How to get video calling on unlocked S6? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6

Would anyone have suggestions or ideas on how to get the video calling option in the unlocked SMG920T. Im on att network that has this feature but my dialer doesn't. I am assuming its because I'm on the unlocked version G920TUEU3DPD6 (cellular south) firmware. I am not rooted

[Q] Tmobile Wifi calling

Is there a Tmobile Wifi calling app that can be loaded on custom roms for a Tmobile branded One? I am switching over to Tmobile and haven't received my phone yet so I am not certain how Tmobile integrates Wifi calling into the OS.
I'm thinking it's probably like how they did it in the galaxy s2, it's in the settings.

I can think of ways to do it if you are rooted, but not without. If you have already manually configured your apn settings and it won't toggle on, it's likely that your sol.
Why you are using a locked-down vzw variant on T-mobile is the real question. Freebie?

It was a gift they didn't know so I have to go do a trade in to T Mobile
I see. Well I am sorry we couldn't offer more help, but unfortunately this is a unique predicament that likely has no good (non root) answer.

wifi without root sprint is it possible

Have been trying to find an answer but no luck yet. Without root
Are you talking about hotspot or wifi tethering?
If so I have 2 note 5's stock without root and have been able to turn on the stock hotspot with the instructions found on the forums. Its the same as note4 and other sprint phones. Calling and getting your unlock code from sprint and using the dialpad to get in.
Thanks for the help

Make sure both phones have VoLTE set-up properly. Also, if T-Mobile is having temporary VoLTE issues, or if one of you is not in a VoLTE area, it may be temporarily unavailable.

Are you on the Tmobike network/TMO SIM card? There's no setting for it. It's just there!

Yes. Called tmobile and they cant figure it out either so they are sending me a new note 4 out. Thanks for help
I can honestly say I have never seen it on mine either. Wife and I are both on tmo. I've flashed stock and roms (all TW based) many times and never have seen it on any version of the firmware.

The settings appear different, now - here's the original discussion on the features of Advanced Messaging and Video Calling with 5.1.1 - http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4-tmobile/help/5-1-1-advanced-messaging-t3266192
Video calling is an option for me when connected to either WiFi or LTE. As for the VoLTE settings, the only settings I see now are 'VoLTE Preferred', under the 'Call' settings (in the contacts or dialer menu). If you are doing everything right, and it's not working, I can only guess it may be a lack of LTE coverage in your area - Maybe double-check if your phone reports a 4G or 4G-LTE connection. Good luck - I hope you get it working!

Does the Unlocked Firmware on T-Mobile have WiFi Calling and Visual Voicemail?

I was looking into flashing the unlocked firmware, just wondering what features are available.

What do you mean unlocked firmware of a T Mobile unit exactly?
You referring to a T Mobile Note 8 that is service provider unlocked ?

By unlocked firmware I meant flashing the firmware that comes on noncarrier, unbranded devices.
There is WiFi calling and voLTE. You can download t Mobile's visual voicemail app. It works well
