OK, so I have an international N920C. Used to have AT&T and it worked fine, bluetooth and all.
Recently, I switched to T-Mobile, so flashed the phone to an N920T rom. Wifi calling and voLTE work fine, call audio works fine, and all calls placed from the phone work great.
When I use a bluetooth headset or handsfree, though, it gets weird. Bluetooth calls that go out over wifi calling work just fine- no problems at all. Same with voLTE- works great. However, when I'm not on wifi and place a bluetooth call over the standard cell network, the phone immediately reboots once it's dialed.
I'm using this ROM: N5 Express 4.0 and this kernel: Stock_Modified_Kernel_SM-N920TW8
I've also tried the latest arter97 n920t kernel and had the same problem.
When I flash arter97's n920c kernel, bluetooth works fine on cell network calls, but obviously I lose wifi calling.
I suspect it may have something to do with the TMO modem getting all jiggery-buggered with the international hardware, or alternatively some sort of kernel issue, but don't know enough to figure out where to look.
Any advice, thoughts, or ideas greatly appreciated!
Hi, can i flash N920c to my N920i?

Hi
I have O2X SU 660 and Im not using it in Korea. Updated to official ICS. It works perfectly fine but on one specific GSM network it have problem of unable to make/receive calls/SMS or if call is connected then sometimes it works perfectly fine or sometimes other person hears "HOSHHHH" sound only and no voice at Su660 end.
Have tried other GSM network sims and it works fine but on one specific network it gives this error.
Could it be a modem issue? if yes then can someone please guide me how to change modem to a international version modem?
I know this is a question but as its related to SU660 so I am posting it here hoping developers would give their expert opinion.
Hello! I have very recently bought a N4 on TMO, and one of the features I was eager to try was WiFi calling. However, it seems not to work. I can't send texts and can only call intermitently , but can't receive calls. I've been reading that this seems to be a known issue on the GS5 at least, but what about with the N4? Is there any fix?

Call t mobile and have then set it back up for you.
BAD ASS NOTE 4
I've had a few issues with WiFi calling. It is possible that it is my router, but sometimes when I make a call it will go through but the person on the other end can't hear me even though I can hear them just fine. If I turn off WiFi and try it using the mobile network they can hear me fine.
Sometimes it has to do with setting ur e911 address with tmobile if u get a red error message most likely means the 911 address is not filled in.You can call tmobile or go to tmobile.Com and set ur self.Maybe a new rom using international kernel wifi calling won't work must be a tmobile kernel
I also have issues with Wi-Fi calling. 2/10 times it works fine. The other 8 times it's one way audio. I can hear them no issue, but they cannot hear me. T-Mo says it has to be my router but the thing is I have 3 other android devices on T-mobile network on the same Wi-Fi connection that has no issues making or receiving calls on it.
Before the Note 4 I had an S4, which I still have and it had no issues either.
Hope they get it fixed.
It's not the e911 address because mine is already set, and I'm not more than 10ft from the router.

International kernel def not working atm.
Hi does anyone else have disappearing calls when connected to LTE using a tmobile based s6?
This issue only occurs when LTE is active.
An incoming call will ring once or twice and go straight to voice-mail even though I have full bars

Go to your Phone App settings and turn off Wifi calling and VoLTE.
I'm sorry I have already disabled WiFi calling, and the problem persists but also - I don't have a separate 'VolTE' setting to toggle. Is it because it only appears if I have a T-mobile sim card inserted?
Thanks for your help!
EDIT for anyone who may run in to this issue: I fixed this by flashing Emporia Rom by iB4STiD, it seems to disable whatever t-mobile left over sorcery that was messing with AT&T calling because the rom is not based on t-mobile firmware
Now the calls come through 99% of the time but sometimes takes about 5 rings to connect to me. . arrr

happens to me on even international firmware too. only works well right when i reboot the phone.
I have this issue also with a tmobile s6 on att. What method did you use to unlock the phone? I used the metro pcs firmware to unlock the phone and when I updated to 5.1.1 is when all the issues started. On 5.0.2 I used the tmobile unlock app and everything worked perfect. I receive one in every 3 incoming calls, like you said it rings twice and mine doesn't even go my voicemail, it just says "the wireless number you are trying to contact is unavailable then hangs up", out going calls take 30 seconds to a minute to connect, very annoying. Talked with att on the phone for hours about this problem and they cant seem to get it fixed on their end.
Same...I disabled lte and just use 4g, seems to work fine.
SM-N9208
Android 7.0
Baseband version: N9208ZTU4CQH2
This phone was bought abroad in Taiwan and I'm now using it in US with metropcs. It was working fine for the last year or so and I think it broke in 7.0. I tried reverting back to 6.0.1 but still same issue so I'm guessing something must have changed.
When it is on 4G/LTE. I can receive text, data and it works fine. But it takes like 1-2 minutes to make a call out. I can't receive any calls on 4G/LTE. Receiving calls only works on GSM mode.
I did a factory reset and also kies recovery. I also tried it without restoring any apps so it is completely fresh.
If it's an international version it won't be programmed correctly for wifi calling / volte in the US no matter what you do. I ran into that same issue with my N920i and wificalling/volte/carrieraggregation. Not that I could use wifi/volte because at&t prepaid, but still.

It did work for about a year with 4G /LTE.. Either something has changed with the carrier or that an update broke the phone. I assume using a different radio firmware would not work as well? Note 5 is old but note 8 is really expensive and I don't want to shell out so much. Might be time to use google voice and redirect all the calls if I can't get this to work.
Hi I have a refurbished S10 from the iOutlet, works OK apart from WiFi calling. I can hear the other caller but they find the conversation at a very low level and distorted. Works fine externally using a 4G signal which rules out the microphone and WiFi calling is spot on at home for my wife on her iPhone 11 Pro which clears the router. I have tried the usual things, switching WiFi calling off and back on, taking the sim and even factory reset the phone. I have noticed that the phone must have been on O2 from new as the firmware appears to be customised with none removable O2 apps. I also noticed that the wifi calling symbol is not constant and flickers - could the O2 modified firmware affect WiFi calling, I'm on a Smarty mobile sim, the same used to happen when I was on EE a few months ago, thanks
