Hi! was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for running armbands/belts that fit the op3. Pros/cons of your experiences with them would be much appreciated!
Thanks!!

Sorry but you are incorrect: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/armband (but englisch doesn't)
Anyway I'm looking one myself, my previous armband pushed the power button so it was useless.
I am also looking for one, preferably waterproof in case it rains.

That's a bit thick coming from a German
I'm using this big one from Avantree
http://www.avantree.com/product-multifunction-sports-armband-avantree-trackpouch-887.html
which contains OP3 and still has some room for keyring, supplements and more.
I find this very premium
Hi,
my Mi Band 2 comes last week and it works like a Charm with OP3 :fingers-crossed:

I use this X-Mi X Mini II 2nd Generation
The sound from the HD2 is "unbeleivable" with this little beauty!
Cheers

Likewise - its a fab little speaker and you can connect lots of them together!
Plus you can recharge it!
I also use the Xmini II in the link above. I can give it a thumbs up, I would advise you to get two of them, thats what I use and I am very happy with them. Good sound, loud and I also use them on my laptop. They stay charged for about 10 hours or more and are compact enough to put in jacket or bag.

Now that Bluetooth is unlocked, what sorts of keyboards have people tried with it?
I am thinking of getting one of these:
http://www.amazon.com/Menotek-Flexible-Bluetooth-Waterproof-Keyboard/dp/B003K1VABO
Ok, maybe this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823829003
Flexible keyboards are a mess, and I'm not sure the small keyboard would be an improvement over thumb keyboard. I was thinking of looking at the XOOM keyboard, but I'm waiting for the next honeycomb release (that may have bluetooth)
What about this one, a little larger (and cheaper!):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823115003
As noted in the development forum, I was able to pair a Think Outside Stowaway bluetooth keyboard successfully with the SD image.
I've just banged out a film review in Docs to Go with a Logitech diNovo keyboard on CM7 - worked like a charm. I'm thinking of picking up an Apple wireless keyboard - the diNovo is too big to carry around, and needed for my desktop!

I have this one, currently the nook reboots once the keyboard connects. It's also uncomfortably tiny.

hm....That's the only really good keyboard I've found, too. I was hoping that I'd find something less expensive, though.
Why is it so hard to make a slim portable BT-keyboard that's big enough to be actually useful? I really don't need the apple tax and/or fancy extras like foldability
http://stev.ca/eldtnf
Something like this form factor would be great for me, as over the years I can pretty much type as fast on a mobile 5row keyboard as i can on a regular one.

That can be had quite a bit cheaper at www.dealextreme.com
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/49-key...oard-for-android-windows-symbian-iphone-45604
Myself, I prefer a much larger keyboard. Here's a foldable one (not a flimsy flexible one) that folds into a very small package.

I'd really love to be able to play with something like this in person, to see how well they work:

Actually I have found that prices for Apple Wireless Keyboards on Ebay are not bad at all thanks to the fact that one comes with each iMac. I just got one for $50 shipped.
Don't mean to hijack the thread, I just really didn't want to open a new one for this.
I'm not really looking for a full keyboard, but anybody have experience with bluetooth game controllers? My parents have a Wii, going to steal one of their controllers just to try out NESoid, but it doesn't really have enough buttons for, say, SNES or PSX emulation.

Yeah I've seen that. I wish somebody made a classic controller that didn't have to be tethered to the WiiMote though.

Actually it might be a plus if the range is limited. You keep the Wii-mote next to the nook, and then lean back with the controller!

Good point, that. Or build some sort of case that has the wiimote sewn inside (or maybe just the wiimote guts?) This could lead to something...

I just did the exact same thing. Ordered the Apple one for 50 off ebay. Poofyhairguy, let me know if yours works with NC.
Any input or sugestions before I buy a keyboard case that might be sub-par? I see some online for as low as $12, just want to know if others have had good luck with them.
Im mostly looking to take notes in meetings. My net-book is about 4 years old and ready to retire.
There is the wretched one: http://www.amazon.com/Synthetic-Lea...=1349591026&sr=8-1&keywords=usb+keyboard+case

I just want a mini keyboard, without a case that can easily be used if and when needed.
I found one for £7 but don't know if it works with JellyBean and a.k.a the Nexus 7

word of warning though. those keyboards are usually too small to be really useful. or at least that's how i feel.
My experience with Bluetooth keyboards, and Bluetooth in general, has been awful. I have bought two separate bluetooth keyboard cases for the Nexus 7 and they don't connect very well. I will be in the middle of typing and all of a sudden the keyboard will stop responding to my keystrokes. The keyboard is still on, bluetooth is still on on the device, but it just "poof" stops working. What a waste of money.

No.
Did you buy it ?
The metal body of the One seems to make an external FM antenna mandatory.
If you're going to stick an antenna on your phone other than the headset, you might as well go the classic all metal with expandable length to get the best signal, not some little plasticky thingy.

A 3-4 foot metal rod sticking out of a pocket is un-wieldy, and could cause considerable amounts of eye, crotch and other poking, to other people at least.

Would be nice when using BT headset for FM.
Does the stock ROM even support FM over BT ? I quickly flashed CM and didn't think of testing the stock ROM for this.
I'm looking for a keyboard to use with my Nexus 7 but don't want a rigid/hard keyboard. I would prefer a soft roll-away kind.
Does anyone know if these exist and work with nexus 7?
A Laser Virtual Keyboard is even more compact.

Looks like there's one on KickStarter that uses bluetooth. It's about 49-59 USD if you can wait till Aug or Sept. Linkage here.
Edit: BTW what Username Invalid was referring to was probably this.

Okay. Check these two below:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Konig-Silic...qid=1372704475&sr=1-1&keywords=flexi+keyboard
^^ If UK amazon doesn't work, product title is "Konig Silicone Flexible Keyboard - Black"
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flexible-Fo...qid=1372704475&sr=1-2&keywords=flexi+keyboard
"Black Flexible Foldable Silent Silicone USB UK Keyboard"
Can i use these on my Nexus 7 using my OTG cable which I currently use to read my microSD to watch movies?
Cheers.

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I would assume it would work. Many other users have used USB keyboards via OTG and never had issues. Personally, my wireless USB keyboard works fine.
The only constraint you need to worry about, in general, is if the device draws too much power from the USB and if your device can handle the power drain. But based upon that keyboard I'd be pretty sure it'd work without issues.

Christ, i got one sent and it was painfully small. I've sent seller v.angry letter as they didn't include any sizes on amazon nor that the keys are so crap that they sometimes need pressing 2/3 times to work. The other reviews on item show 4/5 star reviews.

O.O sorry mate. Yeah I figured those keyboards were a bit dodgy. It's really hard to find a good one of those. I think that KickStarter one is your best bet, but it is a bit pricey.
