I have the standard P9. i would like to try the Nova launcher, but should i wait for the Nougat update
to be installed first, or does it not make any difference.

It makes no difference. Nova launcher can be installed on lollipop, marshmallow, nougat, ...

Hi! My dad has a huawei p7, i think it's a nice phone, i like the design a lot.
Anyway, he's not really a genius with tecnology, and his phone is now a little bit sloppy... There are roms for the p7 that are fast and stable? I'd like a AOSP rom, but it's very important that it is stable, or he won't be able to use the phone if it freezes...
I tried all the custom ROMS based on EMUI 3.0 and EMUI 3.1 for the P7. None are better than stock B852 with K-tuned kernel. This combination has good fluidity and battery life .You might get random reboots with K-tuned kernel, if you do just install L-speed from playstore and disable kernel panic.

After switching off of stock, I miss the old launcher compared with trebutcher. Is it possible to use the stock launcher?
You could use use Nova and fine tune settings like to OOS launcher. I don't know of any ports that exist which works on ROMs other than OOS or H2OS

I had bought Nova Launcher from the google playstore 2 years ago, on my LG G4 worked like a charm, but, on my P9 allways get error !
How can i fix this ?

I would like to have the stock 7.1.1 moto z2 play launcher? All links in XDA have been replaced with 8.0.0 version.. and the remaining 7.1.1 launchers crashes on the G5+

here work fine on stock 7.0
I own a Huawei P8 Lite 2017 and it is currently running EMUI 5.0.1. I really don`t like the appearance. I use Nova launcher but still the lockscreen and other things remain as EMUI. I wanted to know if there is a way that it could look like a Stock Android ( like the Pixel ).
