What is the battery drain per hour on your note 5, if you leave your wifi switched on overnight? I'm getting around 1.7-2% per hour. Is this the normal rate?
Mine is 2 % for 7 hours idle with WiFi connected.

I Dont know why you complain you have still 80% after 8 hours.
or is it just because temple run uses 99% ?

usually my battery dies after just 12 hours the line is a -1 gradient line. similar usage.
just wondering.
re: battery
Mine is sometimes crazy. the drain is slow but i only have wifi on when I need it, I dont use £G often at all, I close all the apps in the multitasking window, I sometimes go as far as going into settings/apps and kill any background apps like hotmail that always runs XD
However when I'm on wifi watching Youtube videos it goes down 20% in 20minutes?!
When I am charging, it says "slow charging" which it is when I'm at work. But at home, a few occasions I charge from literally 3% charge and in 40minutes its already 40%-ish?! whats going on here?
AW: Abnormal battery consumption?
My phone runs for 24hrs now, I did some Skype and icq (im+), have wlan on all the time, even at night, and I am on 80% atm.

What tweaks/ROM?

So I got my One two days ago and installed some apps, running on stock 4.1.2.
According to the system monitor my phone is ALWAYS AWAKE, even when I turn it off and only plug in the charger.
How can I solve it, how can I find what app is keeping my phone awake? I am losing like 50% battery overnight while in airplane mode
Thanks, BBLN.
It's difficoult found the app.
So try with an hard reset or see in dev settigs if there is the voice selected

Nope, it's like my phone is draining while being idle (On battery usage: Phone Idle - 50%).
I closed some running services, seems like now he is finally really idle.
I was using galaxy gear for a week, and battery last about 1-2 days.
Today suddenly I have got huge battery drain, it went from 100% to 22% in 4 hours. During this period I received about 20 notification and 1 call, with duration about 3 minutes. No more actions with the gear. I suppose, there must be some app, which drains battery, but there is no way to look which one. I am on the latest firmware. Any suggestions what should I do?
Did you install a new app? Try just rebooting it if not. Some process may have gotten stuck.
Edit: are you using null rom or stock?

I am on stock (rooted) I have installed couple of apps yesterday evening . Yeap, I have restarted, now investigating if the battery still drains.

Anyone notice their battery going down the tube with Wifi Calling on? My phone has been off battery for 8 hrs, its at 58% and showing 33% usage for Wi-fi calling. The next closest thing is 9% for Blinkfeed.
I have the same problem too. I even turned off "Wi-Fi Calling" in Settings and "Force Close" it. However, the Wi-Fi Calling app is still draining battery

Ahh..I'm running venomone latest and wifi calling is broke on that rom causing huge cpu usage and battery drainage that's why I asked. However, they do have a fix for wifi calling getting ready to come out for the rom here real soon

FYI. You can use titanium backup to freeze the wi-fi calling app to eliminate the drain until the fix comes out. You have to reboot after freezing

Thank you for the info! The app is no longer running.
That's very weird. I use it to save battery keeps the cellular radios off. Can go over 8 hours maybe 10% drain. Running captains stock rooted rom. It was a clean install. Make sure your firmware and radios are updated, do a hard reset.wifi calling has been working great for me
ViperOne rom with wifi calling, battery life is better than it's ever been here!

I had the same issue as the OP even with WiFi called turned off but since flashing Viper I am all good, in fact battery life is better than my M7...
Anyone have issues with nfcwakelock keeping the phone awake? It's just a solid bar of awake in the battery stats. Turning off location or going to airplane mode will not kill it. Only a reboot will.
I'm running stock 5.1.1 with root.

You can turn it off, but you will need Xposed installed. You can follow this post on reddit.
