[HELP] GT9001 OS ruined with Kies , help please

Hello everyone , I recently bought a GT9001 also known as galaxy S plus , so here's my desperate problem ... today about 4 hours ago , that POS program Samsung Kies told me there's a new firmware available so I hit upgrade ... it got stuck at about 60% then after 1 hour and a half I unpluged the phone from the USB ... since then I can't get rid of Recovery Mode .... before all this the phone had Android gingerbread , was working perfectly I loved it .. and now I think it's bricked ... I'm not good at this , I've tried with odin .. but it gets stuck ... please someone kind enough , help me get it back to its default state ... i have no idea what I'm doing here ... and i'm kinda desperate i need the phone asap
gotta mention I was able to get it in download mode via the three buttons ... can someone tell me what i need in order to fix it?

If u can access download mode than its not bricked download a stock rom flash it.....

Flash a i9001 rom using odin

so I've been trying for 5 hours to fix my semi-bricked phone and I can't do anything .... I've tried with odin 4.43 and some stock ROM-s ... but it gets stuck ... god damn it what should I do , i have no warranty ... GSM service , do they know how to fix things like these? it seems complicated

So I finally managed to fix it with AiresVE.ops , MultiLoader Odin v.4.43 and an official ROM from sammobile , it took 8 minutes but I had to do it on my laptop. Thanks for everything guys.

some time ago i got the same problem But don't worry it's easy to solve..
Just download this one:

or i recommend the broodrom which is based on the valuepack an works just flawless on my i9001

then copy both .zips to your external sd and then boot into recovery (press vol+ and power button.. wait 3-5sec and release.. when the android thing & a box appears press and hold the home button (the left touchbutton))
if you're now in the recovery mode, click on "install update via zip" or something like that..
then you navigate to your external sd where the 2 files are
then you install the teamwinrecovery (zip file) after that you shutdown your system (pull the battery^^)
then boot again into recovery and you will see a new recovery (it's the teamwinrecovery)
this can be controlled with your touchscreen
now you click again on "install update via zip" or something like that an navigate again to your external sd..
for that you should navigate on the tip level and open a folder called "emmc"
There you install the other zip (it's your rom) an wait until it's finished
it will reboot automatically
If you get stuck in a recovery loop you should flash the bootloader with odin.. (instructions are given in the teamwinrecovery thread)

faild to mount efs // internal storage 0.00b !!

im facing a surios problem which i've been trying too long to solve with no results
first my phone is on factory mode ,, and every time i use ADB shell to change the factory mode from off to on and reboot ,, its back again
second when i boot into recovery it keeps telling faild to mount efs ... ( i still have my imei num. , mac address ...... etc ) all still shown on the phone and i still can make calls and connect through wifi
and last but not least ,, my internal storage is giving 0.00b ,, so i cand install any apk
things i tried :
flash official stock firmware with odin
use adb to give some codes to get rid of factory mode which dosnt work !
cant really tell what caused this ,, since this phone belongs to my friend who dosnt seem to know anything >_<
any one can help plz !!!

Which model do you have?
Odin works? Or it says "success", but it flashed nothing? Try flashing another firmware version or another rom to check this.

odin works and says "success" ,,but every time it got stuck on booting ,, the only working firmware is the stock from samsung ,, with the problems mentioned above

dont panic ,
xiaomi has fastboot mode just restrt the phone and press power and vol down you will get into fastboot mode
before that just download the fastboot rom frm here,

after downloading the rom ,download mi flash tool
after downloading everything just put your phone to fastboot mode
install mi flash tool on your pc/lap
just on top left ,you will find browse option
just go to the directory where you have unzipped the rom,chose the file
then connect your phone through usb cable it will get detected if not theres a button called refresh just press it and it will get detected
then just flash the rom, it will hardly take 90 secs to flash
now you have working mi3 with miui rom have fun

[Q] Canvas turbo not starting

I tried to install rosemary fonts in my turbo ... I flashed the zip with cwm recovery ... After flashing it , the phone got stuck on canvas turbo logo ... I tried to flash the stock rom .. Bt while connecting it to sp flash tool i removed out the usb when device was detecting in sp flash tool ... The phn is not starting up now... Led is also not glowing when i connect it to charging before connecting in sp flash tool charging was done ... Now the phn is juzz not starting up ... I took it to care center bt they are saying tht internal display is broken out and it costs more than 7k ... I cant understand thts it software or hardware issue ... Is my phone brick ? ... I juzz can't under tht what is happened to my phone .. Needed expert advice urgent ... Plzzz plzzz help out

HARD - BRICKED GIONEE M2 due to wrong ROM flashing

I wrongly flashed 8GB stock ROM in my 4GB GIONEE M2 and now my phone is hard - bricked it does not shows charging and recovery . It's not even dected by SP flash tool i tries format+ download option too and tries to connect my phone with pressing volume up / volume down button sp flash tool says BROM failed. I also tried charging it for 24 hrs though different chargers . so please help me out .

there is no 8 gb or 4 gb rom i have seen rom files for both and partioning is same for both as internal storage is at 1.78 gb and rest is allocated to data partition for both now for the issue you are facing try flashing wihtout battery , if not works format using flash tool except bootloader then flash rom using sp flash tool

I too flashed my Gionee M2 8GB mobile with 4 GB rom version and it got hard bricked, altough its detected by my laptop, Im not able to format it or download 8GB ver in it, its not showing charging and its not switching on as well
