I use PIE and I want to login at www.hotmail.com to check my email (because with my telecom provider I need to use a proxy server to get on the internet, so I can’t use Windows Live), but every time I get the message: please enable cookies. And then the Windows live website gives an example how to enable cookies for IE 6 and firefox… So probably Microsoft doesn’t even recognizes his own PIE?!?
I get this message after I filled in my username and password and click on the login button.
Btw, I already activated the option “allow cookies” in PIE.
Can you login at www.hotmail.com using PIE (WM6)?
If yes, what settings do I have to apply?
Hi,
someone knows how to disable the temp lock?
To protect your device with a password
1. Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Lock.
2. Select the Prompt if device unused for check box, and in the box to the right, select how long your device must be idle before a password is required. In the Password type box, select the type of password you would like to use. Enter the password and, if necessary, confirm the password.
If your device is configured to connect to a network, use an alphanumeric password for increased security for your device.
But i don't want any lock!
Can someone help me out?

I tried connecting to my college's WiFi and it didn't work so I called the IT department and they said I have to have a certificate called Thawte Premium Server CA. Is there any way to get this onto the phone so I can use their network? Thanks.
The certificate you reference is already installed in the Diamonds cert store. You can verify this by going to settings>system>certificates.
When you're setting up your WiFiconnection, you need to enable "Data Encryption: WEP", on the "Configure Network Authentication" screen, and then check the checkbox that says "This key is automatically provided". On the screen after that you can then configure your specific certificate settings.
Hi everyone,
I just updated my LG O2X to stock version V30A. When I tried adding my home wireless network and hit "Add Network", defined SSID and Security method, it doesn't show any option for Static IP configuration. I am able to save it as such, just typing the SSID and password and click Save.
Buuuut, when I try to modify the network, I finally get the "Advanced Options" checkbox, I input the IP, Netmask and DNS, but the Save button is disabled. I cannot press it.
Any ideas as to why this is happening? Except the logical conclusion that it's a bug.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks,
Flashed preview 2 last night and I can't connect to schools secure wifi now. All I used to do was type username and password and connect button would become selectable. Now it will not become selectable regardless of any parameter I choose for authentication method, secondary auth, etc....ideas?
Cheers!

First try checking your university's wifi login instructions, they may have changed something.
You can also try a network settings reset located in "Backup & reset." It'll clear your wifi settings (and passwords) and bluetooth pairings but it fixed an issue I had in the past with wifi not connecting correctly. (make sure to reboot after this)
What I discovered at work was Phase 2 authentication was cleared after the update to N 2. Select and hold the WiFi quick toggle to get to the settings, then long-press the connection. and select Modify network. Scroll thru the page (and maybe Advanced options) to verify that all the entries are correct.
