Hi, I was wondering if there's any external microphone compatible with Samsung phones, I have checked online and all I found was microphones for iPhones :/

Does this phone have a secondary noise cancelling microphone or does it use software cancellation? Also how good is the noise cancellation regardless of the method used?

I think it's software noise cancellation, but today I called someone in the street with lots of car, and my speaker didn't eared any cars.
So it seems to work correctly !

O2X has TWO microphone (second - near with top caller speaker). Let's see a service manual.
I realize this sounds silly but is it at all possible to use 2 a2dp headphones/devices simultaneously? I would assume the bt spec supports it though couldn't get my N4 on PAC ROM to output to both simultaneously.
The practical use case is me on my motorcycle with a passenger. Yes we could each use our own phone but I tend to"ride to the music"so it would be pretty nice to share the entire experience (including the song and position of the music I'm playing) with my passenger. Thanks!

I'm also really interested in this, however it would likely involve rewriting part of the Bluetooth subsystem (is it still bluez?) to make it happen, plus all the testing and debugging...

I'm having a problem getting true stereo using my Aux output to my CD player. One of the channels is either very muted, or its playing mono through both speakers, I can't tell, but it's not right. Bluetooth plays fine. I've had this problem before with my Rezound, but when I rebooted it the problem would go away, I've rebooted my X with no such luck. Anyone else have this problem or know how to correct it? Thanks.

Sounds like it could be a bad connection to the cable. Have your tried a different cable our tried cleaning out the jacks on either end?

I found the problem, turns out my right speaker was blown. The reason the Bluetooth seemed to work was because the Bluetooth device I use is a cheap Chinese model, and the channels are wired backwards, so the guitar parts I thought weren't playing would play through the left speaker. Murphys law I guess. Thanks for the help though.

OK my wife's One has been having mic issues. People couldn't hear her unless she was on speaker phone. I ordered a new mic/ charge port off eBay. Then after seeing a particular YouTube video I put a piece of scotch tape over secondary mic up by the camera and it made other mic start working in calls again. Question is will replacing mic assembly fix anything?

So I bought a pair of powerbeats2 but when I walk or put my phone in my pocket the music will skip really bad, I updated my beats and I'm on pure Nexus from and I just can't get it to stop skipping, when I put my phone in front of me and don't move then it works just fine. Anyone know a fix for this?

Sounds like the BT signal is getting blocked by your body.
This happens to me as well if I put my phone in my back pocket.
