Disable DVFS without Xposed? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6

I have a custom kernel, wondering if there is a way to disable DVFS without having xposed?

[Q][I900][TWEAKS] Should we enable or disable?

in almost all custom roms there a is an app like tweak manager and has by default on (ticked) some tweaks like
"RAM: Min-free", "I/O: No-a-time", "I/O: Scheduler", "VM:Swappiness" and "VM: Dirtyness"
should we enable it?? or remove (untick) those?
only on rom simplicity the developer says to untick them.
that means that the each rom has some tweaks and we dont need those extra?
if we enable those extra then it will we be unstable for the rom since it has its own tweaks?

Tweaks app comes with semaphore kernel or CF root kernel.
Basically what i do.
If i'm on stock rom with this kernel i use RAM: Min-free", "I/O: No-a-time", "SD card speed", "VM:Swappiness" and "VM: Dirtyness.
If i'm on custom rom i untick all options in tweak app.
Yes all custom roms have their own tweaks so you don't need these tweaks.
Rom will not be unstable butt you'll never know which tweaks are effective beaucouse it overlaps.

at least now I am pretty sure that no body knows what are those tweaks except Chaine Fire
Good information
Thanks for this rare info.

[Q] Modules+kernel+gingerdx?

I noticed that the usual modules in GDX is not in placed in the latest release of DX, specifically MDDI for lag fix, does DX find it unnecessary to place modules because we already have custom kernels? or does the kernel have preset modules installed e.g. MDDI in it? or do I have to manually set the module, because DX preferred it to be optional? too many questions but this really bugs me.

Possible to add menu2wake, swipe2wake, etc without kernel flash?

Is it possible to add features like logo2wake, swipe2wake, doubletap2wake without flashing a kernel? I'd like to have my One as close to 4.3 Google Play stock as possible, meaning I don't want to flash a custom kernel, but I also want these wake features because I hate hardware buttons. Is this possible? I'm currently using the Faux kernel and it works fine, but it bothers me a bit that it's not stock.
oops...i meant logo2wake, not menu2wake.
Not available in any stock kernel

GPU Governor

Is there any kernel for official Lineage?

Recently flashed Lineage as the system, but I can not stand the heat. I've tried apps like Kernel Adiutor and EX Kernel Maneger to change the CPU Governor, but after reboot, some options I set went back to default. So it seems a kernel is a really better way to control the CPU frequency and other stuffs.
So, is there any kernel for Lineage?
