Z3 Compact - Half dead?!

Hello, I have Z3 Compact D5803. The back (glass cover that is bonded factory) was beginning to lift off in the middle and I put a (micro) droplet of glue. The phone was turned off and the procedure was carried out carefully and without any spill. After a few days, I decided to turn it on, however, did not see anything, tried all possible combinations, but it is not working. When I plug it into the wall charger the display lights up momentarily with the Sony logo, lit red LED and then immediately restarts. This thing is going indefinitely, I have even left it plugged for 24 hours, but it keeps boot looping. Detached rear cover to look inside, everything looks fine, not even a trace of my gluing work.
Any ideas?

Have you tried the hard reset button ?
Look under the flap where you put the sim, next to it is a tiny button hole, press this.

Yes, nothing happens...
I can only put it in fastboot mode (blue LED on black screen), while it's connected to the PC.
Well If fastboot works then this shouldn't really be much of a problem , simply fastboot flash any kernel with a custom recovery and flash a ROM. If that doesn't work then you might be facing a hardware issue and the best course of action would be to send it in for repair
But there is no way to correctly see it in Windows. Tried to install drivers, but it keeps stay as a "S1Boot Fastboot" device in Windows 10.

Can you detect it via ADB? Go to adb ( found in Android SDK ), open command window there and type fastboot devices, something should come up ( Assuming you have the fastboot drivers installed ) You can also use flashtool if you don't have the SDK Installed but install drivers first

I think your drivers have not been installed correctly. It is a bit of a hassle in Windows 10 since you need to disable driver signature verification. I successfully installed the drivers from Flashtool after doing this.
i have the same problem but....
but i cannot start recovery nor fastboot not even download mode ( i think fastboot and download mode are the same) please help me

Either your battery is completely dead or you have a hardware problem. What happens if you try to charge your phone?

GT-P5210 not booting

First of all, it's not my tablet, but a collegue gave it to me because I said I might be able to fix it.
But it's showing no life signs, I can't boot in any way, not download nor recovery, and when I charge it nothing happens neither. So I guess it would be hard bricked, but when I connected it via USB to my PC, I heard the windows-device-connected sound. The driver thing showed up, and it said cloverview installing. So I guess it's not hard bricked? By longpressing the power button, the windows sound let me now it disconnected, and when I pressed it again it reconnected. Could it be that the screen is just broken? But to power off the device, I normally would have to confirm it on the screen right? I tried booting blind into download mode and checked it with Odin but nothing.
But are these the normal Samsung drivers? You guys have any ideas? I saw a thread on how to unbrick it, but you have to unsolder capacitors etc. from the mainboard, and apparently the OP didn't test it out neither.
If someone has any idea that would be nice.

Kindle fire HD7 brick

Got red screen after bad flash dont know exactly what happened so used factory cable to recover my kindle fire hd 7" from the red screen?
Plugged in cable connected to pc and kindle screen displayed fastboot..all well so far..
Then I used this programme KFFirstAide and used
option 3. Completly Restore the KFHD 7 7.2.3 (Fastboot)
pressed return on pc then programme started then said rebooting kindle, kindle screen went black (no fastboot logo anymore) and it stayed black left it for ages and it did not come on again, eventually I removed kindle fire hd 7 from pc and tried to switch on but nothing happened I tried to connect it to pc again with fastboot cable and nothing happened pc did not recognise it,tried the same with cable that came with kindle and nothing happened. Have tried with no cables connected and nothing. have tried holding power button for 20 seconds then push power button again for 2 seconds but nothing happens still black screen
Is there any way to fix this now? anything inside unit I can try?

Kindle Fire 7" - 3rd Generation (Soho) Stuck at Logo Screen, Possibly Bricked

I was given an old Kindle Fire HD 7" 3rd Generation KFSOWI - Soho completely stock and was playing with it a bit and decided to try the KingRoot app (NOT KingORoot). It was going along and got to 35% then said it failed and asked if I wanted to try again. I clicked try again. Thats when everything went downhill. It rebooted on its own then displayed the all white Kindle Fire logo then moved to the brighter white and orange logo with the glimmer moving across the screen. There it stays now. It wont go any further.
I have tried to use Vol - and PWR with it turned off to try to get to Recovery or Vol + and PWR for Fastboot but after the all white logo it just shuts off. Its as if the recovery utility is no longer there.
I do have a Fastboot/Factory cable I made a while ago and when I plug that in it does get to Fastboot mode. However in ADB on my desktop it wont see it there. If I plug in a standard USB cable to the Kindle and let it go to the white n orange logo then ADB will see it and brings up the Serial number but instead of saying "device" it says "unauthorized".
I am seriously at a loss right now as I have been googling to to fix this since it happened and all the ready made utilities are for other generation devices.
I have tried the usual holding the power button for 60 seconds to turn it off and then try turning it back on but nothing works.
Im just not sure what can be done with I cant get to recovery and ADB either wont see it or says its unauthorized.
PLEASE HELP!

Classic FireOS boot hang. Tough to fix on older (pre 5th gen) devices that do not offer a way to reload FireOS from stock recovery.
Unfortunately, this is not the correct forum for your device (this thread is for 5th & 7th gen Fire 7). You'll want to repost your question here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/kindle-fire-hd

Fire 7th gen no picture

I was trying to follow the guide to unlock my boot loader and when I got to the part where I'm supposed to short the pins after a few failed attempts and restarts my tablet just seemed to have died. All I get is a black screen. I've tried holding down the power button, removing the battery, plugging it into a charger for a few minutes till it boots up and nothing happens. When I plug it into my computer it shows up in device manager as MediaTek USB Port. I'm using virtualbox with Debian installed. Maybe virtualbox doesn't recognize my tablet? The tablet was also rooted before I tried this and had the nexus fire ROM. I didnt think that would be a problem since the pin short method just boots into the bootrom. Is there anyway to return to stock?
Nevermind. I got it. Never try to use faulty cables to do this. You have to manually select the tablet on VirtualBox.
