After installing cyanogenmod 12.1. tidal repeats one song indefinitely - Galaxy S 4 Active Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi!
I am what you would call a major noob, so please excuse any retarded stuff. I couldn´t find a thread containing what I need help with, but then again I don´t really know the jargon so.
I have a samsung galaxy s4 active GT-i9295, on which I just installed cyanogenmod 12.1. Everything works fine except for the tidal app who keeps repeating one song indefinitely (or until I manually switch songs). I have tried to turn off repeat, turn on repeat one song and all, but the outcome is the same. Can you help, or just point me in the right direction?

Propblems with speakerphone after AT&T WM 6.1 upgrade

Hi all,
Sorry if this has been noted as one of the bugs with the official 6.1 upgrade, but after a bit of searching I was unable to find anything. Everything seemed to be fine until a couple hours ago. I was at work and hence had not used the phone itself for a while. I was setting up my email accounts again. then a hour or so later, the phone started vibrating for a notification of new emails and would not stop. I had to do a reboot. Now, every time I try to place a call, it uses the speakerphone, and will not switch back no matter what I do. I hit the button for speakerphone and there it says it has changed, and the icon in the status bar on the top also changes, but it still uses the speakerphone. I've not tried with my bluetooth in my car yet to see if that is working ok...
Any suggestions? This is a real problem for me and one that I need an answer to sooner rather than later.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Solved - the problem was with SRS Wow HD audio driver
Just FYI - incase anyone else is having the same problem.
I worked backwards and unintsalled each program I had put on one by one and tested the phone. Turned out that I forgot I had installed SRS Wow HD sound driver. Once I uninstalled that and rebooted, everything has worked fine since.
Sad that this does not work with 6.1 as it was a really nice piece of software.

[Q] Interesting problem with Captivate

First time poster, all, so be please be gentle!
I've got a problem that I've not seen anyone else ask about or reference. For some time now, my Captivate has not been ringing when I receive a regular phone call. However, it does: play media files with sounds as normal; play notification sounds; play game sounds; alarm sounds when the alarm goes off. In fact, the only sound-type application it has any problem with is ringing on an incoming call.
I'm not a complete noob, so please assume that I've checked all the usual suspects (silent mode, vibrate mode, using stock ringtone vs. custom, physical volume up/down buttons, rebooting, etc.) However, if you know of a more esoteric setting that could be missed, I'm dying to hear about it.
I'm running Cognition 2.3b1 or 2.3b2 at the moment, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this problem began before upgrading, although I've been using Cognition before the Froyo update; I really don't think it's an issue with Cog, especially as I haven't seen anyone complain of the same symptom.
Is there perhaps some system level directive along the lines of incoming_call_ring=NEVER that I've somehow, someway triggered and just don't know how to undo?
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help! I enjoy these forums and the sense of community, even though I generally just lurk
If it really has been going on since before you flashed I think you know the answer to your question
Sorry to hear that.
Have you tried master clear? If it persists then flash to stock.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I897 using XDA App
I haven't tried master clear yet, good suggestion. By this weekend I should probably be at just the right ratio of desperation vs time to give that a try. I'll post back here after.
Not just me!
It would seem that this is affecting a small number of Captivate owners. The solution was suprisingly simple and effective: push in the 'speaker' with your thumb. Guess the speaker isn't locked in as tightly as it should be, or is prone to short-circuiting. Haven't had any more problems since pushing it in, go figure!
Anyway, see this thread for more details:

[Q] S4 Active - Audio message bug (whatsapp)

Hi, I've got this terrible problem that I've never been able to resolve on my phone.
From what I remember, the bug has always been there, and I'm now using the cyanogenmod, but the problem is still there.
The screen doesn't turn black, the file stops near the end (if it's a really short file, like 2 seconds, it'll look like it won't play it at all)
If it's a file of 30 seconds, the file will play with 0 problems until it reaches something like 75% of the progess bar, then It'll bug itself, making me hear crappy audio or nothing.
Could you guys please help me? I REALLY don't know what to do, I've searched a lot on Google but I haven't found anything!

[Q] Something is wrong with my calls

Hey guys I'm a newbie androird user, I've a Moto X with CM12.1
The thing is, I open the Phone app, I start dialing, everything fine, but when I tap to start the call, the apps starts like "lagging", I can't even hear what's going on.. Then some folks call me and I can't hear them..
CM is my first custom ROM, I tried BlissPop and I could make phonecalls flawless, then I changed to CM12.1 again.
I've been looking this problem but apparently its not common.
Hope you could help me, thanks

Need Help with in-call volume problem

hello i dont know if i am in a right place but my note 8 is has an issued with call-volume, even after i hung up my phone tje volume still stuck 5 minutes or more but not one time almost everytime like that not to mention i also as A5 2017 same thing problem after update to 7.0 or 7.1 please watch the video for my problem youtu.be/m58FYIFe-HY
thank you!
I still have this problem. Wiping the cache partition does nothing, and I have never used a bluetooth headset with this phone. Disabling WiFi calls doesn't make any difference - I am, no matter what I do, unable to use the left 15% of the volume slider area.
Has anyone stumbled over a working fix? Using latest stock ROM...
