[ROM][GB][12/09][ARC/S] XtremE GB [v3.0]

Hello Everyone!!
After almost chilling out for a year on XDA, this is my first contribution
I've tried out many ROMS for our beloved devices, but couldn't stay on a single ROM for more than 3-4 days....
Then I thought, why shouldn't I make my own ROM according to my taste and have full liberty of customizing it....
SO after a week or two of reading through guides and checking videos, here it is!! My first ROM based on Gingerbread
(imo our devices were meant to run on GB :angel: )
I've been using this Rom for over a month now without any problems, so i decided to share it with the community...hope you like it!!
And guys, please dont hesitate to tell me if you want anything new or want a new feature or want it removed...we're always here to help you....thanks....you guys mean a lot to me

Installation Instructions [ Unlocked Bootloader ]​
1. Download the rom and put them in SD Card
2. Flash Doomkernel v22 using fastboot.Warning: Do not flash kernel in zip, that is only for Xperia Neo/V..thanks
3. Boot into recovery
4. Wipe Data/factory reset
5. Go to advanced-Wipe Dalvik Cache
6. Go to Mounts and Storage-Format /System
7. Flash the rom and patch(if applicable)
8. Reboot
9. Wait for at least 15mins to let ROM settle down
10. Reboot again and Enjoy :good:
Installation Instructions [ Locked Bootloader ]​
1. Flash Stock .62 / .42
2. Root and install CWM
3. Download the rom and put them in SD Card
4. Boot into recovery
5. Wipe Data/factory reset
6. Go to advanced-Wipe Dalvik Cache
7. Go to Mounts and Storage-Format /System
8. Flash the rom and patch(if applicable)
9. Reboot
10. Wait for at least 15mins to let ROM settle down
11. Reboot again and Enjoy :good:
Upgrade Instructions​1. Download the rom and put them in SD Card
2. Boot into recovery
3. Wipe cache
4. Go to advanced-Wipe Dalvik Cache
5. Flash the rom
6. Reboot
7. Wait for at least 15mins to let ROM settle down

Themed Statusbar (black) - flashing this addon will revert the theme back to GB and its an mdpi mod (some images in ROM may be low res), this is not designed for hdpi ROMS but it did work on hdpi.....regardless of that, the status bar is pretty awesome here worth giving a shot....
if anyone could help me out with changing the theme to JB, it would be appreciated, thanks

then the best you could do is find a stock gb based rom from arc development and get the ray patch and flash it...
i guess all patches for stock gb is almost same...so try one

some things missings bro such as cpu control
love the transparent status bar (someway to remove battery percentage in it)

Enabled 2g/3g toggle in quicktoggles button but not appearing in statusbar

Great rom straight out of the box :good:
As pentium has said no 2g 3g toggle in statusbar is the only fault I find so far.
I tried to load CM'S focal camera.apk , but all I get in ES File explorer is "there is a problem parsing the package"
I don't know if it will ever be able to be intsalled or not, but if it could be, this would be my perfect rom !!!!

Nicely made ROM!!! I love the smoothness, themes are fantastic, performance is superb. BUT, I have a request- Could you make a flashable Zip to add panorama please??? It's something I use alot hehe... Thanks you for the ROM, now I can show off to my friends haha!!!

this one is a typical stock gb rom bug....some things i cannot deal with...even led doesnt appera in statusbar..but dont worry,im plannig to do something about it in next update

focal camera.apk is made for jelly bean as i guess....you need to find a GB port for it to make it work on gingerbread ROMS
so any apk which is made for a particular android version will not work on the ones below that level

ALWAYS GO BACK TO YOUR PREVIOUS ROM.SO TAKE A FULL BACKUP FIRST
-Wipe all Data(System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache for wipe menu::::THIS STEP IS NECESSARY)
- Flash zip from SD Card
- Reboot

This is the stock ROM of elephone. The customization is inbuilt. I just inserted hive signal icon and a round battery icon.rest is completely stock

Can Some one Change the dialer please
ROM looks great otherwise and I am pretty sure will work as a charm. Can some post a ZIP to change the dialer to default or at least some other theme. This one looks so hideous. Just asking. Original Devs please dont mind !:good:

Smart Wake not work
Dear Team,
Great effort done for making this rom, I had flashed it today after using couple of minutes i saw option of smart wake i activated all option like call,browser,music etc...
But they are not working in lockscreen while we draw specified gesture, So can you please tell me how do they work properly????????????

Review of this ROM
Ui is great but after using it about an hour i found some bugs are as under:
1. Battery percentage option is not awailable in Battery settings even after activate Battery percentage in gravitybox,percentage not showed in status bar.
2. In call settings there is unknown 2 options named @2131166104 & sogou numbers through.
When i clink on this option it says that unfortunately phone has stopped.
3. Music player get stopped When you select any song.
4. Status bar icon color & Battery icon not change even after activate in gravitybox.
5. Smart wake is not working even after so many times activate it.
6. Am/Pm not showing in status bar even after activate in gravitybox.
Hence request you to fix these major identified bugs, and put stable version update ASAP.

