Can someone help me on this?
i dont really know what to do now. my phone dont want to boot to download mode and recovery because it wont charge at all. It keeps saying battery low even i did charged it for a day.
I've googled about this and the solution they found is to charge it to a different phone or use an universal charger. but i dont want to go that far and i dont know anyone who owns the same phone.
anyone who know any method to charge the battery in a different way?
Help would be much appreciated. (sorry for the bad english)

Try changing the battery or the charger. If it doesn't work, bring it into a shop to clean the charging ports.
I've managed to fix it somehow but thanks for the suggestion.

During installation of ROM update, my phone stopped and it doesn't start.
I think it is because of battery.
There wasnt enough battery and i think it dried out.
Now I know that it had to have at least 50% of charge but it is too late for that. (i had stg like 40% of charge)
Is there any way to charge it and install new ROM?
I tried to charge it during the night and nothing happened.
also I removed the battery during one day and I tried charge it again and it didnt work either.
please help.

i cant get into bootloader or do hardreset. when i plug it to charge, i dont get any light. i tried also removing battery and plugging directly to charge to start it like that and do different kinds of reset but it didnt work.
so you dried your battery? lol

yes but it supposed to start if it is only a battery problem when it is plugged to charge, isnt it?
i think i flashed the bios or stg like that.
is there anyway to save it, to reinstall whatever it is?

From what I remember was that if you're lesser than 50% of battery it won't let you continue the flashing. So I'm quite positive that it is not battery issue.
I tried once flashing at 48% and it says my battery is less than 50%.
find a friend who has a fully charged blackstone battery, borrow this, and try do a hard reset.

That is not the issue when you flash in bootloader.

Yes. This is definitely a good suggestion. Also see if you can boot into bootloader and then install the rom again.
just charge your phone overnight and flash via sd card in the morning

I did stg wrong i dont what it is and it is not possible to charge it or get into boatloader.
it has been more than a week now since that happened and i tried to charge it for several nights and it didnt work.
i also removed the battery for 2 days and than i tried all these things again and again nothing.
i dont have any light at the top near on/off button and nothing on the screen.

If you don't have a friend with a Blackstone then head for a Phone shop (that sell them) and ask if you can just use the battery from their DEMO model for a few minutes. Pop it in and try a hard reset. At least you will n=know if you have a dead battery or not.

You don't need to borrow someone elses battery. Take out battery and connect device to charger without battery. Phone should still turn on, enter bootloader, hard reset etc. If you cannot do any of this then its not a battery issue

i know that is not a battery issue now. i tried everything including removing the battery and using with charger. but still i cannot turn it on.
i just cant get into bootloader or do a hard reset.
but i dont have any idea about the problem. i think it is more complicated but i dont know what it is

Are you able to do anything with phone? When you connect device to charger with/without battery does led light come on? Does phone make any sounds as if turning on/booting up but screen is just black?
If you are unable to do anything with device, try taking battery out and leaving device overnight, then re-insert it before trying to turn it on again.

i have already tried taking battery out and leaving for 2 days. it didnt work either.
i think i needto find out how to install bios to my phone.
i dont know if there is a bios for phones.
is it possible to install stg / bios when we cannot get into bootloader or do a hard reset ?
There's no BIOS on the phone per say, there's a comparable portion of firmware, but normally it can't be upgraded/replaced if the phone is not booting.
Your best bet is to send it to repairs, make up a reason why it failed (e.g. stopped working unexpectedly, never turned on after removing the battery) and hope they will fix/replace it under warranty terms.
If you are into having some intimate relationship with your phone, look around for Blackstone JTAG.
Im wondering if anyone can help me figure out whats wrong with my G1. It tends to shut down when using the web,market,apps,and during calls. all i can really do is text now.
i wasnt sure if its the battery. it chargers fine in my USB cable in my computer but it wont charge much due to my messed up AC charger.
so if theres any solution that doesnt involve buying a new battery please do tell me...its ruining my life

Today I JUST found my Milestone wouldn't charge connected to wall-charger with system's on.
This thing Only charges when it is on usb connected to laptop or pc ,what's more surperising is that you can charge this phone with its power down.
I have Googled the entire internet,negative result.
So PLEASE someone help me !
i would go to recovery menue and wipe the hole device, if that wont help, i would consider of using another android rom, there are so much good roms here, all better then the custom rom

thx but all that u have mentioned is uesless,i even refleshed bootloader,did no help.
what do you mean everything he said its useless? have you tried reflashing SBF or just updating latest CM over (non-androidiani) OpenRecovery?
Because, it looks like its more of a custom rom problem than anything else?

If chgarger supplies less than 500mA, phone will show charging but will not be able to top up battery. I would also recommend to try another charger.
You say that when phone is OFF it charges but not when ON? Than i can confirm what is the cause. Like somone mentioned before, charger does not support enough power. How i know this?
It also happens to me with my CAR charger. Phone only charges if it is OFF but not when it is ON. So gues you and i need a stronger charger. Or maybe it is just defective and was once working.
yeah, sounds like your charger is busted.
the only other thing i can think to try is go into the applications menu and clear the data for the app usb.apk and then force stop, then reboot.

i don't know,but the charger seems to work fine on any others,i've tried with my iphone and sony mp4 player,both good.
another problem i just found ,gave me a very bad feeling about this.
that is my phone's battery indictor now has only two levels,one is 20% the other is 50%,even if i charged the phone when it's off.
i've reflash variant sbfs, no help at all.
as i can see,usb service is running smoothly fine on each rom,original roms.
i tink ur charger is busted. try buyin a new charger and see wat happens. at the same time i tink sumtin is wron with ur battery too as you said that it shows only 20% and 50%. maybe ur charger also busted your battery.

i've tried 3 chargers,all of em work fine but not for my milestone.

really doesn't sound good to me.
Been playing with my friends phone for bout an hour now, and i can't figure it out.
Here's the gist of whats going on.
1) It wont power on
2) When i plug it in to charge the indicator light is white.
I looked a a random forum an they had said something about the charger not being able to charged a wholly dead battery. Tried a few different chargers to no avail. Although he does have a tendency that i have admonished him about which is letting his phone completely die out.... jack wad. I would guess that the battery is shot and if that is not the case i do not know what else to advise him to do except tp get a new phone at this point.

Please help me, i have a galaxy note gt-n7000. I have some memory problems and thought rooting could help me to fix it. I just found a procedure but i think the file i download was not the proper. Now, the cel doesn´t turn on because has a yellow triangle, and even doesn´t charge. It appears an "O" inside a pic battery, like it just begun to charge, but inmediately dissapear and the screen do something like lighting or something like that. The outlet charger doesn´t get hot, so it is not charging. I cannot download anything because it say the battery is too low. Oh God.... can anybody help me pls. A will appreciate a lot. Now is the moment i say why i do that....
