Help! Gear 2 Neo Firmware Recovery - Samsung Gear 2 Neo

I tried upgrading to the wear android OS, but the process failed half way through. Now my watch boots immediately to a screen with a yellow triangle between the watch and PC with "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again."
I've tried re-flashing Wear_511_LCA43__09_24_2015.tar with Odin v3.09 and get this

Also says "Invalid Signature: BOOT" on the watch face in addition to the yellow triangle exclamation point screen of doom.
Occasionally I get this

I've tried many other versions of OS and they all have the "NAND Write Start! FAIL!" error. Tried the PIT file fix I found in the forums, it fails as well.
Hope someone can help a novice out or at least point me in the right direction.

Just a quick guess, try using Kies since it says so

Hi man, I encountered the same issue previously.
I thought I bricked my watch. Somehow, read that as long as ur phone still has that triangle icon, means it's on download mode.
So I thought theres still hope. What I did was I unjust and reinstalled Samsung drivers on my pc. Closed kies. Download a stock rom and try flashing again. True enough. After some tries, downloading starts and my watch has been flashed back to stock rom. Nl2. Hope this helps.

So just keep trying to load the AP rom over and over and hopefully it will work? Feels like I've been doing that for a ridiculously long time now. Load, fail, reboot, repeat.... ugh.
I'm using AP-R381XXU0BNL2_user.tar.md5 btw, correct rom, yes? Also, did you load drivers from Kies or download the Samsung USB drivers?

Close all Kies process in task manager or even better - uninstall it. You can install it again after...

Everything I've read says not to use Kies, so I uninstalled it a while ago. When I did try using Kies, it would give me the error message "Device not responding. To resolve the issue, reboot the device." and nothing shows up in the emergency firmware recovery menu. Kies3 says that "The connected device is not supported by
Kies 3." and, again, nothing shows up in the emergency firmware recovery menu.
Any other suggestions?

dont use keis, try the stuff i have in my root gear 2 neo thread, its helped several people out of this situation. and use the tarball i have in there too

Fix for Galaxy S i9000 frozen screen

My galaxy was flashed with the latest beta of Android 2.2 then I applied the root, since then my download mode stopped working and my galaxy get frozen after I turn it ON at the Galaxy S black and white screen... The only two mode that I was able to bring up is FORCED UPLOAD by KEY PRESSING and UNKNOWN MODE...
This is what I did to get the download mode and I double checked it twice that his method works before I posted here:
btw: my OS is Windows 7 and I installed the Windows 7 drivers the filename is "Windows 7&Vista x64 USB Driver.zip"
file required are the firmware that I don't have I used again Android 2.2 I don't know what firmware to put I would like to know what firmware was on the original Bell i9000M if someone can tell me it's appreciated.
The other required file is Odin3 v1.30
I did the following first I right clicked the Odin3 and UNBLOCK it and change the compatible mod to XP
Here are the STEPS:
1- disconnect the cable from the phone.
2- launch Odin3 v1.30
3- Put your phone into FORCED UPLOAD by KEY PRESSING
4- Connect the USB cable to your phone (Odin3 should display "Added!!"
5- Select your file PIT, PDA, PHONE and CSC then click on START
6- Your Odin will stop on "SetupConnection.." (if you use the older version of Odin it will stop at "File analysis.." and I don`t know if it works with the older version.
7. Now when you see the "SetupConnection.." Press Volume down + Home + Power and KEEP HOLDING IT UNTIL YOU SEE the DOWNLOAD MODE

If you have noticed after you see "SetupConnection.." your phone will be disconnected from Odin3 then it will reconnect then BINGO you will get the download mode.
I hope this will help all ppl who are stuck at the boot screen without having access to the download mode.
Now I need a favor I dont know when to get the original firmware of bell I wanna bring back my phone to the original state.
Thanks

Update: I've installed Kies the latest version I thought I can get the original firmware using Kies so I decided to bring the download mode using the above procedure then I was surprised the I could not get to the download mode again!!! Hmmm.... I uninstalled Kies then I tried again with no luck... I re-installed the driver "Windows 7&Vista x64 USB Driver.zip" then I repeated the above steps then the download mode is back.... Weird isn't??? It looks like the Kies override the driver with another driver... So in order to get my procedure working make sure you UNINSTALL completely KIES from your system and install the drivers that I mentioned... Also notice that adb.exe detects my device and it wasn't before... Now I have the Downloading mode but I don't know what to load Hope that anyone can point me where I can download the original firmware that comes with Bell i9000M model...

odin "All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)"

Hi
I have now for couple of hours tried to find a solution.. did not suceed. So i hope someone has time to help a bit.
Firstly i've tried to "CF-Root" my galaxy S, but i got the message below.
<ID:0/009> Added!!

