vanir is not good for gaming bcz im too using it and assasian creed pirates lag so much in this and domination too lags

vanir or AICP is the best maybe in the 5.1 ROMs....but in all ROMs i think the 4.3 is the best for gaming
I think 4.3 rom much stable than the lolipop rom especially big games.

no, omni rom 4.4 ported from zperia z was the best rom for gaming i am using it from some days and all games which i play on this like mc5 , rr3 , xcom , assassian creed pirates , dominations and the morden combat and they all work jst osm

Definitely. That ROM is way too underappreciated. It is by far the smoothest ROM around.

you can play telltale games like game of thrones, the walking dead and other heavy games without force close?
In my opinion CM12.1.
Sometimes builds was unstable(but is fixed very fast), but ROM is very fast and smooth. In Antutu I have 30k points, in games like WoT or MC5 I can play without any lags.

All heavy games (Including telltale ones) run without a hitch. I'm playing wolf among us atm and it's working flawlessly. Better than it did on stock.

it is really awessome and is in another level, I have 510mb free ram without installing app and after installing my usual apps I have 440mb free, this is just miraculous!!! :highfive:

Hi guys, I got NfsMW working on our HD2's. It's not laggy but the problem is that after about 2 minutes, it just exits. What's the problem? Ram? I think that android turns on it's ****ty apps(for eg. Play store) to "update" them, and then they take too much of ram..
I'd like to see your answers, thanks. Maybe chainfire can solve the problem? Or we should KILL everything with ram manager?
Edit: Forgot to mention, I'm running Aokp jellybean build 3 from xylo on nand.

The new NFS: MW? I highly doubt that works without lag, I've seen the graphics and they're quite heavy for a mobile game. No single core, 404Mb RAM (in Android) phone could run it smoothly. Even Temple Run has a poor framerate. If you mean the old NFS: MW then that runs perfectly for me without lag, and it doesn't close after a while either.

Well, it's not without lag, but it's really playable, I firstly thought that it won't even run. I'll make a short video tommorow if you want. I've found out that I can play it with the ram manager setted to hard gaming.
Yes, it's the new one. HD2 is never going to die.

NFS MW is working on HD2 without any problem! The game is really good. You can watch a short movie from the game, just search on youtube: NFS MW HTC HD2
I play this game on paranoidandroid without overclocking. Only thing you must do is to change build.prop file.

I certainly wouldn't say without any problems. The game runs at half the speed it should! Even then, I'm impressed at how smooth it is since it's running on such old hardware.

Do you have a problem like me: You're racing and suddenly the game crashes because of GPU, RAM?
If you don't, how did you fixed it? I tried with that ram manager pro setted to hard gaming but I don't think it's due RAM.
When installed chainfire3d, it crashed my phone so I had to reflash my rom(stupid man forgot to backup current).

If you have the softbuttons activated, it won't download because of that.
I'll upload apk to dropbox and send you a pm.
And yes, problem was rom, not the game. We have strong enough gpu and enough ram to run it. I'm playing on paranoid 1.5b without problems.

I know it! I have to change Android OS "Again" but the biggest question is "Which one is smooth and stable" and ofcurse no battery drain?

I have NFS_MW, the game is great! it has some lags, but it's playable it doesn't crash on my HD2

Devs will probably make some patches with light effects that will work on every device that can run the game(eg. like Dead Trigger..).
It plays on the Hd2... But then there is a lot of difference running it on my note 2 and Asus tf300

I managed to run it smoothly without those effects with normally downloaded data for Desire HD. However, after 2 weeks, the effects for POWERVR devices (better textures, lightning effects etc) activated, so it lagged horribly.
does nfsmw and dead trigger run smoothly on device? also i've downloaded fl commando d day and it lags after several levels but ive seen game reviews of our device in which yhe game runs smoothly....i say how???

Nfs mw lags on stock ! Install custom rom and custom kernel to solve that. Now it runs smoothly on my phone

On my bro's phone, the lag kicks in after the in-game speed increases. Can't jump at the right time coz of it.

YES.....For me subway surfer works AWESOME WITHOUT ANY LAG
But now I use Stock CM10.1.2+Semaphore Kernel.....Can't say about all Stock
Cause when I got this phone I simply rooted it and installed a Custom Rom Right away....This phone was never on stock...It was stock only for 1 day .....With cyanogenMod even games like MC4 works very well.....But anyway Game Works fine for Me sir

Six Guns had some lags
MC3 had some minor lags too but the game is playable I haven't OCed my phone...I will do that then will tell about lags But for now There are minor lags

I can't say anything about the gameplay, cause when race its about to start, it crashes (When I say that the race is about to start, its the loading screen), when loading is done, it crashes.
Organ Trail: Director's Cut is pretty good if you have any nostalgia for the original it's a new twist on a classic.
I tried Asphalt 8..It lags a bit But without OC ..Haven't tried with OC

I am a stock 4.3 lover becouse it the sony mane rom ant looks so nice but in other hand sony rom pissed me off ... Becouse off lagg meniu smoothness and so on . So i wanna ask your opinion what kind of rom have smooth interface and great multitasking im not games lover but sometimes i like to play some games and i hate when multitask is shut the game off ... And im using fb and fb messenger with some more programs thats all and i would like the smooth rom for that becouse dual core 1,7 ghz cpu and 1 gb ram really can have smooth rom with some programs so can any one give me some experence what rom is suetable for me ? I have tryed many roms but all work great only few days and then again works like stock one

i have used kernels like madys, ex, holydragon on stock and on gaming spectrum profile, but not satisfactory.
plz somebody provide me with the settings and i am not willing to buy any gaming phone.

on oreo it may be lagging bt i am on the last nougat 4.5.1 and all the games u mentioned runs smoothly for me so if u want better gaming performance and battery life then better downgrade to nougat for now

lack of optimization and not using of latest resources by one plus in my opinion. oreo will get better later so for now gamers should stay on nougat

Well, i don't feel any lag on latest Oreo ie. 5.0.3
All heavy games Like MC5, PUBG & Ashphalt 8 too running very smoothly...
After flashing so many custom roms, I've returned to latest stock, & I feel its too OP.
Would suggest u too flash latest stock OS.
Check ur Ping too for every games u r playing

An update guyz,
I tried vertex nougat rom in which ui was smooth af but gaming was not as smooth,then I switched to sultan lineage, and the games i mentioned ran smoothly.
may be the cpu driver made by him works well with 3d titles.
Skydragon + mcd kernel works well in my case
No throttling at all
No fps drop too in pubg
Totally lag free gaming
