 4K (3840X2160)
Issue with
Mate 10 Stock Video Player Version 8.0.9.326
Important Note: The Mate 10 Stock Video Player (or Stock Codec), MX Player (J2 Interactive) and the Videolabs (VCL for Android) gives you Actual Colors from the Video you are playing but
Problem: *After a few seconds of playtime, the app lag and unwatchable.

Screenshot: Left Picture, is for Stock Video Player, MX Player and VCL Player that lag or crashes. Right Picture, are other 3rd Party Apps that play but degraded.
Below are the Video Applications that I tried to play the High Quality File like HDR Video in which
Important Note: Can play a High Quality Video
Problem: But doesn't display the Actual Colors from the real HDR Videos also the App seems to downgrade the video playback.

*GOM Player - GOM Player
