I had a sm n910t model that had some 4g lte issues. So I got a replacement note 4 from Tmobile version sm n910t3 model.
Now this one's camera is all blurry or takes a long time to focus.
Would ordering a new camera module fix this issue and is the camera in the t3 model the same as the t?

You've likely already done this but, if not, check camera lense for hairline cracks or debris.

I did notice by looking at the camera that it's off center. The actual lense is off to the left a little.

Appears to be defective. My camera is perfectly centered. I'd ask for exchange.
It's better to ask tmobile for replacement
Thanks guys I have a replacement coming in the mail now. Hope it's the note 4 sm-n910t3 again. I'll update once I receive the item.

The blurry camera/long time to focus was a well known issue caused by defective camera hardware. The only solution is a replacement device.
The off center camera is most likely due to the optical image stabilization. The camera on my Note 4 was slightly off center too, but it took great pictures. My Nexus 6 has OIS as well and the camera is slightly off center.
I had the T3 initially, and asked for a warranty exchange and they gave me the T, had that same issue, and refuse to get a T model. They say that it's random which model is given, but I spoke to someone in the executive offices and she called the level 2 technicians and they said if you specify that you want the T3, they will get you the T3. Going on the second exchange.

Nexus 4's camera produces purple lens flare, too
Well, we guess nothing is perfect in this world. Not even the Google Nexus 4 by LG, although we can easily forgive its few drawbacks due to the marvelous price Google has attached to it and the tons of cool features that have made their way inside the package.
When the iPhone 5 came out, some unhappy users started complaining that in some situations, the otherwise very capable camera makes bright lights such as lamps to appear with a nasty purple lens flare effects in images. Apple has even responded to those claims, saying that... this is the camera's normal behavior.
Now that we're seeing that the same happens with the Nexus 4, we can really believe that it's a normal issue for such camera sensors. Thanks to a Google+ user who has uploaded a rather coarse Photosphere shot, we notice that Google's handset is prone to producing abundant amounts of purplish lens flare, too. Unfortunately, we doubt it that there can be any kind of normal solution for that nasty effect, plus we guess that an accessory maker won't come to the rescue this time.
But you know what the good part of all this is? That it doesn't really matter much, since phone cameras have never been that great, really. And why should you bother with such issues, when you have so many other awesome features to enjoy, such as the quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, the beautiful 4.7" True HD IPS Plus display, or Android 4.2!

Nope.
(you can see it on the right side of the sun)
Btw this effect is something "common" when making photo in direct light, even reflex objetice have that defect, so i don't really mind if a smartphone have some purple fringing... just don't make high contrast/direct light photos
Canon lenses have purple too. It's just a side effect of CA/flaring:
the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/Lens-Flare.aspx?FLI=0&API=0&FLIComp=0&APIComp=0&LensComp=0&CameraComp=0&Lens=115
dpreview.com/lensreviews/canon_50_1p4_c16/5 (scroll down to the flare section)
(XDA won't let me post URLs because I'm still a liability)
It's just worse on a phone because the back isn't meant to be high grade optical glass but a rather flat piece of glass.
There is thread about this already.
Please continue the discussion there.

Today, I saw this under the touchscreen. It looks like some dust or air bubbles, which are under the touch area, situated directly above the Tegra 3 CPU so can it have something to do with the heat, which come from the cpu? The phone is 1 month old (bought 21/3/2013). I'm sending the phone to reclamation (and want new piece), but I'm afraid that this can happen again.
Have anyone same problem?

I don't think they would have noticed if I had been a bit more careful. They use Philips head screws and no "VOID" stickers.
I actually kinda scratched the glass on the inside

Wow thats sucks guys, if any has or is gonna send it in with an unlocked bootloader i wonder if they will fix it. If any of these manufacturers would honor their warranties for non-software related issues with unlocked bootloaders id stick with them regardless.

Google App:
The device hasn't gotten wet since I received it and there's no protector on the back.
But before sending it to a repair center, I'd like to have your opinion on this..
Do you guys think this is resolvable trough SW? Or is this most likely a HW defect?
Thx!
EDIT: I just checked and I have the same issue with the front facing camera
UPDATE: Corrected img links. Performed factory reset, but issue remains. Seems like both camera's are unable to focus..
still I'm waiting mines shipment, but did you try restart or factory reset? hopefully mine will be flawless, cause ı ordered in austruia and livin in Turkey

Can you see any condensation in the camera, if you hold it under bright light?
It's kind of curious to me that the blurriness happens to front as well as rear camera.

Do you use the physical shutter button? If so, do you press it fully at once or do you let it focus with a half-press? Make sure you half-press first, until it focused.
---------- Post added at 01:46 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:41 AM ----------
elaurens, do objects very close to the camera appear sharp and clear? If not, you must check under bright light if there is fog in the camera. The kind of blur looks more like a foggy blur than an out-of-focus blur.
If there's no fog and very near objects look blurry too, then the only thing I can think of is that one or more lens elements could actually be missing from the lens?!
I had this same problem for ages*
Then by accident discovered that theres an app on there that is called background defocus ,just disable the **bleep** and delete it then your camera will be brillant ,bloddy sony should tell you this*

Samsung just announced the Galaxy S5 Plus. Bummer I just bought my S5 about 2 months ago.. and literally just bought a Nexus 5 to play around with from the Play Store..
Features a 2.5Ghz Snapdragon 805 (underclocked from 2.7GHz found in Note 4)
Significantly faster memory bandwidth
Upgraded GPU (presumably a Adreno 420)
Faster LTE (advance 300Mbps).
Anyone here tempted to upgrade? Im wondering what the overall performance is like compares to S5 and Note 4.

Don't c a need to upgrade any further unless they improve the display and add more ram...And stop with all the dang lockdown on their phones ...if it wasn't for HTC so called ultra pixel camera I would jump to them ..
Do not buy plus phones, they will not be prioritized. Look at the s4 plus and its update history.

It's not "defective" technically, I had the same issue with my s8+, and note 8, and have it on my note 9. And an update won't get rid of it.
Looks to me like light reflecting off the edges of the glass, as the light matches the nearest icon color. I've seen this on LG phones. I'd either get a replacement or put a case that blocks the reflection.
Hahaha [emoji23]? sorry couldn't help it , the light bleed strikes back.i was waiting for this
