Attached is a template I made by scanning the template that came with the case. Added black and white backgrounds, and black and white masks. Just paste in your image layer, move it around and size it accordingly.

Will this work with the regular S6 case? If not, has anybody made a template for it?

I want to buy a skin for my Nexus (not a "case").
I was wondering if there is a skin out there that is pure white. What I mean by that is a skin that is just white, with no menu button designs, NOTHING but white. If there is a white skin with cut outs for the menu buttons (so that they appear black when not turned on and glow white when active) I would be more interested in that though.
I desperately want to turn my "white" nexus to a completely white phone . If there is another way to do this besides skins, like changing the face cover or whatever please tell me.

...Could I suggest a spray paint bottle ?
You can buy a bezel online and paint it white. You can also get an already white back cover. That's the whitest you'll get, since there's no screen with a white portion.

My phone is already the white Nexus S from Telus so the battery cover won't be needed. I might try the bezel.
Unique skins (http://www.uniqueskins.com/Products/Samsung/Custom+Samsung+Nexus+S+Skin?t=c) and decalgirl (http://www.decalgirl.com/category.view/Samsung-Google-Nexus-S-Skins) both have a white skin... Unique skins also let's you make your own skins so I can make a solid white one. I'll try that before anything else. Only worries are that the skins won't cover the 2 sides of the front screen that are black, only the other areas (only the top speaker area and bottom buttons area). I'd get upset if that happened lol. So I am going to end up getting a pure white case too

The decal girl one looks like it has sides (and there's a solid white one). Dunno about the uniqueskin one. Since you already have a white back cover, there's only the bezel left.
Edit: It has the buttons though. >_>

Eh I;m actually not that upset about t having buttons I'd still get it LOL. Tough choices... I either make my own solid white skin on unique skin without (assuming) buttons or get the decagirl one with buttons... Which would look nicer?
Just to help you out some, I was trying to find actual pictures of the Decalgirl skin on a nexus s, I found one review. Here is a good idea what the phone would look like with the skin on, you just have to imagine it white Like I said in my thread about Decalgirl skins, when mine arrives I'll take some pictures. Hope this helped!

I was looking for something to show what it looks like on the phone screen but I couldn't find anything. Probably just being lazy. Thanks man, now I REALLY want that white skin XD ... + A white mercury silicon case ;P they be bawse
Hm I wonder if it is possible to get rid of the menu button print on the bottom... White-out/marker or paint ....? Or would it look nicer with the menu buttons... decisions decisions....

No problem always willing to help!
I believe when you get the skin you don't have to use the cutouts, you can leave them on to cover up, we shall find out tomorrow or Friday.

Paint front face?
By the way, I have detached the front facing case(only the frame around the screen). Beacuse it was streched a little.
Now the question is, can I paint this part. And if possible how

The color is coming off. I have some small scuffs like dot that the black color is not there
and I can see the aluminium
Is there any paint that works on aluminium?
I was thinking to get a touch up paint for a car which supposed to be for metal
There are a lot of "stealth" colors available.
Has anyone done that?

I'm in the same boat. At first was thinking plasti-dip, but that'd rub off pretty fast in and out of your pocket all the time. Subbed to thread, pretty curious.
Have you tried permanent black marker? I heard it's decent enough for small patch.
Actually the black permanent marker works pretty well. I tried to rub the surface where I have the white spots and the black color did not come out
I dont know how strong this paint is but I would not mind to do it every few months.

I'm looking at upgrading my 2013 X to the 2014 model because of today's great deal, but am unsure what color accent I should get. I want it it to match the metallic border on the phone. A lot of pictures I've seen show the border as a metallic silver, so you would think the silver accent would be a good match. However, on the Moto Maker site the border looks a bit darker, and in their mockup the dark grey (black) accent looked best.
For those of you who have either of these accents colors in real life, which do you think matches the border better?

Ah, I was not aware that there were 2 colors, and that they were affected by the color of the front faceplate. Pity, as I wanted a black face but liked the lighter metallic border. Oh well, black face w/ dark grey border and trim it is, then. Thanks!
hello folks
basically, today i woke up and plastic white lines that run across the back of the phone turned to pink(ish). i am pretty sure those lines were white yesterday. no chemical contact or any other paint splash or some like that happened. (phone works perfectly fine so i can assume no liquid damege i guess) any ideas? i upload two photos to comparison.
Did you wear red pants or put the phone into a red pocket? Maybe felt, new or natural fabrics?
nope. even if i did i use my phone with protective clear case. i'll add better pics tomorrow but it looks like red color is inside. antenna lines are a bit transparent so the color reflects outside.
