Umm I'm not quite sure what you want but you need a recovery to flash that rom. For a working Xposed you need to install the apk.
Also for the next time: Do not post questions in the general section, but in Q&A instead.

[Q] Unable to acces CWM with volume UP.

Hello,
Yesterday i rooted and flashed CWM on my xperia Z.
As soon the recovery was installed I was able to acces it. I did this on the boot, when the led turned green started to press volume up key.
I was able to acces recovery than.
But now when I try to boot in recovery, via the same way my phone boots normally for some reason.
No way it enters CWM, but the LED is turning green on boot.
Can someone please explain what im doing wrong?
Regards, and thanks in advance.
Try flashing dual recovery, follow the instructions for the "How to install using the installer" section.

"TWRP" is Team Win Recovery Project. It's a custom recovery that you should have installed. If you do not have a recovery installed then that would actually be your first step. You'll need to refer to this thread for flashing and booting into a custom recovery:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261606
Once you know you have a recovery you would then place the zip file on your sdcard and flash it to the device using the recovery. Once the recovery has completed flashing the zip you will choose the option to power off the device. Now you will use Flashtool (from here:http://www.flashtool.net/index.php) to flash the rest of the firmware (the ftf file) to your device.
After you read up on the use of a custom recovery you should understand the steps a little better. Any more questions, just keep posting.

Hi everyone
Have a question to you.
Can I install CyanogenMod via TWRP Recovery? I read somewhere that it's not possible and somewhere that it's possible...
Can you give me unequivocal answer ?

a lot of CM mods come with their own installers
if you have the cm.zip I don't know why you could not flash it like any other rom from TWRP. Where ever you downloaded it, it should have install instructions
Ok, so I understand that is's possible

The Device must be unlocked and equipped with a Recovery,
you need a ROM.zip and optional GAPPS,the Download Links will you find here.
At first, make a Nandroid-Backup of your existing system!
When you first time flash the ROM or you changed from another ROM-Base,
do a Full Wipe via Recovery, flash the ROM, and then the GAPPS.
Restart to System, configure and enjoy CM11.
RECOVERY:

Follow this for TWRP.
And you'll still have this recovery even if you change ROMs.

Thank you very much. I can now use twrp in installing .zip files, but it is too slow in updating C.M., Can I use cyanogen recovery beside it in updating the rom only?
I will try power nap later.. thank you,:good:

Welcome.
If it's too slow, then try flashing a previous version of TWRP by Tomoms.
and AFAIK you can't use both of them together.
I'm sorry I have another two questions please. I know that I ask a lot of question
How can I remove TWRP if I want and return to cyanogen recovery?
second question: I can't update superuser binary through recovery mode.

It's okay to ask questions, Lol.
To remove TWRP you need to flash stock fotakernel by TechnoSparks, of your specific device from here.
If removing TWRP doesn't bring back Cyanogen Recovery, you can get it back by flashing recovery.img file from here with Rashr.
btw quote me, or else I won't get notified about your reply.
