I can Hold the Power and Vol- and boot in to droidboot and in to Andriod recovery.
I can boot in to Android and Press Boot to Windows Tablet will shut down & reboot but will not load windows.
Any Help Please.

I'm having the same issue. I looked in the bios and it shows one boot option priority, which is set to UEFI OS and cannot be changed. Going to try using a different usb stick now I think, just incase it's that!

I just tried to install CM 10.1.3 on my Motorola Atrix HD.
I forgot to wipe data and cache before installing the ROM, and now it is stuck in the boot animation.
When I press the power and volume keys down together, it takes my phone to a black screen, and when I press them again on the black screen it gives me a brief menu that says
"Normal power up"
"Recovery"
"AP Fastboot"
"Factory"
and another one I can't recall.
This screen times out in about 3 seconds. and regardless of which item from the menu I select, it still shows my boot logo, then the CM animation. I cant boot into fastboot or recovery, and I can't find anything good online to help me.
Help! What do I do?
Hi. There's a catch about the bootloader mode (the menu you're describing). You have to press vol down to scroll down to Recovery, and then press vol up to select it. Pretty dumb IMO but that's how it is.
If you're completely sure you can't get to recovery using this method, you could try going into download mode and factory reset through fastboot:
Here's the guide to get fastboot working:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2226527
To go into download mode, shut down the phone completely, hold down the power button and volume down buttons. Then let go of the power button while still holding down the volume button and it should boot to fastboot (download) mode. The connect usb cable to your pc.
You can do a factory reset (format data and cache partitions) using fastboot -w.
Btw, is there any particular reason for going CM10? CM11 is just so much better now, nightlies are pretty good (12/20 has been rock solid for me, even with ART enabled).
Good luck!
Unlocked and rooted with TWRP and SuperSU.
Ok, so I messed with framework-res.apk when I wasn't in recovery mode, and now know I should not have done this unless I was in recovery.
Phone will start to boot and begin the boot up animation but then goes blank. Adb does not recognize the device when connected to my computer, so I don't think it boots.
Problem is that when I hold volume down and power buttons together, it won't boot into fastboot mode, either.
So I can't use adb and can't get into fastboot mode. If I hold the power button down for 7 seconds, it starts to boot again but goes blank after the boot up animation begins.
Any ideas? I don't understand why I can't get into bootloader mode. I wouldn't think a system file like framework-res.apk would have anything to do with the bootloader mode.
OK, figured it out. I had to disconnect my phone from my computer and then hold all 3 buttons down - power, volume up and volume down and then release. That put me into bootloader mode.
I can now confirm that you (or at least I) should not mess with framework-res.apk even while in recovery, lol!
All I want is my custom wallpaper back, wah!
The good news is that if you can't boot into bootloader using volume down and power, you can try the 3 button reset to get into bootloader. Have to hold them all down for at least 10 seconds and you can't be connected to your computer by a USB cord.

I don't enter in the fastboot mode. The phone is blocking in mode FFBM and I can't touch de bottoms on display
Press & hold Vol+ and Vol- - now press (and hold) Power until phone vibrates. Release power key.
If there is a new screen, release Vol keys,
Select ENGLISH and shutdown.
Now restart phone

Nope. I have the same situation and am stuck with the test mode screen when attempt to boot the system. Recovery works fine. Tried the hold both volume buttons and plug into PC, and now have tried this. Always the same screen, nothing about selecting English, just the option to access the Options Menu. Selecting Fastboot takes me to menu where Ican select Recovery, Startup, AND "Boot to FFBM". Have wiped all but internal SD, and "Repaired" System, Persist, Cache. Have tried installing an official ROM and Lineage ROM. No combinations of these have fixed the problem.
Problem started when I was updating the official ROM and decided to try out the FFBM boot option. BIG mistake.
Now am stuck with a system that will no longer boot.

UPDATE: TWRP 3.0.3-0 saved my ass. It permits selection of booting into EDL (9008) mode, bypassed all the PC based commands that weren't working, and I reloaded Zuk factory ROM again. Got past the test mode screen finally. Discovered that I don't care for the original ROM at all, too many Google things I'm accustomed to (Like Google Play store) missing. Added a few things back in, but wasn't worth the trouble. It took me about 15 minutes to refla sh it using TWRP with the latest nightly version of the Mokee ROM for this device (Android 7.1.2) and it works GREAT. Lineage wasn't ready yet.
The only hold over from all my initial problems is that upon boot it acts of if I'm doing the up Vol button action. It goes to the screen where I can press a Vol button and go into the boot loader or just wait 5 seconds for it to carry on booting normally. I don't know how to correct this, but not really a problem.

Hello all,
I rooted my teclast x98 plus 2 (c2e3 android only) and everything was perfect. I installed boot animations app and installed a new boot animation. After installling I am get to the animation and it stops and boots again. I did make a backup in twrp but here is my issue. I can hold down the power button and volume down to get to the recovery selector but my power button is unresponsive to select anything. It works to power off and on the tablet though. My options are recovery selector , bios and fast boot dnx. I tried reflashing the official firmware with phone flash tool but fails at 4%. I can also select efi shell ( any commands to recover from there?) any help is so appreciated.
Same problem 100%
But i am with the original files. Didnt flash anything.
Stuck on the boot animition...
Hello,
I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 SM-T810. I used the TWRP Application to flash a recovery image. I used the twrp-3.3.1-0-gts210vewifi.img from the TWRP website.
I switched off the tablet and used power + volume down + home to start in recovery mode but it get stuck on the logo screen. I used power + volume down + home again which made the tablet reboot normaly and launch android without problem. I did this several time and every time the recovery didn't start but i was able to boot android normaly.
Then instead of using the button combinaison to boot in recovery I used a application which provide a menu to choose the reboot mode. Since then, the tablet is unable to boot and stay stuck at the logo screen, the one with "Samsung galaxy tab 2 powered by Android", not the one with the animation. Doing power + volume down + home restart the tablet but it get stuck again.
My theory is that my recovery mode image is not usable and my android system is fine but that the "reboot into recovery" told the tablet to do next boot in recovery and this instruction will not be removed until it succeed.
I tried to let the battery get empty but when I pluged it again it was the same.
Does anyone know how to save this tablet?
Thanks for your help

Keep power + vol down + home held down. It may take several cycles to boot to download mode but it should eventually.
Just dont release any of the keys until download mode pops up.
By the way recovery is VOL up not down.

Thanks. I managed to get to the Download mode. I just needed to keep pressing one second more.
Now I am struggling with Heimdall. To flash the recovery, I follow the instruction on the LineageOS Wiki. I can't put the link because I am a new user.
I used zadig to replace the driver by WinUSB (v6.1.7600.16385) then I use the folllowing command but it always fail.
Code:
$ ./heimdall flash --RECOVERY ./recovery.img --no-reboot
Code:
Heimdall v1.4.0

Problem solved. I reinstalled the official samsung usb driver and I used Odin to flash the recovery image. Unfortunatly I can't post the links of the tutorial I used because I am a new user.
