I'm lost where can i download To put the system on sdcard?
Thank a lot
Related
I put the package on my SDcard and renamed it to update.pkg and then tryed to install it by the Software Update via update.pkg option in the recovery and then as it was going it suddenly says SDCard not enough space, I cleared up the SD and then put it in and then the next run it says FOTA Model Name Mismatch or something like that.
I'd like help, my build is 19534, I want to get it to the new 21700 build that would occur from updating...
Did you do the recovery.img using the "fastboot" method..?
I did the recovery.img as you said and then installed the package it went through
Thanks.
I tried to install overcome 8.9 v2.3.1.
but I download the update & not the FULL zip [TEH N00B]
to make things worst I did not backup my system !!!!!!
I can access to the CWM-recovery so im not afraid of my tablet bricked
but the only zip i do have is not complete,
how i can move the the proper file to the tab?
or I need to go the odin route?
in that case what rom should I use?
many thanks
Don't have my tab with me at the moment but doens't the tab show up on a computer if it's in download or recovery mode?
Are you using CWM 5.5.0.4? if yes here is my suggestion...
First you need adb installed on your computer..
Second, you already have overcome full zip file..
This is the step..
Connect your device with computer
From device, Go to recovery - advance menu - mount /system and mount /data
From your computer go to adb terminal and type this
Code:
adb shell "ls /data/media/"
If you can see list of file from your device sdcard, so you make adb work for your device ..
Place your zip file on your path, says on C://overcome.zip and you want to copy the file to /sdcard/download/
This is the code
Code:
Adb push overcome.zip /data/media/download/.
wait for copying progress done..
After you done with moving file to device sdcard check content of your sdcard with this code
Code:
Adb shell "ls /data/media/download/"
When you found your file from list, you can flash overcome.zip from recovery
Thanks for you quick answer
I do have recovery 5.5.0.4
I can get to mount /system & mount/data
when i go to adb and use the command to list the files i got this error
C:\android\sdk-windows\platform-tools>adb shell "ls /data/media/
- exec '/system/bin/sh' failed: No such file or directory (2) -
and tryng to do this command i got this error
C:\android\sdk-windows\platform-tools>adb get-state
unknown
seems like the device is connected
i tried this and the tablet rebooted (not in recovery but reboot)
C:\android\sdk-windows\platform-tools>adb reboot-bootloader
many thanks
Ok I found the way to make that work
i post the reply maybe can help someone else.
suwandiapr should get the credit anyway.
In a phone you have one wrong rom or somenthing and you can get a good one
and copy that to the sd, in a tablet or any device without microsd you need to push the file using this command adb push
let's say you got a rom called supernoob.zip
adb push supernoob.zip /data/media/supernoob.zip
and remeber if you are using a tablet o phone without sd always keep 2 roms in case
Yes i made a simple batch file for windows in development section...
just bought p7310 today and same boot loop actually
hi all
even if i believed i was a geek with nexus or android phones i was wrong !!!!!i just brick my new P7310 wifi tab
-first i root OK
-after i ran rom manager (so manytimes used with my nexus one...) OK
-i flashed CWM but i chose "10.1" (no 8.9 choice at this time) so when rebooting i got this famous (hum) reboot loop just after the welcome screen "samsung galaxy tab 8.9" ..pffffffffff what a stupid beginer i fell about myself ....
- i tried to go in revovery but the loop appears and appaers .....

Hi, I saw some threads saying some stuff about the Huawei GT3, but they didnt helped me so Im posting this thread.
I have a huge Problem with my phone.
(Im a Newbie btw)
I wanted to root my phone so I installed TWRP and rebooted (TWRP works btw), now it said "Encryption unsuccessfull"
I looked up on YouTube to look how to fix this and ended up deleting my complete OS
Now I downloaded the Firmware of my Phone and looked how to install it with TWRP and ADB.
When I try to install the "update.zip" File with TWRP it says something like this :
[2017-11-14 08:00:21 623] E:unknown command [errno]
dload_format_userdata,line=527: dload_format_userdata ok!
script aborted: update_huawei_pkg_from_ota_zip: update package from zip failed
update_huawei_pkg_from_ota_zip: update package from zip failed
Updater process ended with ERROR: 7
I:Legacy property environment disabled.
I:Install took 0 second(s).
Error installing zip file '/data/update.zip'
I also tried to delete the "assert" parts in the updater-script file but it also didnt work.
Now I heard about the "dload" Method but I have some questions about that
1. Where is the dload folder exactly
2. When I try to move the folder cointaining the "update.zip" to as expample root It says not enough space on device (which Is not true) or something like this :
Running command: 'mv "/data/update.zip" "/root"'
mv: write error: No space left on device
mv "/data/update.zip" "/root" process ended with ERROR: 1
Do I maybe have the wrong ROM or something?
