I need some big help. I was having issue with my battery and phone powering off when not on a charger. I thought change the OS with Android N beta could help me with the issue.. When I was complete the fastboot commands .. I mistakenly use the lock bootloader command as well. So my devices is suck on the Google Logo.. Can someone help me with this issue?

Well, try first doing a factory reset from the recovery mode.
If it doesn't help, just unlock it and flash everything again.
My bad.. I meant to add that its not let me unlock the bootloader.. Its asking me to select OEM unlock in the setting of my devices
Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Does anyone know if you can send the software via adb from the recovery screen
Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
Try doing the factory reset through recovery, and if it doesn't work, take this steps and sideload the ota:
https://developer.android.com/preview/download-ota.html
Tried factory reset several time and that didn't work.. But I'm going to try this method when I get home

Google makes OTA update zips available that can be flashed even if OEM Unlock is disabled. Assuming you are still able to access the bootloader, download the latest Nexus 6 Android 6.0.1 OTA and copy it to internal storage. Enter recovery and flash. This will wipe your entire system, but your phone will be operational again.
From there, you need to go through the process of unlocking the bootloader, and then you can try installing the N preview again.

Neither of those options would help you if you can get to fastboot you can flash the latest RUU and that would fix it but if you can get to fastboot I dont know what to tell you. :/

When you format them, format them to FAT32 because if you use NTFS it wont show. but you will need to unlock your bootloader check out Hansoon's AIO for the Vivid it's in the Development Thread. use that it will walk you through step-by-step then you need to chose a ROM you want and if your S-ON get the boot.img and via fastboot in cmd type fastboot flash boot boot.img whereever you have it placed at and then flash the ROM if your S-OFF then just flash the ROM in recovery if you dont know what S-OFF/ON is just flash the boot.img

It's one of the "unlockable" models. Use the "unlock-relock" tool or the unlock script from the unlock guide.

If this helps, whenever I boot into recovery now,a red text saying LGE SECURITY ERROR: BOOT IMAGE or something like that
So you flashed a recovery before unlocking?
If your device doesn't boot at all, do a kdz reflash. If you can boot to the system, use one of the methods mentioned above; you only need root and USB debugging on to use it. If you don't have root but can't boot to recovery, try the "root many android" method from the index, that might do it. If it still fails, do a kdz reflash, then start again (root - unlock - recovery)

Hello,
I have trouble with my nexus 6. I tried to flash the latest factory image for 5.1. But my system.img did not flash... after hours, I did not found any solution, so tried to lock and relock the bootloader again. Locking worked as espected... but unlocking returns the following message:
Code:
(bootloader) Check 'Allow OEM Unlock' in Developer Options.
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.004s
Now I sit here, no booting device because of missing android version and I can not unlock the bootloader anymore... Somebody can help?
Thanks
Andy

Have you tried to adb sideload the ota .zip?
yeah I only have access to fastboot... and he does not find the device
From fastboot can you get to stock recovery? After selecting recovery in fastboot, you'll get the Android dude ... But you have to hit the power and volume up/down as well (forget the exact combo) to get into recovery. From there you select install install via adb (forget the exact verbiage, but it's the second option from the top). From there you run adb, not fastboot

Gotcha ... Don't feel bad, you're not alone. I, and many others, did the same/similar and ended up in the same situation.
I been rooting/tinkering for 6+ years across 10 or so devices and it turns out a friggin NEXUS is the first device that I brick! ?
(I'm fully aware of the risks we take with unlocking amd rooting, but IMO Google screwed the pooch with this OEM Unlock "feature" in developer options! Why make unlocking dependent on a setting WITHIN the OS??!)
So hey... I managed to get it back from my post office... when I go into fastboot, I can choose "Recovery Mode" and it seems to boot into it:
But when I try to sideload... I get the following message:
Code:
adb sideload nexus.zip
error: device not found

You need to boot into stock recovery. From the screen you are in press volume up and power.
What ^ he said ... Then once in stock recovery select the second option (install update from adb (or something like that))
ok... I can not go into recovery... the google logo appears and nothing happens... ****!!! But hey thanks anyways!!!
That sucks! Sorry man!
@rootSU
At that screen in his pic, isn't he supposed to hit power+volume + or something to get to a different screen?
I might've wrong, but I did read somewhere when you get the dead Droid guy, you hit that combo and it takes you to a different screen.

I have a unlocked X, was trying to install a new rom via recovery and something went wrong...but I forgot to do backup so now its on a boot loop and I didnt have USB debugging enabled. Is there anyway to load new another rom to the phone so that I can install via recovery since I dont have usb enabled?
Yes power the device off by holding the power button and volume down, after the display is off let go of the power button. You can flash recovery or boot to recovery from there

I can boot into recovery but how do I transfer the new rom to the phone so I can install via recovery? I dont know how to move it from my PC to the phone.
You should look up side loading via adb and most newer recoveries allow you drag and drop once it's booted, you are using a custom recovery for your phone correct?

First link, option 5. Had a similar problem where I can go to recovery but my internal was deleted...I had nothing. Nor did I have a system.....I couldn't restore a backup nor flash a new ROM. I had nothing but recovery....so I googled the 5.1 firmware update and modem....and followed option 5 with mfastboot. Phone is up and running fine.

It's what I wanted to do, went to HTC website on steps how to unlock bootloader, this is what first two steps say:
https://i.imgur.com/c8EAKYw.png
But for me it's different menu after I enter bootloader mode. I have this:
https://i.imgur.com/Zo2JsLA.jpg
So, fastboot and bootloader options in this mode aren't available at all. I can't progress over step 1 and 2 because of it. I can't highlight Fastboot as it's told in the guide, because it's not there.

Yes, I've tried it both. Reboot to bootloader gives me this menu (which is basically the same): https://i.imgur.com/ZdhS8u2.jpg
And Reboot to download reboots to the same default mode with same options.
