I'm sorry if the question is dumb. I get notification sound every 2-3 minutes but there is nothing in notification tray. Does anyone know what would it be? Thank you.

Hi,
It made me crazy )
It's probably nfc sound. Try to disable the NFC.

The nfc is disabled.

Fixed.
There is an option Notification reminder. Which reminds for unread emails every 5 minutes.

Sometimes overlapping tone.
It won't stop.
I can't find a thing running that has notifications turned on.
Any ideas?

That seems to do the trick, but then aren't I missing out on that feature? Say if I'm in the shower?
Kind of sad that's the only place left to get away from the leash... before I retired I bought a lake house that got no pager (remember those? ) or cell service just to get away.

Has anyone figured out how to make the phones notifications vibrate and sound at the same time?
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
Or at least able to change the vibration pattern ?
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
Yes, anyone? There is in the meniu selection for vibration, but when I receive calls or notification it only play sound. No vibration. When I choose vibration profile it vibrates. There is no vibration and sound at the same time?
Sorry for double post but does anyone can confrim this? Is it hard to write yes/no
+1

I guess it is not possible at the moment.
We have to wait for Samsung to implement it in the future.

Hi
Could anyone help me receive messages on my gear from my note 3?
I did all settings in gear manager on note 3. I could receive all ( calls, emails etc) but no messages.
Is there any other setting I must do before?
Thx a lot

Sometimes not that easy. I've had messages checked under notifications in settings. And I haven't received 1 SMS notification since day one. I only use stock SMS app.
Kinda. Annoying
And kinda gave up awhile ago. Just like my svoice won't work. Tried everything. Can't find others with issue.

if your screen is on, the sms won't go to the watch. You need to either check if there are wakelocks or install modded message apk (search in this forum) that doesn't turn screen on when you receive a message
Hello everyone,
Is there a way to exclude whatsapp group notification only from gear manager? Or at least preventing them from vibrating / sounding on the gear? Because I'd love to have whatsapp chat notification on my gear, but enabling that will also enable group notification.
Thanks!

no way.

Have you tried disabling the WhatsApp group notification on your phone?
Yes, but it still vibrates.

I have this semi workaround using tasker to create a notification (only problem is that tasker owns the notification instead of whatsapp)http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50052579&postcount=18

Hi, i have cm11 kitkat on, i just noticed that all of the sudden the notifications always vibrate even if every single vibration option has been ticked off in setting/sound/notification and in-apps... I wonder if anyone has been through this and if i may missing something....thanks
