Does anyone know how to remove the operator logo at boot, restart & power off? The phone is a I8190N, ROM from O2.

Is the phone locked to O2 network? If not then factory reset & flash custom recovery and rom should do it, afaik...

Thanks for your answer beerwolf. The phone is not locked, has custom recovery (TWRP 2.8.1.0) and it's rooted.
I have uninstalled a lot of bloatware, around 55 apps, the OS is running more than decent and I'm pleased of it. That's why I'd like to try fixing this ROM, by deleting/modifying certain files, databases, settings. I don't know if it's possible but I said it's worth trying. If it's not possible, I would take into consideration another rom.
If you flash a custom rom & micro or Nano gapps that could save you a lot of time & trouble

Hello,
I installed latest rXTREME. Everything was fine. But now my device doesn't boot. I received no error messages. The display shows me SAMSUNG.
What can I do to fix the problem?
Thank you for your help!
Hello i am using rxtreme the lastest one and i never had that problem. My only problem now is my playstore and youtube saying i have no internet access when i have even using mobile data. You could try flashing the rom again and if it still doesnt work the i suggest you switch rom and see if it works for you k. Reply back if it works
Can you access CWM?
If you can then wipe data, all caches and such then reflash the ROM (you may have to use an external SD card if you do not have it on your ROM already), it is advised that you use a different ROM though as I wouldn't want the chance of this happening again
I recommend Pandoriam it has an awesome dev that updates it reguly and has great support

Can someone tell me what we will actually be able to download if bootloader remains looked? Can we flash certain types of Rom or mods? Or can we do nothing?

Should work the same as the S4 MF update that locked down the bootloader. You should be able to root but as for custom roms and CWM/TWRP we're out of luck.
Coming from a S4 running CM10.2 I'm not going to like using the standard rom but will get used to it I guess.
So even with the bootlegged locked we should be able to tour so we can use TB to backup and restore?

I have a locked MF3 firmware S4 and I'm running 3 different ROMs that are hot swappable thanks to Safestrap developed my Hashcode so even with a locked bootloader you can do something. Only thing is for now we are limited to internal storage for the ROM slots can't create them on external SD card but Hashcode has been working on that. Also we can only flash TW ROMs since we can't flash a custom kernel but that is also being worked on, I believe they want to be able flash a kernel with kexec. I have an AT&T S4 and currently swapping between an international Foxhound ROM, Google Play ROM, and well the stock ROM.

At this point I'd be happy with just root so I can use Titanium Backup.
Would be nice if we could get Loki.

Even tho I don't have any phone that has a bootloader. (i don't live in the USA Neither)
But if your Bootloader is locked you cannot Flash CWM or TWRP or flash custom roms (Because they need CWM or TWRP).
Sorry if I'm wrong. I don't have any phone with locked bootloader. Hope this helps.

Ditto... which is why I am returning my AT&T Note 3 less than 24 hrs after I purchased it.
My fault for not researching the bootlocker issue, but no way am I going to give up Titanium Backup. It has saved my tail more than once.
I'm also coming from an att S4. There has not been a bootloader unlock exploit but they do have some work around exploits like loki & safestrape. Loki is out bc they've already patched that so at this point I just hope we get root bc without that you don't have a fighting chance at custom roms

All I want to do is remove the AT&T bloat as well as the Samsung bloat. When I took my stock Note 2 and installed Cleanrom on it it felt like the phone got a cpu boost. Everything was smoother and faster.
With root, can we uninstall crap that is blocked from being removed while stock? I can live with a locked bootloader if I can just get as close to a stripped rom as possible. I'm pretty new to this stuff so forgive the newbie question.
So I have a vs980 I am very very familiar with Roms and Recovery's and all that have been flashin stuff for ever BUT this phone here I am having issues with I am using it on T-Mobile so I have to stay below KitKat in order for the phone to get data for some reason when I install twrp via autorec and then reboot I to recovery to try and install a ROM it bootloops or it'll just go black on EVERY ROM I really would like to have this done so that I can install a ROM and get rid of the annoying r above the signal bar and the Sim card symbol with the ? Mark in it please any advice will help as I can't figure it out in the forums

You need to update your baseband to match the rom version, have you done that?

CM11 is KitKat, if you need Jellybean on the phone to work with T-Mobile, there aren't many choices out there, you'd have to look through the older dev threads for 4.2.2 roms...
So in order to get a ROM it'll have to be a jellybean ROM? How would I put a recovery on the phone just through the autorec apk? And if I was to put a 4.2.2 ROM on the phone would it honestly work or bootloop me?

You have the right bootstack (sorry confused that with baseband) for a JB rom. You may want to look at this though..
People running KitKat with T-Mobile. - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2727307
You'll need to upgrade your bootstack to match the rom version, you can find basebands here in the bottom of the first post - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2715408
I appreciate that I think I may end up having to stay on the stock jellybean though lol sucks but that's just what I think it is it looks extra complicated all though I am sure it's simple but look super complicated ha. I have no idea what a bootstrack is even after reading that

Reverting to full stock needs pc and odin. Maybe you can do this in an Internet Café?? Needs 40 mins at all.
No, can't use a cafe as its the battery connection on the phone that's screwy! I look into mobile Odin.. Thanks

Of course it is possible with SD card and completely without PC. If you have flashable zip file with Stock ROM with all images (recovery, etc.), you can do it as easilly as flashing custom ROM.
If you could point me in the direction of a flashable stock rom as I haven't seen any for the N version, or would a non N version work?

I haven´t seen any flashable stock ROM for N version, but if you download official version from sammobile, process of making flashable ROM (e.g. via Android Kitchen) must be same as for version without NFC.
Thanks I'll have a look

Hello ,
Does anyone have the a working download link for original firmware file for S3 mini I8190NXXAMJ2. The ones I have found seem to be down.
Thank you.

Is this related to your fone rebooting & you need to reinstall it, by any chance? ?, if you did full backup before cm flash then you can go back to that
