Hi
I have X98 air III m5c6
At first, windows only occasionally get stuck.
And now I can not get through the main screen "please wait..."
I downloaded the windows 10 home installation to usb (Rufus 2.5)
But even that the bios identifies the USB and even that I became all the boot routes except the USB to "disable".
It still Restart like usual to the dual boot screen to choice between Android or my destroyed windows.
How do I make my device boot from USB?
My USB 3.0 64GB.

Make sure you have the 32bit ISO Image for Windows and use those setting to write the ISO with RUFUS and it will work.

"windows detected that the efi system partition was formatted as ntfs. Format the EFI system partition as FAT32, and restart the installation."

what I do wrong?
Hi, I never tested by me but as I said to an user, I think the best way is to:
1) Flash Android (Intel MFT Tool) with repartition (so I will erase all windows partition as unused space
2) Install Win x86 (with Rufus) on the unused space
This easy guide works to some users I told them...Try!
PS: tablet with full charge please!
I tried to write the usb key with rufus in fat32 but it says the iso is more that 4 GB and cant write on FAT system file.

This is my first post so if I overlook something, feel free to point it out.
Anyway, the problem: I wanted to install Android on my HTC Tilt and after many trial and errors I finally did it. Or so I thought. I guess I must've gotten something wrong somewhere because when I'm on a call the other person can't hear me but I can hear them and my phone's camera is not functioning.
So, now I want to switch back to Windows Mobile. I thought there would be just as many threads about going back to Windows but for some reason I can't find any roms or nbh files to go back. I found one or two threads here and there but either it didn't seem relevant to my situation or there were no links to any current Windows roms/nbh files.
I found a thread by someone else who had a similar problem. They received an answer that seemed simple enough: Just find a rom, rename to KAISimg.nbh, place onto SD card with KAISDIAG.nbh and reset the phone while holding Camera. They were nice enough to post up the KAISDIAG file but I can't find any Windows roms/nbh files.
Does anyone know of any that I could use? I don't want to flash 6.5 and just want to go back to the original 6.1 that the Tilt uses (something hopefully legit so that I can upgrade the phone using the HTC site, if not it's cool too).
Also, since my phone is currently installed with Android, it can't connect to Microsoft Activesync on my computer so I can't flash anything through there.
Hi
Instructions
Get a MicroSD card that is formatted as Fat32. The card must be formatted as Fat32 otherwise it will not work. It doesn't need to be blank or freshly formatted (but it wont hurt if it is). An easy way to check if youre MicroSD are Fat32 is to use Pocket Mechanic and check "Card Information", Pocket Mechanic are licensed but trial are free.
Find the ROM image you would like to use, normally named RUU_Signed.nbh, and rename it to "KAISIMG.nbh". Depending on the source of your ROM file, it may not be named RUU_Signed.nbh, but just rename the nbh file you obtained to KAISIMG.nbh
Copy the file KAISIMG.nbh to the root of your microSD card
Plug the card into the phone, then enter boot loader mode by pressing down the Camera button, then using the stylus, press and hold the RESET button at the bottom of the phone. Release both buttons once the bootloader screen appears. (Kaiser Resets)
You will first see a tri-color screen then the information on the card. Press power button to start flashing.
After all these are done, press the reset button located at the bottom of the phone to reset the device.
So

During the flash I think I selected to delete partitions, and know, when I power on the tablet, in the dual boot menu I can only see android logo, and not both logos like before. How can I solve it?