Please help me . (or try )
Check the dload guide in my signature. You will know everything. Let me know if any questions or doubts, will help. Dont worry twrp error is normal as these zips shouldn't be flashed with twrp

There are many ways to get firmware but the best part it worked and successful. Enjoy buddy.
Help revive my device.
After updating the tablet from the playmarket of the Youtube application, the tablet freezes, after a reboot, it hangs on the Asus logo and a spinning circle. I couldn’t enter the droidboot from the buttons and, following the instructions from the 4pda forum, after downloading the service firmware, unpacked it to drive C into the folder, then went to the firmware folder by pressing shift + the right mouse button opened the command window and launched the
droidboot with the fastboot boot droidboot.img
fastboot continue
commands booted into the droidboot and in the folder with the firmware clicked on the update_image file, the firmware process started which took a very long time about 7 hours, at the end the tablet rebooted but only until the first screen saver. I waited a long time, but it did not boot. I turned it off. After that, by pressing a combination of buttons, I was able to enter the droidboot, the serial number of the tablet was missing, through a dead robot I was able to enter the recovery.
Then, according to another instruction from 4pda, through a temporary twrp, I tried to install the Ul-KO13-WW-3.2.23.182-user firmware, the installation process started, but it did not install, but the serial number returned and the tablet again hung on the Asus logo and a spinning circle.
I checked the
fastboot oem start_partitioning
fastboot flash /tmp/patrition.tbl partition.tbl
fastboot oem partition /tmp/partition.tbl
commands after each command was OK. So the flash memory of the tablet is working.
After I checked the root, the rights remained. USB debugging in the developer menu was turned on even when the tablet was working. Then I decided to try installing the service firmware 201 again, as I wrote above, and again unsuccessfully, the serial number flashed again. . And again, through a temporary twrp, I began to install 182 firmware.
And the serial number failed, it was not restored, but the recovery now showed that it costs 182 firmware. After that, when checking, I found out that no root su. I got a complete crash. I tried again to install 201 firmware and now it costs WW 3.2.23.201 in recovery.
On the advice of a person from the 4pda forum, I tried to restore images of 201 firmware boot.img fastboot.img recovery.img via twrp v2.8.7.0 from the 4pda forum, but again unsuccessfully. I showed the person who helped me install the firmware images 201 that twrp gave me an installation error, it read:
Updating partition details ...
E: Unable to mount '/ factory'
E: Unable to mount '/ config'
E: Unable to mount '/ data'.
The person who helped me said that there was no markup table, or rather, the system section was written, but could not find the other sections, since he wrote this script for Android 5. And on KitKat version 4.4, he did not test this script. Now I'm desperate, I really need a tablet in working condition. Because I am very poor, and I do not have money to buy another tablet, I have been sick for 5 years. I live on disability benefits, they pay me $ 50 a month and I can’t buy another one. I beg everyone to help with tips and instructions on how to restore tablet firmware. I need a worker. I need your help.
Even when connecting to a laptop on a Windows 7 tablet in twrp 2.8.7.0 mode, the tablet is detected as K013, but it does not see the internal drive and only shows a microSD card, I suggest that this is because the firmware is installed incorrectly and there are no firmware sections? ? If Who knows, you can install any custom firmware that fits on my tablet.
If someone can write me instructions for restoring the firmware. If anyone has encountered a similar problem, give information and instructions for restoring partitions with links from where to download what and step-by-step instructions for restoring.
Sorry text wrote through translator. I hope the problem is described clearly and someone can help me with the firmware.
I thank everyone in advance who will respond and help restore the firmware.
P.S. I decided to try to flash through Intel Flash Tool Lite, I launched service 201 firmware, reached the 57% band and issued FAILED. I turned off the tablet, I decided to try running TWRP, running the script, and now there are only two errors:
E: Unabled to mount / and
E: Unabled to mount / config, and the amount of internal memory Internal Storage (3916MB) !!! And before that, it was zero and in the device k013 on the laptop it shows the storage along with the memory card. Here's an interesting process
Hi guys !
I tried to install Lineage OS 17.1 on my Xperia Z3 compact and everything went well until I installed the openGapps (before reboot like tutorial said). I'm now stuck on the recovery screen where this message appears :
"Can't load Android system. Your data may be corrupt".
as well as the following error:
"E: Failed to bind mount /mtn/staging/emulated/media/0 to /storage/emulated: No such file directory"
I can "Try again" or "Factory Data reset" but neither option works! In both cases I'm stuck here again. I can't even turn off the phone or reboot via adb shell either since it is now recognized as "unauthorized".
I read a lot of topics but I have not find an answer.
Can it be an hard brick ? Please help. Thx
Try reinstalling stock ROM using Flashtool.
