I'm sorry, but there really isn't enough information provided here, to help in any way. Perhaps a screenshot or some more description please.
When I get a text message via hangouts app the screen wakes. I don't want that ..

I suspected ambient but he said waking screen so I assumed otherwise.

im only assuming, because ambient display wakes when a hangouts notification comes in. thats the only way it wakes for me.

Whenever I get an incoming call on my Moto X, the computerized voice reads the number aloud and asks if I want to ignore or answer. Is this a Touchless Control feature? I can't seem to find out how to turn if off. Anyone know if this is possible?

I went thru all settings (I think) and can't seem to figure how to disable this. It's so annoying...what am I missing?
This is a known bug with Moto Assist that you are likely experiencing. The only solution that I am aware of is to go into settings and completely disable the Assist app.

Gear has Facebook notifications. It doesn't read the notifications on the gear, it directs you to the phone. It also doesn't alert you of messages. I think I only get alerts for posts on threads I'm in. Can't tell u about friend requests because I'm not popular enough.
I would assume some people aren't seeing this because they haven't added the account to the phone?

I have root and Xposed. How can I get rid of the voicemail notification in the status bar???? I use Google Voice for voicemail. I don't know my pin for AT&T VM, nor do I care. I know I can clear data from the phone app to kill the icon in the status bar, but it reappears every time I reboot. There has to be a method to disable this, no?
Have you tried dialing your voicemail and actually listenning to your voicemail(s)??? I mean, that's one of the ways to clear the notification.

Actually you might be able to block the notification using the xposed module Gravitybox. In the statusbar tweaks there is an option to hide ongoing notifications.

Yeah, it wants a pin. I have no idea what that pin is. Who listens to voicemails anymore? Google Voice translates them to text and delivers them to my email inbox. It isn't 2008 any more.
Edit: I have figured out the pin. I have 296 new messages. Ain't nobody got time for that.
I know it's supported by T-Mobile. I can't get it to work whatsoever. I'm not even getting notifications that I'm getting voicemail. When I check them every caller is unknown. I've always used Google voice on every phone. I flashed the factory image and set up my mailbox. Is there something im missing to get visual voicemail to work?

In the phone/dialer there should be a tab - you may have to toggle it on/off.

I don't like the idea of Samsung tracking every single app that I use and how long I use it for.
This stinks of how Facebook tracked their users and found out that millions of people were using WhatsApp so they bought it.
SOLUTION:
pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.samsung.android.wellbeing

Digital well-being is a feature which s was introduced with Android 9 by Google. It's not a feature that Samsung implemented. Also I don't think there is a way to turn it off.

Block usage access for it!
use a package disabler app or adb and disable it. That's what I did, no issues at all and it removes from settings
you can just disable the "Usage data access" special permission from Digital Wellbeing.
This way the app will not be able to track how much time you spent within each app.
I'm trying to figure out if this has any impact on performance on the S10.
edit: to select the Digital Wellbeing you should enable system apps on the list of apps that asks for this permission.

Have someone else noticed this as well?

It could be placebo, since it doesn't have any influence on battery menagment and optimization. By clear logic you should have gotten better battery cause it's a log hog

Originally i disabled the app itself. Btw, didn't notice any problems with powershare, it worked just fine while the app was disabled. I reenabled it only because i noticed increased battery drain...
Same problem here
