[Q] issue unlocking bootloader

I have non-booting xt890 from South America (bought used in Europe, I think originally Argentina).
The phone stopped booting past the M logo (no idea why, it just started one day) so I tried to flash a stock Rom using RSD lite. It now boots to fastboot mode with "Fastboot Mode: Flash Failure"
I can access the phone using fastboot with "Minimal ADB and Fastboot". I want to unlock the bootloader so I can install a recovery and then flash Cynagonmod or another ROM or something to see if I can fix the phone.
I used the tool on the Motorola site and I get an error "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking". I emailed the support but got no response.
Is this correct? If I run "fastboot getvar all" I get:
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 0x2025

Stuck in fastboot, LG L90 D405N

Hello,
I made a mistake of using a .bat file created by someone to unlock my bootloader. After going through the .bat file, I see that it nulled my boot.img file on the phone, so now I'm stuck in fastboot mode (previously nulled LAF to get access). The irony here is that I do have a backup of the boot.img file on both my PC and on the phone's internal memory, but there's no way (atleast I haven't found one) to actually flash it back so it would work. So my question here would be - do you guys have any ideas how should I proceed? I tried using fastboot flash, but all I get in turn is an error:
"FAILED (remote: unknown command)"
Device is not unlocked (as I was trying to get it unlocked). I have no access to anything else other than fastboot.
getvar all outputs this:
(bootloader) display-panel:
(bootloader) charger-screen-enabled: 0

whats is the correct rom ?
Can't be seen from here I think. Almost every stock rom works on it.
The device also has been unlocked in the past (if u didn't noticed it)
i am getting error on Boot.img ...
Failed Flashing Process. 6/13 flash boot "boot_signed" -> Phone returned FAIL.
Did u get it in a working state? What if u try to flash everything manually?

How reliable Bootloader Unlock Check in hidden menu is?

Hi,
I have recently rolled back to stock firmware (4.1.2). As usual, I wanted to unlock it again but "Bootloader Unlock Check" in hidden menu says "unlock",
dialer: 3845#*880# --> Bootloader Unlock Check --> Bootloader Unlock Check --> Unlock
And the following is the output of "fastboot getvar all"
$ fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.0
(bootloader) version-baseband: 2.0
(bootloader) version: 0.4
(bootloader) serialno: ????????????
(bootloader) mid: 001
(bootloader) product: X3
(bootloader) secure: yes
(bootloader) unlocked: no
(bootloader) partition-size:bootloader: 0x0000000000600000
(bootloader) partition-type:bootloader: emmc
(bootloader) partition-size:recovery: 0x0000000000a00000
(bootloader) partition-type:recovery: emmc
(bootloader) partition-size:boot: 0x0000000000a00000
(bootloader) partition-type:boot: emmc
(bootloader) partition-size:system:
(bootloader) partition-type:system:
(bootloader) partition-size:cache: 0x0000000018000000
(bootloader) partition-type:cache: ext4
(bootloader) partition-size:userdata:
(bootloader) partition-type:userdata:
Definitely it is still locked because, look at below
$ fastboot flash recovery twrp-2.8.7.0-p880.img
sending 'recovery' (8182 KB)...
FAILED (remote: Bootloader is locked.)
finished. total time: 0.140s
So, my question is
How reliable Bootloader Unlock Check in hidden menu is? or what is wrong?

xt890: partition cid dead

Hello,
I still try to recover my motorola razer i XT890.
Now we will do it in a worse state, wrongly overwrote the cid partition
My phone was with bootloader unlocked but when I lost that partition
I'm blocked. It does not get to start neither in normal mode nor in bp tool always it is marked in the logo of intel, it does not have adb activated. I have backup of the original partition but fast does not let me write it for lack of permissions.
I was able to flash with a STOCK version I can enter the recovery
I made an update.zip file with this content:
updater-script
Code:
ui_print("Installing update.zip");
package_extract_file("cid.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p7");
ui_print("Flashed update.zip successfully");
Since it is not signed, it does not work.
This is the output I get from fastboot getvar all
Code:
bash-4.3# fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 0x2025
(bootloader) product: smi
(bootloader) secure: yes
(bootloader) rom-key: motorola-key
(bootloader) model-id: 0268
(bootloader) cid: dead
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) uid: CFDE99E41C23C94DF17472715D60
(bootloader) max-download-size: 104857600
(bootloader) emmc-size: 8GB
(bootloader) qe: qe 1/1
(bootloader) unlocked: no
(bootloader) is-warranty-void: Not supported
(bootloader) ifwi: 42.26
(bootloader) cpu: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU Z2480 @ 2.00GHz
(bootloader) kernel: droidboot
(bootloader) battery: capacity: 100, voltage: 4320000, temperature: 370
(bootloader) modem-status: secure
all:
Finished. Total time: 0.336s
as you can see it says cid: dead
Any idea is well received
Thank you
Sorry for my English.
