Symptoms and scenario:

- call started
- car audio started reporting ongoing call
- while in call i was trying to enable Bluetooth

I'm attaching logs: i'm not able to post links so 1drv.ms / u / s!AtQeulGrrfSEwiZVulJ2i_ZSJ35d remove spaces

I'm no expert - but it seems there are various problems on the Kaiser which are linked (possibly) with BT (sound quality over BT / failed incoming calls with BT / no reception / high battery drain)
Are there alternative drivers that are available to replace the HTC ROM BT drivers, or do we wait for HTC to fix them? (or are they in Windows Mobile itself?)
Just a noobie hoping for some BT fixes soon.... (I have the failed calls and high drain issues)

During streaming when bluetooth headset is connected wireless connection drops frequently.
If bluetooth stay active but wired headset is connected no issue.
Reboot, repairing does not eliminate this issue.

Hi,
Can you post screenshot if you could? I can't see the Bluetooth app that you mentioned. I am having the same issue as you are.
Dears,
I faced this annoying bug since day one on my x2 Pro: everytime I'm listening to some audio track (e.g., Spotify) through bluetooth and send a message using whatsapp, the sound stops for a second and then automatically restarts.
It's an issue I didn't face on my previous android devices and occours regardless the bt device connected (car, headphone, etc.).
A friend of mine (living in another country) bought the x2 pro and reported the same issue while playing Tidal tracks (he doesn't use spotify) and messaging via whatsapp.
Has anyone had the same problem?
Thinking about issuing a ticket to Realme, I have to understand what's the proper channel to do bug reporting.
Had the same issue ,just go to WhatsApp settings and disable any sending sound. can't remember the exact name but it was something like that. It worked for me.
Bluetooth Bug
Yes its definitely a bug. I could reproduce it with multiple bluetooth headsets. Bluetooth connection keeps getting interrupted while using whatsapp. This problem also exists on the Realme 3 pro.
@jakelamotta can you tell what exact setting you changed?
I am also experiencing the same problem. It doesn't happen if you receive and reply messages without opening WhatsApp.

I have the same problem
Audio microphone problem
Yes I too have same problem.. when the phone rings for the first time, my microphone doesn't work.. it works from the second time...
Everytime I cut the call and make second call to talk..
Turn off Voice Match
I have the same problem on stock after updating ti Android 10.
Following this suggestion on another thread solved the issue:
Open the Google App > Settings and turn off Voice Match
Be sure to disable both "OK Google" and "While Driving"
Reboot
I have been experiencing garbled sound (completely distorted) on Bluetooth calls - and only calls - with my Exynos S10e. It happens with several BT headphones (including my regular Sony WX1000XM3). It also happens in my car, when I am connected to BT and receive calls. The problem appears only on calls, and it's not a matter of volume or hissing or low-quality sound, but completely garbled sound. Sound from other sources (music, podcasts) is always fine. People on the other side hear me fine. Also, I experienced this on both UI 3 and the new UI 4.
I have seen numerous complaints about something like this on various forums (esp. involving cars and watches - and calls specifically), with older as well as newer Galaxy models (up to S21). But I have found no solution that worked for me (see below).
It happens only sometimes, not always. Occasionally, but not always, disconnecting and calling again works. Same with momentarily switching the call to speaker and then back to BT.
It may be related to my BT fitness band (Mi Band 6), although it happens even when it is not connected to the phone. (I do not remember having had the problem before getting the 6, but I may be mistaken.) And I do not use any of the sound-specific features of the band (DND is always on).
I have tried everything under the sun - mostly suggestions on other forums - and nothing seems to work. Specifically, I cleared BT cache; turned Adapt Sound off; switched between PBAP 1.1 and 1.2; tried different AVRCP versions; turned Gabeldorsche on/off; disabled VoLTE; disabled Wi-Fi calling; Dolby off. (A2DP hw offload is on On but greyed out.)
