Is it possible? And if it is, how?
It would be practical to me if I could change the IMEI of my G1 to that of my old phone, be cause of the way my operator works.
As far as I can understand this is not an illigal topic on the forum. If it is, please tell me so I can delete the thread.

It is in the wrong forum, and its not possible (afaik) to change your IMEI.
I believe it is illegal in most countries
Someone asked this somewhere else and I'm pretty sure it's illegal
Start asking your questions in the right sub-forum (Q&A) (Theme) or even in (General), or simply search.......Final result will be a ban for you up too 3 days.

Being a noob is fine; posting in the wrong forum is not.
You managed to correct someone else's grammar, so clearly you're not illiterate. In that case, read the forum rules.
I apologise, I thought as it was a question regarding flashing a rom that this was the right place. I'll know better next time.

Your question is more general, and should be placed in the Q&A forum. It's an easy mistake for a new person to make. Please forgive the hostility of some others -- but also, please make sure you take the proper steps in the future.
Paradoxically, it's worthwhile to search through the discussion history of both /this/ forum *and* the Q&A forum in order to see if someone else has had your trouble in the past.
IF that seems too much effort for you, try doing a "standard" google search for the problem, while adding the following at the end of your search: "xda-developers.com". I've found that to be /very/ good at finding specific forum posts.
I just flashed my Sprint TP2 to the latest MIGHTYROM... now I have some questions I hope someone can answer
1. I am missing the down arrow that is supposed to be on the top right that shows running programs, memory etc. I have seen threads where others say they are missing it too. How do I get this back?
2. Can we change the FLIP CLOCK to something else but leave the weather there?
3. Where is the WORD CORRECT that is supposed to be there so that when you type, it brings up word suggestions.. mine does not.. it also doesnt bring up contacts when you start typing in the name in the TO: field

I posted questions in that forum before but twice was told that was the incorrect forum.. I did a CDMA flash and that is the CDMA forum so I dont know why they would say that... thats the reason why these questions are posted elsewhere...

because my screen was flickering like crazy when I was using WIFI. Badly enough it didn't seem to work I want to sent it in for warranty but my question is will they notice I opened up the tablet etc. ?

Y'know, I wasn't really sure where to post, because it's really not ROM related, and neither of the other dev sections seemed appropriate. As to the eta, I'm really just trying to see if anyone out there has heard anything, or if there's even someone working on it.
