Tried a dozen cases and finally settled on the sena case magnet flipper. The only issue is not being able to scroll down from the notification screen to clear calls or updates etc. The top of the case is too low.
Is there a desktop app that can do this?
Sent from my Nexus One using XDA App
If you have adw launcher installed just make a custom shortcut long press on a home screen with real estate -> custom shortcut -> pick your activity -> launcher actions ->open/close notifications.
Then just tap that icon on your home screen and the notification bar should open.
That would work, but you would have to be at a homepage, and with adw you can swipe down anywhere on the home page to open notifications anyway...
I think you can assign different actions to open notifications but i'm not sure how you would get them to work when away from the homepage. Adw will let you assign the home button to open notifications, etc, so that may work.
There are also some tablet tweaks that let you move the notification bar to the bottom of the screen...
Actually danger the swipe down action is another option but it's not default you have to enable it and you can make it do more than just open the notification bar. adw settings -> general behavior -> swipe down action.
That's awesome guys! Been struggling for months and all the cases (with front covers) hide the notifications bar or come down too low. In CM, went to settings / adwlauncher / general behavior / swipe down actions / open/close notifications.
Now can swipe on the homescreen to bring down the notification bar and clear it
Thanks!

Hey.
I've always had that desire to disable keyboard vibration but only at night. To be quiet around sleeping people.
Is there a way with xposed ?
Or maybe there is a way to create a shortcut or the quick button in the gravity box quick settings that will show up "keypress vibration duration" for google keyboard straight away ?
Or at least a shortcut on the desktop?
I know haptic feedback can be toggled in Tasker which could be triggered by about anything you want such as location, time, desktop shortcut, ambient light, whatever.
I just updated to stock lollipop and now my pin lockscreen has a bubble animation on every key press. Is there a way to disable this? It's annoying since it telegraphs my pin to shoulder surfers or anyone that is near me.
Cant find the option in settings. And show touch option in debugging is unchecked.
The toggles reappear when swiping up or down on the panel but doesn't always show on the first swipe down.
Hello All
As per the title, is there any way to disable the context menu from popping up when you tap on an icon on the homescreen? Whilst it may be useful for some, I personally don't want it as a feature. I have looked through all the settings to see if there is a way to toggle it on and off but haven't found anything.
Can someone please advise?
I am rooted if that helps expand the options.
Regards
