Look a Little bit more ...Is extremely documented ..As a summary you need to open BL. Flash TWRP... Flash oeminfo432.zip then flash with dload method a full c432b136 and enjoy the updates.. but document yourself before jumping to the pool...

I flash TWRP but not access..
I stay blocked on a black screen with an orange writing.

Good Morning,
Yesterday in the attempt to unbrand my P9+ VIE-L09 and correct the S.N to C432 i figured out that the zip that has to be flashed is for the EVA-L09 (oeminfo-huawei-p9-eval09-c432.zip) but only after flashing. Now my phone can boot the firmware but no radio is working, I already tried to reflash with the SD Method the correct .APP firmware but the phone stop to 5% and giving an error regarding an incompatibility problem.
actually i can boot the phone, go to original recovery or twrp, boot in fastboot mode.
how can i do to reinstall the correct VIE-L09 firmware on the phone?
thanks in advance for your help

What firmware did u have originaly on your phone before u unbrand it? Your phone is bricked because u flashed a firmware for P9 and not P9 Plus.

Try this, its the stock firmware for TIM Italy.
http://www.huaweifirm.com/download/vie-l09_c55b160_firmware_italy_tim_android-6-0_emui-4-1_05013rwd/
Thanks A lot Mostar088 for your help and for the link to the official TIM italy firmware.
Actually the phone won't install the firmware because of the wrong oeminfo flashed at the start. By the way, I found a solution to bring the phone to life again and I will write a small guide ASAP to help other Users.
here follow a small summary of the step i follow:
The actual solution was to flash trough TWRP the correct oeminfo.img to the phone, then wipe data, cache & dalvik, after that, I powered off the phone, inserted an SD card with the NO BRAND VIE-L09 B160 Firmware (UPDATE.APP) and restarted the phone with the volume+ and volume- pressed togheter
finally the phone accepted the update and restored the correct firmware on the phone, now it works everything and I have a stock unbranded P9+ with the correct SN (VIE-L09C432B160)
Thanks a lot again for the help,
I will post the solution and the correct files ASAP.

hi guys, i'm still new here and i can't comment on the development thread. can someone help me with my problem?
i've read on another that if have back up of your oemfile you can restore it somehow, am i right?
my p9+ was originally C636, but after i updated to B170, it turned to C900, there was an oeminfo.bin for the C636 on the SRK tool right? can i restore mine to C636 using that without rooting?

Not without unlocked bootloader and root, why dont u downgrade to the firmware u had first? Best is to start with B103 and then update up. It will erase your data if u downgrade so make a backup first.

I checked in Firmware Finder for your phone and that is the only one I could find. Looks like you are not getting any new updates for the carrier you are using(but I'm not 100% sure). In order to get updates you need to debrand your phone to C432. Follow the link here https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/guide-debranding-to-c432-updating-to-t3551523

Is it safe for my device to do that? Since my devic3 is under vodafone, i want to know whether the update will be released by vodafone or official huawei?

I followed the steps there and it worked fine for me. I too was also waiting for Vodafone Australia to release Nougat update (EVA-L09 user here that had vodafone branded phone). Huawei hasn't given the firmware to them yet so I went and debranded anyway using that L09C432 guide.
Just make sure you get bootloader to unlock properly. Official method to get bootloader unlock code is recommended.
So the steps I noted are:
- I got the bootloader unlock code from huawei, inserted the code with SRK-Tool to push the unlock code to the phone.
- Followed steps to get to B182.
- Then used this guide to get further updates: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70594380&postcount=2 (Do this incrementally, don't jump past a build or more in advance.)

First you must flash stock recovery. You can extract from another full rom 7.0
Second you must have downgrade pack for your region and mobile operator.
Next you must have full rom 6.0 for your region.
You must have all file because you don't want debrand your firmware
Thanks, actually if i want debrand my phone whats the diference? Because I think I don't care...
Also, where can i find all of these files you write about?
I'm really lost with all firmware versions ... Does it matter if my version is EVA L09 C33B363 and i flash stock recovery from another version??
Also, my bootloader is locked, do I have to relock it? Does it even possible??

Here you have how debrand
https://forum.xda-developers.com/p9/how-to/guide-debranding-to-c432-updating-to-t3551523
If you debrand you can then flash stock recovery flash b300 and then b136 and do it wipe in stock recovery.
When you want debrand first you see your cust be c900 and then you must flash stock recovery do it wipe system/data and cache
If you do it your cust change to c432 and then must check your region using dial pad
*#*#2846579#*#* then push 3 and 4
If you see your vendor: hw and country: Europe
You can downgrade to b300 and then to b182
You lose your theme and you see ugly icon then do it wipe system/data and cache in stock recovery
After this you have update to b383 then b386 next to b391 and final to b393 or b394
I have b393

Hi guys
Someone has succeeded with downgrade from oreo to nougat ? I need go to huawei service, to exchange the display, but problem is "relocked bootloader"
So many tutorials here, which to follow for downgrade and have "locked bootloader" ?
You can use HiSuite or install the downgrade firmware through Firmware Finder. It has the normal Nougat version, but in the description it tells that it downgrades.
HiSuite tells me that I have the latest version so.. I cant downgrade from HiSuite, or if i can tell me how to do it please
@yungshadow
As M1chiel said, try with Firmware Finder.
Remember!! Everything is on your own risk!!
Don't know which version you have, but for me this is the roll back firmware...
Let's try. But.. still 0%
If you use proxy option, you have to set proxy in WiFi settings.
localhost and 8080
Then start download and wait until 4-5%, then disable proxy and continue download.
i'm using DNS. Now 11% XD
ok i'm finally have emui 5. Now i must rebrand ?
That I don't know, I already didn't understand why you wanted to downgrade ??

I need to have bootloader status "locked" not "relocked" so i must rebrand to l09 and back to l29 yeah?
Ok guys
I Found a solution.
1. Downgrade from Oreo via FF using B185 (downgrade firmware) thanks
djg269 said:
2. Download some L09 firmware and install via FF
3. After installing I had bootloop (huawei logo, booting system for 10-15 sec and still restarting)
4. Enter eRecovery VOL-UP + POWER > Wipe data and cache
5. After Wipe phone said it's still L29 but now bootloader is locked not relocked
So i'm done now

I have a small question - in FF it says to make sure my current version is not "unlocked" - does that mean the bootloader or...? I just want to downgrade to B180 so I can install HuShed. I'm on L29C432B360 currently.
I don't remember this information. Could u send here Screenshoot with that dialog from FF ?
Same screenshot as post #4 -> https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76556011&postcount=4
I used b185 from b360 with unlocked bootloader and I had no problems.
You should use b185(rollback firmware) and after this will be able toinstall whatever you want
Alright, last question - I have TWRP installed for 8.0. Will this affect the downgrade somehow? Because for example I can't install OTAs with TWRP. I'm sorry I'm kinda new to these kinds of stuff.
I didn't have installed twrp for 8.0 when i Decided to do downgrade so I think it doesn't matter but you can flash stock recovery for 8.0 if u want ofc.
Now i'm on 8.0.0.365(c432) but with official OTA update
