has anyone installed xposed on 5.0 yet? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

I tried the modified xposed .zip flash file (http://www.droidviews.com/unofficial-xposed-for-samsung-touchwiz-lollipop/) using nce ss and flashfire to flash the .zip but the xposed apk is still unable to install the framework. I'm on the muniz de0dexed 5.0 rom found on this subforum.
I hope im just doing something wrong

Here's what I did, I got the apk and zip from the TMS5 thread. Thel installed the apk and opened it, then using FF I did a dirty flash of the zip. After reboot I had xposed. BE VERY CAREFUL with some of the modules. Holothemer soft bricked my phone and it was a ***** to finally get back right. After playing with all the 5.0 roms, I'm back on 4.4.2 for now and going to play with some of those roms.
Why don't you run the Alliance Rom instead? You can do pretty much everything you can with exposed and it's a lot safer.

Nexus 5 Android 4.4.4 OTA KTU84P From KTU84M

Hi Guys Here Is The Latest OTA Captured Android 4.4.4 KTU84P
I wish to have something like that to flash in TWRP.
Wow. This is such an original development.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Is this literally just the changes between 4.4.3 and 4.4.4? If so this is good! Saves a complete rom flash!

My install has failed. I uninstalled Xposed framework (through the app as indicated) and restored a volume setting back to stock. The error message I get via TWPR is "/system/priv-app/systemui.apk" has unexpected contents and E:error executing updater binary in zip '/sdcard/download/update.zip'
Any thoughts? Thanks.

it's weird
why don't you flash ota with xposed frame active? try this
at me....my xposed was active / elementalx kernel .....and i flashed it without any issues
cheers
I had a little trouble getting root and Xposed back after flashing this, but I finally managed. For root, I had to get a newer SuperSU version; was having no luck with 1.94, which is what I had on hand, but 2.00 works. Xposed was my fault; I forgot to do the uninstall step before flashing. Changing the Xposed install method from "classical" to manual SD and recovery worked.
The MD5 for this file is 7b4e4e887ec853c4721bdb1a54eb0749, if anyone needs it.
Kinda small considering there is a new radio!

Concidering how bad the last was that's probably all it is.... Joke
Please fix the F/C on this application. Thx.
How are you guys flashing it with modifications? are you unrooting the phone first? It failed in TWRP for me.
Anyone noticed a grey line of pixels on the right of screen ? It does it on my home screen but disappears when in an app.

I did not unroot, but I lost root after flashing. Re-rooted with SuperSU 2.00 and all is well.
Can i flash this from TWRP? I'm on stock 4.4.3, franco and rooted. Thanks!
Use this thread
The thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/general/info-nexus-5-ota-help-desk-t2523217
has all the answers for you guys! Read about 9-10 pages back and I am sure someone would have experienced what some of you might be experiencing
Perfect. Lost nothing, not even root (survival mode in SuperSU is always checked for me). I only uninstalled xposed just to be safe.
Ok my ability to make calls and send text was lost after flashing this in the morning. Flashed 4.4.3 radio and it seems to work now. ?

Xposed Framework Disabler/Enabler (incase of bootloop)

There are a lot of Modules which may cause a bootloop on Android L (especially on Android 5.1). And since Xposed does not come with a disabler zip for Android L, you cannot disable it from recovery in case of bootloop. For this reason, I created a flashable Xposed Disabler that can disable Xposed from recovery, in case of a bootloop. I also created an enabler in case if you disabled it using the disabler zip.
Any problems with the zip files, please inform me.
Well it Does disable it ( I am on 5.0 )
But ... How I can re enable it back? I tried reflashing exposed again No affect
exposed
To reenable xposed after using the zip, just delete the disable file in /data/data/de.robv.xposed.installer/config
Just use a root explorer and delete disabled from data/data/de.robv.xposed.installer/config
Is this only work for Android L? I'm still on stock jellybean. Would like to have a diabler for my version to.
Samsung roms?

How does this work? Does it remove the Xposed stuff or temporarily block access to it unless you use the re-enabler?
It creates a empty "disabled" file in "\data\data\de.robv.android.xposed.installer\conf" which disables the Xposed module until the file is deleted either by the flashable zip or manually deleting the file.
Thanks! Works like a charm on 5.1!
Saved a couple of hours of flashing and restoring data!
Is there a way to disable it using root explorer?

as long as you can create a file at correct path and name it correctly, it should work.
Hi there!
Does these work on last Xposed alpha4 by rovo89?
I have a Samsung TouchWiz deodexed rom and I'm using alpha 4 with arter97's Krait V5 and everything is fine, but as rovo89's uninstallers does not work on this combination, the only easy to get out a bootloop is to use a disabler/enabler solution.
Can you confirm that these also work on last rovo89's release?
Tnx.

Hi,
I use Xposed V85 for MIUI (on Redmi Note 2) bad this solution doesn't work for me. I need for temporary disabled xposed because Horizon Go (UPC) have problem with framework. Can you have any solution without permanetly uninstall xposed ?
Is there a way to use it without custom recovery? I'm stuck in bootloop with stock recovery, please help

Which Xposed installer did you install? v2.x or v3.0? A screenshot of the Framework section within the Xposed Installer might be helpful.
I got almost the same problem on CM13; http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/xposed-framework-t3273084

Did you gave it storage permission on Application Manager?
follow these instructions, i did and have it working on both my Tab S2 and S7 Edge
http://www.droidviews.com/enjoy-viper4android-on-galaxy-s6-and-s6-edge/
I flashed one of the v4.8 zips from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/viperaudio-viperatmos-3-8-sq-driver-t3289075 (I think it was the Beats Universal version near the bottom) and V4A works great. Dolby Atmos isn't working however, fc every time I open it. I think it's fixable but I haven't really messed with it because I don't listen to music on my S2 very often and I'm happy with just Viper.
Flash this
Same for me, I did a lot of things just with no luck. So I decided to make a factory reset, clean install the new MM update trough Odin, then install TWRP and flash SuperSu zip.
Then I found this THREAD made for the s7 and found this ZIP inside the replies, the flashed it and worked like a charm.
Instructions to install a working V4a (pay attention because it's extremely difficult):
1-> Hard factory reset. (just take the tab back to stock)
2->Update to MM with odin if u want (I don't know if it works on Lollipop)
4->Flash TWRP through Odin
5->Flash SuperSu through TWRP (this will root the tab)
6->Install Busybox from Google play
7->Flash this zip through TWRP.
5->Done
Not difficult, just joking.
Let me know if it worked for you. If you need more instructions about installing MM just go to my post if you want.

Thx so much! Worked perfectly. Although all i did was search for the file name on Google (cuz the owner of the file had it in his trash bin) and flash w twrp cuz my rom is still stock and I had already done everything else long ago.
If any future ppl need the file, here it is: http://d-h.st/YKOZ
And if that link turns up dead eventually, search this file name on Google, there should still be one out there somewhere
ViPER4Android_FX_A4_6.0.1_New

hello dudes!
the file from above worked perfectly on 6.0.1 for me