<ID:0/009> File analysis..

I thought maybe it is because of my firmware, so i tried to change the firmware with odin, but got the same message..
I have found people with the same problem, but no answers, so i'm begging for help cause i want to go "darky"
Any known solution to the above?
thanx.
Hi!
When i got the same result, the solution was simple: put my phone to download mode

probably a very stupid question but "Download mode" means to enable the "USB Debuging" or am i totally off?
No, it is by turning your phone off, holding volume down, home and power on until you see a yellow triangle. That is download mode.
Don't try it if you have no idea what you are doing. Also, your download mode may not work which might mean it needs to be fixed.

I think it is better to read first (HOW TO section): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=723596
That is the point: "Several batches of phones that were sold have the download-mode button combo disabled (VolumeDown+Home+Power or alternatively Home+Power on some phones). Check if the download-mode combo works BEFORE flashing!"

i guess your three button download mode works..what you can do at this point is to download a stock rom...if the rom is only a tar file, place it on the PDA with repartition unchecked and no pit file...after flashing the stock rom, flash the CF Root with unchecked repartition and no pit...place the CF Root tar file on the PDA...that's it...place darky's in your sdcard and flash via CWM
Also make sure no part of Samsung Kies is running (use ctrl alt del and check for it running in the background) as I tried odin after using Kies and had this problem until checking this and rebooting

So that's called download mode, did not know that, ive been there before just did not know that it was called DL Mode
never mind, thnk you, i have now FW 2.2.1...
now the next step is the CF Root and after that i will become darky
always think before you act, is a good thought to take with you from this piont in your quest for the darky !
That is to late.. ive already become darky.though i miss my danish t9 dictionary with samsung/gingerbread keyboard.. The once in the market are not the best.. Is it possible to take out a t9 dictionary from a standard samsung FW and put it in the darky i use now

[Q] Installing Froyo via Odin

I'm having a bit of trouble flashing froyo with Odin (it sucks that neither Samsung nor AT&T will just release an official build). My phone is rooted, and I have installed the proper Samsung and USB drivers. I run Odin as administrator and connect my phone via USB, putting it in download mode. When I hit "start" Odin gives me a bit of progress, but the phone simply sits there. I've tried multiple times and have had it sitting here for close to 30 minutes, stuck on the downloading screen. Any suggestions?

Odin Stuck, Barely Got to Download Mode

Hey all,
I've softbricked my Captivate and back to download mode using a JIG. It took me awhile to get it there as well. Anyhow, my phone is connected to the PC and is recognized by the OS and Odin3 3 Button Fix v1.81. It is not detected by Odin 1 click. When I attempt to flash back to stock, Odin REALLY enjoys to "setupconnection" with my phone. So much so it stays there for 10+ mins. I've heard people say that the PDA check box causes this issue. I've flashed to stock before and it hasn't been an issue until now. I was wondering if I can leave out the PDA.zip just to get back to stock 2.1. Would there be many ill effects? Especially if I'm just going to flash to a custom ROM?
I was on CM7 Nightly build 14. I attempted to recover back to Phoenix Ultimate using CWM. It failed when installing something that had to do with boot. Should I also add a bootloader file to the Odin install?
Thanks!
Just restart your PC and try one click odin...if Odin 1.8 is detecting then one click odin should also detect IMO...
I am not 100% sure but you do need PDA to flash to stock...try Icezar's package, its safest way to flash to stock..
Not really an answer to your question, but did you have repartition checked when you used odin? To return stock?
Sent from my GT-I9000 using XDA App
I did have re-partition clicked. I got the same results with and without it clicked. I had it showing up in Odin 1 click, but that got stuck with file analysis or the like. Now I have the Phone ! PC screen and I'm not sure how to proceed.
EDIT: Sorry for lying, back in download.

So, Odin was flashing and the battery fell out. /cry
JIG now opens Phone ! PC screen and the Odin won't recognize it. I've had Odin opened first and loaded all information before hand. No luck so far.
Any tips?

[Q] Root Problem

Hello.
I do not know if the title is good. I will explain here what happened.
my Galaxy S was android 2.3.4 jvq. I wanted to intall a newer one, a android 4.4.x
I followed a thread about how to do that.
I tryed to root the phone uing Odin and cf-root, but it failed it. After that when i powered on the phone i get some error with phone to computer and a yellow triangle in the middle.
I founded a program on internet to "unbrick" that, but now i can only enter in download mode using the 3 buttons, and dont start in normal or recovery mode.
I tryed to flah it again uing odin with cf-root but failed every time.
the odin log says this :