Then i flashed Mirek Lolipop v6 but it is only android logo on dual boot. When i use "boot to Windows" under android it shows error like below:

Use the OTG USB installation method mentioned by some fellas in the official Teclast X98 forum.
Format a FAT32 thumbdrive.
Copy the 5 *.img files, installer.cmd and partition.tbl to the root of the thumbdrive.
(Ensure u got the right installer.cmd and partition table setting files, view it to confirm).
Connect the OTG cable along with the plugged-in thumbdrive.
Bring the Tablet to Droidboot Recovery Mode (The one with a Big Green Android if original recovery image).
It will automatically start recovery and reboot.
hello kevinlaikf,
thank you for your suggestions, but didnt work. the menu still shows "entering nx mode. waiting for fastboot command". thats it. i copied all the files you mention.
cheers

Hello, have anyone found any solution to thiw problem? unfortunately it is mine too.... please help me, i need windows back...
I accidentally deleted the boot options from the bios. Now, whenever I boot, It shows "No internal hard disk found..." error. I am attaching the screenshots as well. Please help me to install windows 8.1 again.
Actually I was trying to do a fresh install of Android. So, I formatted the eMMC partition and accidently deleted the boot entry in the BIOS that was linked to the eMMC with name ACPI(0)...something. So, I just want to fresh install Windows 8.1 again in the tablet.

Some time ago i saw a video about that.... It connected a keyboard, then pressed F8 i guess, enetered bios and select boot. But if you deleted windows boot loader (since windows 8) , that is UEFI, you have to reinstall it

I think that if you install windows the bootloader will be also created, in your case restored as default boot setting.
Try to do a google search or contact manufacturer for more information about how to reinstall windows.

No its actually the Boot entry deleted from BIOS and all tablets don't have generic HDD partitions like the PCs. They just emulate eMMC card partition as Hard Disk Partitions. So whatever I install, it shows "No internal hard disk..." error. Also, I have diagnosed the eMMC, RAM, and other components through the BIOS Diagnostics. Everything is fine.

Hello, I am a owner of a ZUK Z2 Pro from Brazil, apologies for my english.
I tried to update the mooke rom to pie, but it wasn't working via central mooke, so I downloaded and tried to flash on TWRP, but I was possesed by a demon and instead of not deleting the internal storage, I delete all files. The problem now is that the mobile isn't reconigze in the computer and the device manager shows this:

The USBView show this:
Maybe it's something related to the vendor folder that can't be mount on TRWP. I tried adb push, but don't display my device and I don't have acess to allow the usb debugging. I tried USB OTG, but the pendrive is unrecognized. I don't know what to do anymore, but I don't think the mobile is bricked. May day may day!
In twrp you have to click mount otg to make it visible in the file system (if you already did this you can try different adapters/usb sticks). If you deleted the vendor partition I think you should be able to fix it by going back to stock or finding a vendor image/backup. If the only problem is that you ran the vendor to factory script and now twrp dies not find it you can just update twrp. Updating twrp could also help with the unrecognized usb issue.

I can't mount otg because twrp don't let me selected the option, I had install all drivers I found of zuk, lenovo and qualcomm and still unrecognizable on the computer, therefore I can flash stock or the vendor image/backup, the version of my twrp is the 3.3.0.0, the most updated. You know if there is a way to force the computer to recognize the device?
Solved doind this.

Its look like mounting problem try googeling for How to fix mounting problem(maybe show you the twrp but thats okay its same for all devices)
The easiest solution for this error is to force Windows to re-arrange its ordering of the drives. When you get this error message, it is possible to work around it easily without having to use disk part or manually re-partition your disks and drives:
Upon seeing the error message “Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition,” remove your Windows setup USB from the PC (don’t worry, this is safe since no read or write operations are being made from the USB disk).
Press the red “X” button to exit the installation wizard. You will be asked to confirm that you’re sure you want to do this and that Windows will not be installed if you do. Press OK and exit anyway. You won’t actually leave the setup environment, you’ll just be taken back to the main page.
Back at the main setup page, select “Install Now” without re-inserting your USB stick.
You’ll see an error about Windows being unable to locate setup files, and asking you to load a CD/DVD driver for Windows setup to
Click “OK” then exit the setup dialog once more to return to the main setup screen.
Re-insert your USB at this point, then select “Install Now” again.
This time, everything should go as planned since Windows has been forced to recognize that the setup USB is a removable drive, and it can identify the correct boot drive to install the Windows boot files to.
