charging and 3.5mm jack problem

hi guys i have been using galaxy ace 5830 since 5 months i was working fine...then i updated my ace to 2.3.6 and it worked fine too later..then i rooted my phone and afterwards its been perfectly working...but suddenly 2 3 days before there is a problem with my 3.5 jack when i connect my earphones there is a sound in only one earphone not the both sides.but i press it deeper then sound comes in both sides..and today suddenly it troubling with charging..i doesnot charge when i connect my charger i have to put the phone in many directions and then sometime it start charging but if it is misplaced from a certain position then it doesnt charge.so i want to ask is this software problem, root problem or hardware problem..note i have checkd my charger and earpieces with other device both are fine..please help me with it

mic stopped working

Bros, just found another bug, both mine and my wife xperia z has this problem. Out of the blue when try making phone calls, the mic muted, had to turn on the speaker , the mic works. When switched off the speaker, the mic fails. I when to the sony menu (*#*#) and tested the mic function and its working normally. Seems not a hardware problem. Had to restart the phone to solve it. Done a factory reset and even went for an exchange for a new set. Problems exists. I noticed it maybe the problem that i downloaded WECHAT. Any one came across this issue too? Is android version 4.1.2 too new and programs not competible? HELP

Yes, I got the mic problem a number of time. And I have factory reset the phone last night and now under monitoring.

[Q] Headphone jack Broken (software issue?)

HI everyone,
I have an Xperia Z C6603(rootet) with pacman Rom(4.3.1) , before that i updated it to sonys Kitkat( I mention this because of the headphone Problems some people had with this update.)
My problem is basically that my headphone Jack doesnt work..
I dont remember when exactly it started, but at some point it would play music only for a second, then showing me the Hearing Protection pop up (which is strange because sonys hearing protection should not be installed anymore, i wiped the phone thoroughly).
after that (up until today) it seems like it does not even recognize the headphones when i plug them in.
So since the Hardware seems to work i wondered if i could reset the system partition or something like that?

My Internal Speaker is stopping during the call

Hey Guys
I bought an used Sony Xperia Z
and its system is Android 4.4.4 Kitkat
the phone is pretty cool
except one thing
when i call someone the internal speaker (Ear Speaker) is working but it suddenly stop and i cannot continue my call unless i open the other speaker
what shall i do ?
is there a fix for it ?
please take in mind : that internal speaker(Ear Speaker) is working but its lagging suddenly .

Hi,it's like you stop earing the other person? but only sometimes?
If it's that,when you stop earing the person try to press the phone near the speaker and see if it starts working.
Mine had that problem and it was a problem with the speaker,bad contact(my guess),it was on guarantee so I send it to repair.
P.S- 2 times that happened to me.

AUDIO and MIC not working until restart

Hi,
I have a MI9 6/128 with the original ROM MIUI GLOBAL 11.0.6 | Estable 11.0.6.0 (QFAEUXM)
Sometimes i found that the audio and the mic of the phone is not working so in the call i cannot hear the other person and the other person is not hearing me. This problem appears without any reason and when i restart the phone is fixed for some time., but maybe later o other day the problem appears other time without any advice.
What could be happening?

but that time i install magisk for mod audio speaker
now my mi 9 just back to hand after fix locked bootload er miui wrong version for 3days i will waiting if see this problem again

so, there is not solution without being root? I don´t want to have to open the bootloader.
If there isn´t much people with the same problem i will think that it is problem of the terminal so i will use the warranty.

so i have this same problem, but only when plug headphones with usb c adapter, sometimes i cant ear and the person in other side cant ear me too...even if i unplug and plug in back again, it only work if i unplug, then i can ear and they can ear with loudspeaker.
but to make it work trough headphones i need to restart the phone when this happens.
probably this have to do with audio mod's i have installed like audio library and dolby, and sometimes get this problem, not always...but time to time.
- i know im not helping, just say what my problem is and maybe someone find a relation with yours problems.

To know that are more people with the same problem helps a lot.
If the problem is originated by a third app as you suggest the problem will appears other time even if the shop change my terminal.
I will try that you say of the headphone when the problem returns.
