[Q] Where can I follow when ICS will be available for Note N7000

Sorry for opening new thread, and I hope that there doesn't already exist something like that.
I have one question, where can I follow when will Android 4.0 ICS come out for Samsung Galaxy Note N7000?

If you are thinking about an official rom don't worry it will be all over internet.
But if you want now you can have a look on the Development section.
Yesterday if I'm not wrong they change the date for release official release for the Q2 2012.

Haha, good idea!

Another thing you can do is follow the Swedish android community Swedroid. They will for sure write when ICS comes for the Note.

Recommendation for a custom ROM for i717r?

Hi everyone!
Been reading through the Galaxy Note forums most of the weekend and I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
I haven't had a chance to update my signature yet but as you can see I just replaced my Sensation and Flyer with one device... the Note! I was quite familiar with flashing mods, firmwares and roms on those devices but I am a little at sea with my new device.
I am wondering if anybody has some recommendations for a good stock like rom that works with my Galaxy Note i717r. I enjoy having as close to stock as possible to start but have better battery and performance. It seems most development is on the N7000.
Any advice to point me in the right direction is appreciated!
I found the threads for how to root my device but I haven't rooted it until I find a good rom to flash afterwards.
Sorry for being such a noob on these threads.. but I learn quickly!

[Q] Rapture ROM. Are you using a kernel or running stock?

Hi everyone,
I just want t create a post where people who use Rapture ROM can share and view other people settings and kernel in order to help others who might have the same questions.
As of now I'm running Rapture 3.1, stock kernel but willing to see other people configurations to see if someone convinces me to change .

If you want a fast answer or answer from dev it be best to ask in his thread. You can leave this if you want just was saying if u want help from guys running his rom it easier.

You know like a middle or little child i don't really know why devs ignoring F variant of the grandprime ve. It's part of the family too! Please someone build CM13 or above for us as well. We all waiting someone to build some ROM for us. I'd love to use Cyanogenmod on my device too.

I totally agree with you , only thing that we have for f model is how to root it. I am with you.

Stock Rom development

First of all let give a big shout out to all the developers who are still supporting the note 4..thanks for all your hard work
I'm just wonder ever since we got 6.0.1 there jasnt been much development on stock roms....most ported roms... i'm a noon here..is there a particular reason for this? So I wouldn't mind hAving a modified version of stick thats actually for the T-Mobile note 4. But if anybody out there has some insight please free to share.. thanks