Some information about touch os
No bugs
But some limitations
1.xposed and other working, but gravity box not all options working
2.some Chinese fonts here and there, but no one still find it yet
3.data connection toogle will not ask for which sim.
default data connection is sim 1.so when you touch data toogle, it'll turn on sim 1 data connection, you can change it to sim 2 from settings.
4.screen on time not available from battery statistics. But the power management option is very accurate. Also backup is good.you can use any battery monitor apps if you want. Also I think no option to display battery percentage in status bar.
5. after first boot, remove dialer from desktop. It's inserted by Nova. Not good.

Some good animation in lock screen, music equalizer and even in battery statistics too.

Smart wake and other options will not work. It's kernel dependand. We said nothing about smart wake and other options. So probably you can assume they'll not work
Battery icon not changing, percentage not visible and someone commented it as bug

It's gionees job to provide updates, not us

After you remove dialer from desktop. There'll be no crashes
Drag and drop dialer from launcher
Music app working
No crashes
If you flash the Dolby default music player will crash,
If you want to use Dolby, use any other players like maven, poweramp etc

Nope. The ROM is fully bugless ,just some minor ui limitations only.so stopped development on this ROM.
Between other 3 ROMs released by ARGN
material, popkat v2 and lg g3. Try them

I flashed this mod but after boot system ui is not working
I had flashed mod1 & mod2 also but in that when I tap on weather update from mystic settings its get unfortunately stopped.

minor problem with this rom, sound profiles and ringtone cannot be set by third party apps.....i get only the sound set in default settings application no matter what I choose in Audio Profiles or Sound Profiles app.....weird but it's a no go for me, otherwise good rom

Awesome ROM delighted
My Gionee m2 bricked while doing OTA update . I tried flashing the phone with Stock Gionee ROM but with little success. It was freezing at boot menu.After 3 days of intense effort I came across the Mystic Rom by Raj Shekhar. I could download the Rom with ease, the file size being half of the Stock Rom. Flashed my phone successfully after copying the ROM on Ext SD card. My phone came alive with the Wonderful "Mystic OS". The only hiccup was that the network error was coming.(imei error). I solved it by using "Mobile uncle MTK tool". Now the phone is running silk smooth , no bloatware, I can install only the apps I need, there is lot of internal storage and RAM free. Wonderful experience so far. Thank you Raj Shekhar for this wonderful Rom.

I hope you have solved the radio issue by now. If "Mobile uncle" is not showing the radio option then there is a desktop computer version of the app through which we can create a 'IMEI.bak" file. Then by pasting this .bak file on ext Sd or internal memory of the phone and through IMEI backup / restore option we can correct thie IMEI error.

JeSuisParis.Rom UnitedEurope Release R1.2 is out right now.
Time to deploy Update / Release R1.2 of this ROM (some addons, some fixes, optimize system, to make it more cleaner and more lightweight)​This ROM runs now pretty fast, stable. Only for GT-I9506 devices. Jump into it!. Dirty flashing is not recommend, new system runs only as a clean installation!
Rom can be found in main thread.
As always, it's your turn, you have to be sure what you do.

1. fixes in /system --> LIB / App / Priv-app / Framework -- optimizing
2. Modding icons in Note5 Style
3. replaceing S4 standard camera into Note 4 camera (fully works)
4. replace different apps from S4 to Note 5 and S6
5. adding Adaway, XPosed-Installer, root-explorer, NetworkTraffic, Titanium Backup as SYSTEM APP
6. fixes Smart-Manager / fixes to display Smart Manager Widget

for me likewise xposed is not working. Ι have also one problem which I found it also in the old miklyway rom when I try to set my own wallpaper (not the pre-loaded) I take an error "app isnt installed" but when I go into the gallery and choose a photo I can use it as a wallpaper. Also on photo editor "Drawing" is not working it said error " Unfortunately photo editor has stopped". And one last thing I miss smart manager widget! Please dev if its possible fix this problems. by the way those errors are minor and this rom is really perfect and fast!

Also agree, milky way was great. Fast, light and stable. Currently I'm on different rom but I think I will try this for a few days.

I havent any problems with photoeditor. Wallpaper working too. Smart Manager Widget is missing, yes. Trying to find a solution.

I had problem first when I try to select from gallery I got an error (photo 1) And when I use the photoeditor all modes are working perfect except the drawing selection (photo 2-3)

please use the following APK for solving wallpaper settings.
Replace the APK and give permissions rw-r-r (644) on file. Reboot and try.

thanks a lot I fix SecWallpaperPicker but I have a problem with smart manager. I replace the smartmanager folder and the smartmanager SDK folder i think i gave the correct permition rwxrwx-x for folder and rw-r-r for the others but I have a fc error
there is also .DS_store what permission should I give?

I think that the correct permission to folder is rwx r-x r-x

And for the flashlight... FlashLight; does not work but when you add it as TorchLight; then it works

How is battery life of this ROM?

Can somebody help me? I flash this ROM with TWRP and then reboot and nothing happens, it's the same original stock ROM. Yes, I clean Dalvik, Cache and other. HELP :/

.DS_store can be deleted (cause of using apple) pull the .so files into /system/lib folder, give permission. Also replace the other apk
