The only thing I can recommend when the bootloader refuses to unlock it to reflash the stock firwmare, but you already did.
Looks like there is an hardware problem, maybe with the memory chip.
Just to be sure, you flashed your firmware using
Code:
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
fastboot flash zip firmware.zip
fastdboot reboot
?

you can't flash the firmware from fastboot, it must be done from RUU mode, looks like you're stuck

what was the error code of the ruu?
downgrade your hboot then run the ruu again.

Alternative 1: try revone
Alternative 2: try adb commands http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2475914 (you'll need su privileges for that, maybe try the temproot exploit from firewater)
Alternative 3: you can use: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2527194
3A) obviously, you'll need a custom recovery for that, but if you're still on hboot 1.44 then you can use the command:
fastboot boot <name of recovery>.img
to get to custom recovery, without having to flash it.
3B) otherwise, you'll need to flash it:
fastboot flash recovery <name of recovery>.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
-> enter recovery and use bootloader reset tool
rerun RUU, to get back to stock (ie remove custom recovery)
PS: for alternative 3, you'll need an unlocked bootloader
(if you don't / can't unlock let me know, i can package a custom recovery as fw.zip for you which will work with relocked bootloader, and let you use the tool or adb commands, and then you'll need to run RUU again)

[Q] Stuck on Bootloader, no adb Help!!

I'm freaking out a little bit. I was in the middle of trying to restore to stock. I got s-on back and locked the bootloader. Now I'm stuck on the bootloader. No matter what I press, it goes back to the bootloader. Adb no longer lists any devices connected to the pc. I can't get any of the RUU's I have downloaded to even open. Any ideas? Should the RUU be the next step?
I'm on xp

1- why did you s-on? Always keep s-off unless you send your phone for repair under warranty.
2- adb can't work from bootloader only fasboot, so ''fastboot devices'' should list your phone.
3- post the output of ''fastboot getvar all'' except IMEI so we can determine if you can use a ruu.
4- which ruu are you trying to flash?

[HELP] BOOT LOOP! No recovery! Only fastboot! Please help!

I updated my HTC One which had an unlocked bootloader.
It boot looped on restart so I decided to lock bootloader and flash RUU. The RUU flashed ok so I was happy to see it all done, but bootloop again on restart.
So I thought fine I'll just unlock bootloader, flash recovery and run custom software. Problem is recovery seems to flash fine but it bootloops when booting recovery. I have access only to fastboot so I have ran out of knowledge on what else to do will be grateful for some help. Thanks
UPDATE:
As you can see from below my meid is showing as 00000000000000 i haven't edited it and cant understand. I have the feeling my system partition might be damaged. I have done search for system.img files but cannot find any for rom version.

a simple fastboot erase cache from fastboot in the bootloader should fix the boot looping. Then when in recovery maybe wipe every partition and flash another Rom?

RUU stuck at sending

I have an HTC One AT&T M7. I flashed a custom rom to try and get sense 6 but fell into a bootloop, long story short I desided to try and restore back to what I had before. So I downloaded RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_Cingular_US_4.18.502.7_R10_Radio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L_release_356565_signed_2.exe, but when I run it it get stuck at "(1/6) Sending.....". I have let is sit for an hour with no progress. Anyone know what's wrong? If not, is there any other method I can try and restore my phone?
One thing I see asked a lot is if usb debugging is enabled. I do not know, and can not check as I can not boot at the moment.

I have had lots of issue with running the 4.x RUUs. Your other option will be to push a rom to the sdcard using TWRP/adb sideload. Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2676986

Couple things ...when you pick a rom read the install instructions 2-3 times till you understand them.
For now you need to start over and follow this
Unlock the bootloader at HTCDEV
then from fastboot USB
Flash recovery TWRP 2.6.3.3
http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.3-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
then sideload this Rom to your phone
http://www.androidrevolution.org/downloader/download.php?file=Android_Revolution_HD-One_31.6.zip
TWRP / Advanced / ADB Sideload - swipe to sideload
From PC adb / fastboot folder
you use
adb sideload name-of-rom.zip
make sure the rom is in the same folder as adb / fastboot
Click to collapse
Now try and get S-Off with firewater, after that you can use the firmware and recovery in the file you have above

I tired to sideload before I tried the RUU and it didn't work, but I thought I'd try again. I flashed TWRP and sideloaded CyanogenMod (I already had it downloaded). It worked. I don't know what the problem was before.

[Q] HTC One M7-rooting problem

Hello All first of all
I have been rooting HTC M7 as with provided info on this forum, and have stuck in the step not entering recovery mode.
Did unlocked the phone, downloaded CWM latest version via ADB & fastboot. And when entering RECOVERY, it stucks bottloading recovery mode but doeas not enter RECOVERY MODE. Just a loading message.
The phone was locked to Vodafone. Now it does not matter if I loose waranty.
Just kind of afraid, I am stuck with some too new version. Please help, with some threads or direct solutions.

try with twrp instead: http://dl.twrp.me/m7/twrp-2.8.6.0-m7.img
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.8.6.0-m7.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader

Thank you for the reply!
Tried the latest TWRP too. The only thing happens, it goes to freezing "recovering mode..." and white screen and will not let into recovery mode options. That happens after entering RECOVERY, or trying to reset factory settings.
What have I most likely done, apart trying to load via ADB the CWM and TWRP?. Each time before uploading recovery would erase cache.

You could try to flash twrp version 2.6.3.3 if it still doesn't work you'll maybe need to relfash the stock firmware and try again to flash the recovery

Hey alray. Got already s-off
I am planning to go on cyanogenmod. But the recovery of 2.6.3.3 will be too old I recon. Tried install 2.7.1.1 and 2.8.5.0 on device. However these versions do not work for my device. Only 2.6.3.3 does. Could you suggest me how to succesfully get on twrp later version.
Thank you

I would try to reflash the whole firmware or ruu and to retry latest twrp. Maybe CWM works?

Tried flashing different RUU, but nothing helps to push newest TWRP/CWM recovery image. Changed CID
At the moment the only recovery TWRP-2.6.3.3 works , others crash, no CWM would work either.
Can it be, I need to downgrade HBOOT to lets say 1.44

Change CID & MID according to RUU
better solution is to flash firmware
RUU is lengthy process

Have changed CID & MID numbers, and the same situation remains-no entrance to TWRP Recovery modes, just messaged "Entering Recovery...". Would you suggest reflashing hboot version?
Thank you.
