Do you want to restore the original firmware or do you want to flash another?
which model do you have? CRR-UL00, CRR-L09 or another one? Look for it in your phone settings and write the whole build number.
Hi, (sorry for my english)
I would like to obtain de original vodafone stock firm. Model CRR-L09, because i installed other original firm, but the "cust.img" is not compatible with my country and appears a warning in the phone.
The phone works fine, but i need to restore to original firm to sold it.

i can´t find the original update.app for the vodafone branded spanis mate s.
But if you have an unlocked bootloader, you can root your mate s, change the buildnumber in the build.prop and should receive the original update via ota.
I´m not sure about the right buildnumber. musst be CRR-L09C02B000 i think.

L19C900 update problems. Help appreciated.

Hi all,
I'm running a Huawei P9 with a build number of L19C900B190. I am not rooted, bootloader locked. Having an insane time trying to find a way to upgrade from Marshmallow to Nougat. I can't find any other C900 firmwares, so is it impossible for me to upgrade? In my desperation I have finally resorted to opening a new thread. Which regions received the C900 firmware? I am based in Singapore.
I understand another method i can go is to unlock my bootloader, root my phone, flash another oem firmware like C636 or whatever and then upgrade to Nougat. However I am trying to find a method that can keep my warranty intact as my device is just a few weeks old. If anyone can point out a firmware i can flash Nougat for my phone type via the dload method, I would be really grateful.
Oops. Sorry mods could you delete this thread, moving to questions and answers part of the forum.
You flashed a wrong update file then you got c900. Which cXXX were you using when you buy your phone? You should find it and flash it. C900 is cross flash code, no region for it.

Restore cust c432

Hello guys,
I've a question here: I installed nougat some time ago and untill yesterday I had the necessity to rollback my eva l09 to android mm. I installed the first update and so my p9 moved at the c900 cust. After I found that p9 firmware I downloaded was not correct for my phone and I discovered that not official eva l09 firmwares have been released till now. So now I have my p9 whit c900 cust where the original one was c432. Is it possible to restore my default cust without losing warranty?
Thanks

I am not exactly sure how to guide you, check this thread and my post too.
Here are the oem infos.
Me, i wanted to convert it to dual sim, when i flashed the oem info it bricked actually, it was entering erecovery only, no TWRP, and prompted me to download and install the original firmware, i did so, the first time was a failure but on the second attempt it almost booted, imade a factory reset and a clear cache and it works fine, it was converted to dual sim, and the firmware that downloaded was not the original one, but the one that matched with the oem info that i had flashed, that's how i did it.
