when i hear music on my honor 5c the music stucks very often for less than a half second. I test all music apps and restarted the phone already.
how can fix this? :crying:

This is regarding a P20 Pro (running Pie EMUI)
Getting some error as following : suddenly, the camera won't start at all / black screen
(attached a screenshot that usually displays when attempting to start the camera)
Usually goes away after a restart, but not all the time
Is this a hardware malfunction or?
Any suggestions appreciated

Could be either hardware or software, first step, find camera app in settings and clear data.
If no result,, backup and reset phone, if this fails to cure it, then its likely hardware so contact carrier or huamwei

Hi I have the same problem. It works after restarting the phone but it is just temporary fix. I tried cleaning cache and data, factory reset no change. Interestingly the issue is reported on other forums. I don't know is it software or hardware problem
This thing started with that ****ty Pie update. if you can rollback do it, i sadly cannot since my region dont support it, hope this **** got fixed next patch.
Since some updates that for example when watching a video on YouTube, the sound decreases after a short time.
It's automatic, I tried to see if I could find a solution, but without success. Wipe cache, changing Dolby Atmos options etc
Anyone else here with this problem? Were you able to solve it?
Huawei P30 Pro remains excellent but this bug is annoying and Huawei apparently does not fix it.

So i have this weird problem with p20 pro that started 2 weeks ago, when i use it it freezes and stops working, sometimes it restartes and the other times it blocks outs and stop responding to any of the touches and wont power on and doesnt even respond to the charger, and then open by itself after one or two days.
I tried to change the firmware with eRecouvery and Hisuite, wape cache and data but the problem is still...
Anyone has any idea about this problem ?

You might have a misbehaving app(try to guess it and uninstall or reset phone, add them gradually). The worse case is it might be physically damaged(shock/water/etc)
Hi! I recently bought a Redmi Note 10 pro max and I have noticed a problem that has been bothering me. Every time you listen to whatsapp audios, if the phone is in a vertical position it goes black. If I listen to the audio while keeping the phone horizontal, it works normally. I have already uninstalled whatsapp and installed it again and it did not resolve. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Maybe try to reset ur phone but that could delete all your stuff.
If done reset but the issue is still present, then maybe you need to resort to custom ROM.
This is my sister's phone so I don't have an instant access to it but for almost half a year she has to restart the phone 5 times in a day because most of the videos just stop playing and some apps like gallery goes crazy. Tried formatting it more than 10 times. Didn't work. Also sent for repair to Huawei 3 times, they didn't do anything other than factory resetting it. Media playing stops after using F1TV app most of the time. The only idea that comes up to my mind is getting a fresh rom and installing it because I think the installed OS is corrupted right now. I don't know how things work with Huawei since I can't unlock the bootloader and flash roms easily. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi I have exactly the same problem! A hard reset doesn't do the job. Has anyone found a solution yet?
Calendar crash was caused by MEB Ajanda but media playback issue still exists. She had to buy a new phone at the end of the day.
