Looking for 4.4.4 Radio Apk - Android Auto General

I have a custom 2013+ Altima 10.2 inch Android unit on 4.4.4. Unit seems to be based on RKPX3 and has 1024x600 resolution. I rooted it with Kingroot and kept stock firmware but don't like the stock Radio apk. Can anyone please link me to a different one so I can push it to system and see if I like it better? Any help will be great. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. Seems that the Radio one installs fine and whether in system or as a user app, it does not tune to any stations, even with original radio apk renamed to .bak in system and new radio apk pushed to system and renamed exactly as original. Radio station played from old radio apk whem car restarted, even after I renamed that apk. Any ideas?

Flash woes

Alright Y'all, I've attempted searching for the thread for the past week. I can't find the HW accelerated flash apk anywhere. I've tried uninstalling the and reinstalling the markets flash 11. I just can't get flash to work on the nookcolor. Can anyone help me out? I'm now on nightly 211 an still have no working flash. My YouTube works though, but any web link or video in the Pulse app wont show up, or if it does it'll say no flashplayer installed. Flash 11 settings comes up w a get flash logo, and click on it and permission to access market denied?

try flash 10, works perfect on my nook cm7. Although I changed build to nexus s and got flash 10 I saw on my wifes unmodded build.prop she had 11
just tried hers and 11 is working. We are on nightly 208
BTW, you can get the Barnes & Nobile Flash 10.1 out of the stock ROM 1.3 archive in a thread in the android development forum. Just open it up in a archive problem (it's a zip file) and get the .apk out of the apps folder. You can easily install this on CM7.
Hardware acceleration is almost useless though. It is extremely picky about which videos will actually play in hardware because the Nook only plays some kinds of H.264 videos on its DSP. So there isn't a lot to gain by using an older version of Flash. Flash is just not a very efficient app and it is too much for the Nook a lot of the time.
Also, the versions prior to 10.3 don't properly let you select different video resolutions because the option box doesn't work right with a touch screen.
Ah. Thank you very much

Parse Error

I just received my HTC One today and trying to set it up. I have a whole load of 3rd party APKs that I had downloaded for my SG S3 and trying to install on my HTC One. I get the same error message every time -
Parse Error
There was a problem while parsing the package.
I had this problem on 4.1.2 and then updated to 4.2.2 and exact same problem. These files work fine on the S3.
Unlocked Bootloader, not rooted
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Colin
What apps are they?
Typically this occurs when you try to install uninstallable apps like system apps.
Also if someone screwed with the app and didn't repackage it properly it could occur

Various types, all like normal apps but perhaps themed, older versions, or homebrews. Various sources, all work in other phones e.g. S3
My brother has a HTC One too and exact same problem.

Moto FM Radio

I had this MotoFMRadio App working on ICS, then after they gave us JB I did a wipe on my phone and came up in stock OTA 4.1.2. I go to install this app from the apk and hit install and it starts then I get "Install not completed". Is Verizon blocking this or do I got some kind of version mismatch. I tried install both with app installer and Googles verified intaller option.. both same result. treid both apk the signed and I guess its a non-signed. idk. neither work. I would like FM radio again.
Why doesnt some manufacturer (qualcomm, TI, Moto whoever) make these things to receive OTA HD radio signals also, its wonderful to listen to and doesnt use data.
Search for spirit radio app..only thing that will work on bionic and jb I have found

[Q] Full settings apk

Hi!
Does anybody know if it would be possible to install the 'settings.apk' from any android ROM to the Gear using a stock ROM?
I've seen some custom ROMs have already included it (like Null ROM) but I don't really need a full custom ROM for the moment, just that little piece of software... So, would it be possible to take the deodexed apk file from one of those and install it directly to the Gear?
I tried this naive idea and extracted the .apk from the Null ROM, I tried to install it using ADB but unfortunately it didn't work (I would had been so lucky :silly: ). I got this message:
Code:
Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_SHARED_USER_INCOMPATIBLE]
I hope there's some easy way to achieve this :fingers-crossed:
Thank you!
The stock gear rom is a stripped down version of the samsung TW 4.2.2 rom, which has a lot of the dependencies in the setting removed already. If you tried to install any settings.apk, it will not work as it cannot find the dependencies that is required to run.
If you want to get into a new stock rom without pairing first, there is a way to do that. You will need to install the mk7 stock rom (via odin), and then install twrp recovery (via odin), then go into twrp recovery, mount system folder, then delete the secsetupwizard.apk, reboot, then you are at the clock, and can go into settings.
So, mk7 stock ROM is the stripped down version TW 4.2.2 ROM used in our Galaxy Gear by default, right?
Following your instructions I would get the stock ROM, a custom recovery and I would skip the initial pairing with mobile configuration but I wouldn't get the full settings application.
From what I have understood, the only way to get full settings in our watch is by installing a full custom ROM, right?
Thanks for answering quickly
yup, thats my understanding.
Then I suppose I'll have to consider that
You won't regret it. I am running null_23 now. With everything installed, I am getting about 3-4 days battery life. Though I am just using it as a notification unit, no internet(I find it too slow on the watch), no phone calls, and maybe some spy pictures , but to me I think this little watch is perfect for my needs.
Good luck.
I'll give it a try.
Btw, are you using Gear Manager for the notifications? I've noticed some trouble having installed apps on stock ROM and using Gear Manager on its lastest version (apps kept disappearing from the launcher, although were still installed).
Right now I am using ATN manager for notifications. Yes The latest gear manager does sort of "uninstall" the 3rd party apps. I have read in one of the other threads here that earlier versions of GM does not do this. So you may want to download one of the earlier GM versions and give it a try.

[Q] No Sound from Speakers after flashing lolliviper zip

Hi guys, need lots of help here. I recently flashed a zip file containing Testlolliviper which I got from this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/themes-apps/discussion-viper4android-t2543796
I read through the notes and it said it would install the Viper to priv-app and remove Audio FX, DSP Manager, and Music FX, and add extra libs and build.prop lines. The extra libs help with music player compatibility but may break functions of Chromecast. Seeing that I don't use Chromecast, I just flashed it through recovery as I love Viper4Android and it wasn't working on my phone. After flashing my phone could not play music and all other default sounds would not play including boot sounds.
I tried flashing the zips found on this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=56964275&postcount=15914
I thought it would help with my problem but still to no avail. I'm guessing the previous flash deleted my audio drivers or something and I really need help getting sound back from my phone. Is there anyway besides flashing the stock rom to fix this problem ? I didn't make a Nandroid backup so if I have to flash I have to start from a 4.2.2 RUU and slowly upgrade the software to 5.0.2
Phone details:
-HTC One (m7)
-Sense 6 Android 5.0.2
-HTC__044 (ASIA WWE)
-ROM version 7.21.707.5
-Kernel: ElementalX-m7-20.1-Sense
Please reply ASAP. Really desperate for help. Do inform me if I am missing any crucial information needed to fix the problem. Thanks !
