Hi,
Are you sure you are looking in the correct Inbox. In Pocket Outlook, click on the arrow next to Inbox at the top of the screen the select the Inbox under 'Text Messages'. Your SMS messages should be there.

Hey, I had just set-up my email on my wing to auto sync. Once I had successfuly done so, everytime i try to send an SMS i would get this message after hitting the "sens" button:
"cannot recognize one or more recipients or the address is not valie. Would you like to send the message anyway?"
So when I put in my contact in my "to:" field in the message, i just type in the name and it auto completes the name and number for me. All my contacts are on my phone and I cannot come to understand why I constantly get this error. Can anyone help me resolve and remove this error? thank you.

After few troubleshoots & hard resets, i finally got the solution:
go to messaging/menu/options/address tab
(in, contacts, get email addresses from) : choose [all e-mail fields].
it will solve ur problem.

Any more information? Have you looked at the messages in the app not just previewed them? Try deleting the messages to see if that helps.

Happened to me also..I first did a restart,but that din help.Then later i just did a reset.Now its perfectly fine.
I know its hard to rest as you would lose the data,even me,but i had no choice.

Hi, I got an error from my gear's S-voice today when trying to reply an SMS.
The S-voice was unable to reply a message, it will reply "i'm unable to send the message", and on the phone, it will show "failed to send".
However, when sending a new SMS (i.e. not replying through the notification), it was able to work.
Has anyone encountered this problem?

I get this also. If you check the SMS message it will most likely have an incorrect country code. Mine should be +44 however it shows as 44 and I get a network failure.

I checked and the country code is wrong too. Did not have the "+" symbol. Guess that's a bug then...
same here, works with new sms, does not work with answering to sms

Check the format of the number in your contacts. I posted about this week's ago: numbers with parentheses don't work.
Edit: someone replied that + doesn't work either. Bummer.

I have exactly the same problem, I live in Germany and when I reply through:
- pre-made SMS: OK (it is sent to 00 49 1xxxxxxxx)
- through S VOICE: *does not work* "Unable to send SMS" (it is sent to 49 1 0000 xxxxxxxx --> WRONG Number)
I do not understand how a big company as Samsung fails to make that work...
PS: do you receive WhatsApp or Viber notifications on your Galaxy??? I get none from Whatsapp and Viber...
Doesn't know also why Samsung doesn't do anything??

Create new one works flawlessly.
i alreay wrote to samsung support, but i dont expect that they will take this seriously and inform their devs..
