[Q] Battery charger voltage-in

Hi,
I am soon getting a Nexus S and I want some details of the battery charger. I want to know if the charger is compatible with ~240V voltage input.

I ask because I'd like to find a wall charger that plugs directly from the plug to the phone, without needing to connect the actual USB cable.

does lg optimus x2 compatible with ipod touch wall charger rated 5.1V 1A or samsung android charger series with 5.1v 750mah?
please share volt and ampere rate on original charger or share your experience using wall charger other than original

original charger: 4.8V/1A
with one charger that puts out 5.3V/1A the touchscreen starts to act weirdly
The charger (from a motorola RAZR II V8) I mainly use puts out 5V/850mA

I have used "sometimes" the charger of my sis's Samsung GS. And no problem encountered.

samsung Galaxy S? does it rated 5V and 850mah? okay so it seem wall charger from samsung galaxy series work fine,tommorow i will go to store to buy them, Original LG charger is expensive in here 14$ and there's chinese micro usb wall charger for 3$ that works fine dont know it's volt and mah rate

got samsung traver charger adapter for 5$ rated 5v 1A it charge fine without problem.it say 5v 0.7A on the package maybe it's a fake or half fake/third party but still no problem

Building on the topic, I would like to know if I use the original charger but with other cable USB (commom) I will have same efficiency in recharge? And I would like to know if I will Have problem if I make this?

dont know about usb cable maybe yes,my only experience just with generic usb cable that dont work as data cable in sgs

No but I have an Anker 5 port USB charger that works great. I charge 2 phones, my Tab 3, wireless mouse, and a 18K mah battery pack and everything is at 100% by morning.

Mine looks identical, except for the fact that is has 2 USB ports. It comes with a type C cable.

Either one should be safe. Both list 5v3a however neither have 9v2a so it could be just slightly slower than stock but definitely faster than wireless or an old 5v2a charger.

Just make sure you have a USB-C complaint cable and you'll be fine.

As long as the voltage is correct, you can send devices more watts than they require. All electrical devices only draw the watts they need. So if your charger supplies 100 watts, but the phone only needs 5 watts, it will only use 5 watts and be perfectly safe.

Any wall charger support PD. I have wall charger 27W but not work good with the Pixel not charge fast

The last 3 pixel models have all had "USB-C complaint cable" issues with fastboot...

Was there another issue besides fastboot not being reconogized when using certain cables and charging safety etc?
